The tv was old, small, and nothing to do on it. The room was dirty, the shower area is extremely small to where you couldnt even shower correctly. Pillows were horrible, i think the only positive thing i can really say about this place was the helpful ladies in the front. Other than that. I Would never come back or i would never recommend this place.

The hotel staff where very friendly and even if they didn't understand everything i was saying they made an effort to listen and try.
The hotel was perfectly located next to the main train and metro station and many buses run around the city from.there also.

Thenhotelnwas very quute at nught apart from the odd distrlurbance from other guests in and.out of rooms like a Yoyo. The room had shutters on the window and it was very dark for sleeping.

The room had everything you need except a kettle . The bed was two singles pushed together which is not ideal as you get a tiny gap down the middle . I'm not sure why they use two singles. Other than that the bed was comfortable.

Housekeping cleaned the room daiky a d i was haapy with that.

The bathroom was perfect and had enough hot water. However, it was small and a couple staying there woild struggle to use it together.

Overall i would definatley stay again! It's only a 3 star rating and i belive that it meets that rating.

3-night stay, great price and location; Vittorio Emmanuele Metro right nearby, as is the main train station for easy connection to Fiumicino.
The hotel was clean & simple (maybe a few dust bunnies under the beds if I’m being picky), but exactly as hoped for the price paid. AC great (needed for July!!), great wifi. Shower temperature sometimes a little temperamental, but no big deal; didn’t mind a cold blast after a hot day exploring!

Additionally, the hotel conditions were not clean, rooms noisy, housekeeping did not refill our amenities and when we returned to our hotel and asked reception for necessities (shower gel, shampoo etc.) they declined us despite housekeeping not fulfilling their duties. Recommend avoiding.

Hotel is close to the Central Terminal which is a big plus.
I like the fact that no one can simply go in. You feel safe inside. The only negative is that there is no lift/elevator.
The area around is kind of sketchy.
The hotel staff is very helpful snd very accommodating
. Room 5 power breaker keeps tripping specially when using the iron.

It is within easy walking distance to Roma Termini, the main hub of trains and buses in Rome. The staff were very friendly and helpful in letting us checking in early so we can leave our luggage there before going Vatican City, a few metro stops away. The room was cleaned and serviced every day. Decent place to stay for a couple nights.

Staff was very friendly. I was in solo room, and extremely noisy. Walls are thin and can hear everything. Room must have been attached to a staircase from the other side of the building; people walking and talking loudly at all hours directly beside your room. One window that is metal so you can’t see out, and it that lead to an ally with no screen, so you basically had to keep it closed all the time, so no outside light in the room. For the price, I’d probably look elsewhere

Bathroom was small. Bedding was poor and on last night only given one sheet on double bed with no duvet cover. Asked at reception and was told no duvet covers are used just sheets. There are no facilities in the hotel, I dont know how they have 3 stars, and I am suspicious if they have. Bed mattresses were to old so I was sinking. All the furniture were too old. We had no windows in the room. Toilet was too narrow, we didnt wanna take a shower. I know it is cheap but I would really prefer to spend 10-20 euros for a better hotel. But to be fair, room and sheets were clean. Area does not feel safe and it was not clean. But in terms of transportation, location was nice.

Walking distance (12-19 minutes) from some landmarks, super close to 24hr parking, Termini and food market.

The staff was great. The location is great. There is a park nearby with public fountains which make it easy to get water before or after leaving the hotel. It’s a short walk from the train station which can take you directly to the airport. The staff offered to store our luggage at no charge once we checked out. The only thing keeping me from rating the hotel at 5/5 was the water was slow to drain from the shower in our room. Great hotel at a reasonable price. Great service and location!

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The staff are excellent, especially Julia. Breakfast is fantastic and they bring it to your room at the time you specify. A C worked very well. The hotel is very close to everything, especially the main train station, but I dont recommend walking alone after 10 PM. They cleaned the room very well everyday. My only problem was that we had to check out early so we left our bags to see a big church. When we came back we asked to use the bathroom and they said it is for staff only. Not a nice attitude when you have children.

It was good overall. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They are the reason the hotel is as good as it is. The location is good, about a two minute walk from the east part of Termini. It’s close to many tourist areas of Rome, restaurants, shops, etc. Breakfast was nice and brought to the room every day.

