Description of the place is so inaccurate. The pictures or nothing like what they showed on the street view. They stated they had a laundry, which now they have taken down. There is no breakfast and they keep the door to that room locked. There was a tiny fridge in the hall that we were not told about and were nervous about using. we never saw the man who let us in again. Would not ever stay here again.

The sink was blocked all the stuff was coming out, the pillow was dirty, and the head was broken. We couldn't contact the guy who was supposed to us let in the property, the phone was off, and we had to wait outside. He wasn't friendly.

There’s no one at the property routinely. No marking of any kind on the door or the intercom. If not for a kind delivery guy, we’d have had to find somewhere else to stay. Bed quality was poor but that seems Robbie the norm.

Definitely no more than 2 stars at best. Room was huge but bathroom so narrow that knees touched the wall when using the toilet. Shower was beyond tiny and shower head had to be hand held as the bar for it was broken. Check in person was rude. Tried to tell us we might have to switch rooms as someone “important” was wanting to stay. The room was decently clean but we would not stay again

The internet didn’t work in the rooms and the staff couldn’t solve this problem for us, the staff was amazing but the room didn’t have many amenities like shampoo for example and the breakfast wasn’t to good.

The street the hotel is located on is a bit sketchy. It seems they have converted a personal apartment into a hotel. The remodel is very nice. Up three flights of stairs and then you arrive. Only 3 rooms for rent.

We arrived at the place at 11:30pm with 4•c. And waited out side for 35-45 min to somebody open the door. Next day at 8:45am the owner of the place knocked the door to tell us that we need to leave in 10-20 min because the check out is at 9am. With out say good morning or offer any bkf. The name of the place is “B&B”. Anyway It is not recommended!!!!

If you arrive late night, it's better if you take a taxi or Uber to the property. It is close from the Roma Termini, but the area at night time is kinda scary for us. (we travel with our daughter). You have to call a phone number that they provide outside the door by the bell(if you arrive late night). The owner, Pepe is great. He served us breakfast every morning. Good breakfast to start the day with. The room is spacious and nice shower. We enjoyed staying there.

We only needed one night in Rome before out flight out of the country. So we booked this room from Florence the night before our stay. We made it to La Casa di Patty around 17:00. It was in a rather sketchy neighborhood,and there was a little note on the outside door instructing us to call. I guess she assumed all tourists get phone service when they come to Italy?

Thankfully a stranger was coming out of the building and we slipped in and went up to the right floor. Nobody was there to let us in and we couldn't connect to wifi. After a while I realized I had my work phone with international roaming capability. That's the only thing that allowed us to contact the owner. She sent some worker to come let us in. The lady was nice but didn't seem to really know all the details about the place and gave up on helping us get airport transportation for the following morning.

Later that night I found the owner had emailed me in the morning to say that normal check-in is from 9-13:00. That info was not on the Expedia page! If we had known that ahead of time, we wouldn't have stayed here.

We didn't see any other guests or staff during our one-night stay.

There is no elevator or lift to reach this room, and it is located on the second floor of the apartment building. We found the room to be in excellent condition when we first checked-in. It has a clean, modern design, with all the necessary amenities for your stay (i.e., TV, desk with chair, and small wardrobe). The room is also equipped with an air conditioner, which is perfect for hot Roman days. The bathroom is just as wonderful, but the shower feels quite small and tight. Patty puts on an amazing spread for breakfast in the morning, with a variety of food and beverages to suit any tastes.

5-minute walk to Rome Termini train station

The location is great since it is so close to Rome Termini train station. The check-in and check-out procedures were very efficient, and the hosts were super-friendly when they arrived in the morning to make breakfast, giving us lots of helpful advice about what to see in Rome, as well as the best public transportation routes. Unfortunately, our room (Room 2, a double) was facing the main street, which was very noisy because of the streetcars/trams and trucks passing by from early morning to late night. Based on the location of their doors, I imagine that Room 1 and Room 3 would be quieter.

The staff work from 8am to 1pm. It's inconvenient if travellers check in and out and ask them questions at other time slots though they may make arrangements on request about when they offer service.

Rome Oct 2015 A Quick Peek

Patty met us as arranged by email. She kindly carried a heavy suitcase upstairs to the flat. No elevator is noted as this could be problematic for some. She graciously welcomed us with Capuccino and gave us a goody box for our early am departure as we departed before breakfast. The room is lovely, tasteful, and impeccable. What a marvelous shower..Patty designed everything with comfort in mind. We used the reasonable (E3.50)airport shuttle at Termini..simple & safe. This location works well if you are using Termini in any direction & don't mind walking. However,if you plan to depart Termini very early be sure you know where your track is..can be confusing in the dark!! Also, if you have mobility problems use a cab to and from this flat.
We recommend the Hop Off Hop On Bus for a good over view of Rome if your visit is brief. It stops near Santa Maria Maggigore.

Hotel close to the Termini

Hotel is clean and good. But, it's too noisy! We can hear the tramway and the car from the window. It you are not sensitive to sound, it's a good choice. In fact, the hotel is close to metro, the train station and all the bus stops.

Firstly our flight had been delayed for seven hours and the airline lost our baggage, we were very frustrated by this and therefore we called the hotel beforehand in to let them know that we were going to check in late. The hotel staff specifically Patty was very helpful in contacting the airline and receiving our lost baggage, and she had no problem checking us in late.

Patrizia & Guiseppe are the best hosts!

Good location between Termini, Colosseum and other areas in Rome. Yes it may look a little \"sketchy\" area but it was safe and going back to Casa di Patty was always a plus. Room was clean, breakfast was amazing every morning and truly enjoyable talking to Pepe and Patrizia :) - We wished we would have had one more night! Grazie Mile!

Clean Hotel, but Be Warned about the Neighborhood

Once you're inside, you can feel all the comfort of the hotel. By far clean, comfortable, friendly, and a great breakfast. However, once you're outside, you have to face one of the dirtiest faces of Rome. I am still haunted by the filthy, litter-filled streets of the neighborhood. I feel quite saddened by the negligence on the part of the municipal government of Rome.

Really like the hotel and the owner. The room looked new and was very clean. The owner, Ms Patty, and her staff were very nice and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. For the price we paid, it was way beyond our expectations. The hotel was the best B&B we have stayed in Europe.

Such a lovely hostess!! When she emails you for a check in time it is because she is coming in especially for your check in! Excellent breakfast spread. Close to main station (Termini) and closer to vittoria emmanuele which takes you to the Vatican/St Peters square/Basilica. Highly recommended. 5 minute walk to brilliant local trattorias with delicious local food.

We arrived in Rome for a 4 day stay, & walked from Termini to Casa Di Patty, a 5-minute walk if you don't get lost. Tip - Via Farini is the start of Via Napoleone! Patrizzia wasn't there to greet us, but a lady from the hostel next door was, and she showed us the basics of the building. Patricia and Pepe both made sure to introduce themselves next morning, and ensure we had been met and were happy. The room was lovely, exactly as per pictures. Breakfast was absolutely fine, coffee, pastries, fruit, yoghurt, toast. The breakfast room is just gorgeous. Patrizzia and Pepe were so helpful, not great English, but at pains to make sure we knew where we were going and how to get around. We really enjoyed our stay here. Good wifi too :)

Very welcoming staff with helpful information on sights to see in Rome given as soon as we arrived. The bed was comfortable and very clean. The bed and breakfast itself is located in an apartment building giving you the feeling of living in Rome. We were able to easily walk from the hotel to all major sights of Rome including the Vatican. Highly recommend!