My main issues were the air conditioning and the noise. The air conditioner is hiding in a corner and doesn’t reach parts of the room, which is a small room to begin with so that shouldn’t be an issue. It was just me in the room, otherwise there is no way two people would be comfortable with the temperature of the room. They were also renovating the hotel while I was there. The noise was over the top, pretty much the entire time I was there. Granted, it was during the day and not at night but it went on past 7pm every day without notice.

Price was in line with my expectation...

A stone throw away from the train Central Train Station and a metro stop. Staff was friendly and rooms and bathroom was clean. You completed a sheet to select your breakfast which was delivered to your room each morning at the specific time you selected (spot on). The neighborhood where the hotel is a located looks a little run down compared to the other touristy areas in Italy, but was okay since we were out exploring for the most part. Wifi was better than some of the other hotels we stayed.

Breakfast must be ordered the night before and this is delivered to your room at the designated time. We both enjoyed the breakst.

Myself and wife stayed here recently for 3 days city break. Great location to see all the main attractions and 10 mins from Termini Station. The hotel was very clean and adequate for us. Plenty of places to eat, you can walk to all attractions or if you wanna take the bus its cheap 1.50 euros one way. You take the 85 bus for trevi fountain, number 40 for the Vatican, and number 75 for the Coliseum. The bus station 10 min away and you purchase your ticket from the ticket office at Termini as you cant pay on the bus. Also if your thinking using a taxi at anytime, only use my taxi. The other taxis are vey expensive. I would recommend this hotel.

Very convenient for city and for station. Although listed on the hotel flyer, there was not a kettle in the room, but I was given one when I asked. It would have made a big difference to automatically have tea-making facilities. My only real complaint is that the pillows were very hard. Hotel is very good value for the money and the staff were very helpful, with the reception staff all able to speak English.

This hotel is perfect if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay near the Termini and not too far from the sites. We walked from our hotel to the Colloseum, Trevi, and even Vatican City (about 2.5 miles). Also one block from the metro station (Mancini, I think...)Clean, private bathroom, they provide soap and shampoo, as well as a hair dryer—a rare find in an “affordable” hotel. Breakfast was great—yogurt, coffee, and a ham and cheese hot sandwich. Queen sized bed and a twin sized in the room. A/C was adequate but we were there in May. I have a feeling in the hot summer months it would have struggled to keep the room cool. Overall perfect place to lay your head. Neighborhood seemed a little sketchy at night. We walked extra fast.

Short 2 night Rome Stay

Having visited Rome on 2 previous occassions, this was a 2 night stay (to take an underground tour of Coliseum), followed by a further 1 night after visiting Sienna.
Hotel is excellent, Staff are excellent, walking distance to metro (to visit Spanish Steps, Trevi fountain etc) and Termini Station.
Also about 20 minute walk to the Coliseum.

Hotel was 5 min away from Termini Train station that made it very convenient. The staff was very nice and polite. Room was average for where it was located. Prices in Rome are higher than in the United States from what you pay for. I like the fact that they kept the front hotel entrance door locked after a certain time at night, which kept the place safer. Small lobby entrance, no elevator, but our room was on the second floor which wasn't too bad. Would I stay here again? Yes.

Convenient to Termini

We chose this hotel due to proximity to the the Termini Train Station. It was quiet. The hotel opened recently and the staff at the desk were very helpful and pleasant. Upon check in we learned that breakfast was included and would be delivered to our room based upon our order. This was a nice surprise. The neighborhood was fine but late at night (post-midnight) one might consider it 'seedy'. The hotel is near the Best Western and other well-known hotels. The bathroom was clean small but not much smaller than standard hotel size in Europe. I would have rated the cleanliness at the highest level if not for the dust under the bed. The A/C worked very well which was important considering it was in the 90's. he f you are looking for convenience to the train station and a place to leave your luggage after check out (or before check in) I would strongly recommend this place.

We had a very comfortable stay. The staff was exceptionally good. Helped with our luggage as there is no lift but the room was on first floor so we did not mind. It was a short walk from Rome Termini train station as well as metro station and bus stop. Going around the town was very convenient.

Hotel FLavio

We found Hotel FLavio to be a very pleasant comfortable mid range accommodation. It has been redecorated recently and although In An old area was fresh and clean inside. Staff were helpful and obliging.

Los cuatro son hermosos, muy limpios y la cama es muy cómoda. El desayuno vale la pena completamente y el personal es muy amable. Sin duda volvería.