Great hotel, excellent host, nice room

Overall, a great place to stay for our one night. The neighborhood is a bit grittier being near the Colosseum and I believe the University - it's an odd stretch of stores that lead up to the place. However, the room was plenty dark at night and the a/c worked great. My wife said the blow dryer was not that great, but for one use it was fine. The bed was comfortable. The only hangup we had was that since the hotel was on a major street with the tram and buses going back and forth all night, there is a bit of noise that can creep in and depending on your ability to tune that out, it can be a little annoying. Otherwise, I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay near Termini and the hostess gave us an incredible restaurant recommendation that we loved.

Good hotel near train station termini

Hotel staffs are very nice, although the owner doesn't speak English very well. But other staffs helped her a lot.
Room is clean, location is also nice, price is also reasonable though breakfast is a bit simple. It would be great if there is some hot and salty dish, but not only sweet cake and bread. It may be Italian style, but I still like ham and bread :)

Bonjour, c'est la pire location que j'ai pu effectuer. A notre arrivé alors que nous avions 1 heure de retard le logements n'étais pas prêt. Tache de sang sur le drap et une fois signalé jeter dans le placard ou l'on range nos affaires. Lavabo bouché, abattant du WC cassé tablette du miroir cassé.

Jeg hadde et opphold her på 2 netter, på privat reise. Stedet var enkelt, greit nok ryddig og rent. Det var derimot et par ting jeg ikke var helt fornøyd med . Jeg måtte bytte rom etter første natt. Kjøleskapet på rommet fungerte ikke.

Det er ikke betjening tilstede, men du ringer i forkant og melder ankomst så dukker betjeningen opp.

Ellers var betjeningenmeget hyggelig og ønsket å sørge for et godt opphold. Det ble arrangert transport til flyplass på kort varsel, dog ikke med noe offentlig taxi, men privat.

Et helt ok opphold. Her får du en seng og et bad og et trivelig personale.

Grunnen til min lave score er at jeg var nøtt til å bytte rom.

Gute Lage in der Nähe von Termini und Metro. Doppelzimmer war direkt an der Straße, der Verkehr war deutlich zu hören. Lärmempfindlichen Personen würde ich daher von kleineren Doppelzimmer abraten.
Ansonst alles unkompliziert und für den Preis vollkommen ok.
Frühstück typisch italienisch nur süß und abgepackt.

Mudaram nosso hotel sem perguntar, apenas informaram que houve um problema sem nos dar opçoes. O novo hotel (Castle Guest House) nao tinha cafe, apesar de termos pago por isso, e era mais distante do Termini. Alem disso, o aquecedor era desligado durante a noite, passamos muito frio para dormir, e a limpeza diaria era uma piada: nao trocavam as toalhas e ficamos sem papel higienico.

Otelin konumu iyi, ama bölge olarak iç açıcı değil. Etrafta fazla milyoncu dükkan bulunduğu için, kalite düşük. Ana caddede yer alıyor, dolayısıyla araba gürültüsü var, ama bizi rahatsız etmedi. Kaldığımız oda çok küçüktü, bu bizde sıkıntı yarattı.
Kahvaltı hazır paket ürünlerden oluşuyor. Marketten kendi peynirinizi temin ederseniz, idare eder. Bence 2 geceden fazla konaklanacak bir otel değil.

Die Lage war super, um Rom zu erkunden. Es gab in der Nähe ein paar Imbisse, Supermärkte und der Hauptbahnhof bzw St. Maria Maggiore war innerhalb von 4-5min zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Negativ war nur, dass die Wände zu dünn waren. Man hört die Straße und andere Gäste. Sonst war alles prima.

Nous avons séjourné 3 jours 2 nuits. dans l'ensemble l'hôtel est très bien, climatisé avec Wi-Fi, le petit déjeuner était correct. Seul bémol le micro-onde était sale et un peu moisi à l'intérieur. Dans notre chambre de 3 personnes le frigo ne fonctionnait pas du tout et l'abattant des toilettes était cassé, glissait sans arrêt. Sans parler du bureau qui était sale. Il manquait une ampoule dans une lampe de chevet. Sinon la chambre en elle même ça allait. Le personnel était très sympa, agréable et à l'écoute.
