Marco my host is excellent. He helped me in every way. The lady that cleaned my room every morning did not miss a speck of dirt and provided me with more towels that I could use. The hotel is one short block from the Termini in a safe building which has it's pluses and minuses. My room was large (Green Room) with windows facing both sunrise and noon sunlight that brought in lots of warmth. I will return to Buonanotte Roma upon my next visit to Rome.

One has to advise the time of obe's anticipated arrival. I did so, Marco was there, advised which floor I had to come to and even had the door open for me. He then explained the keys, showed me the room, gave me WiFiv info and was just welcoming.. The room was spacious, attractive and comfortable.

Very close to Roma Termini which allows you to move around everywhere. Apartment was small but comfortable. Free breakfast was in a restaurant about 3 blocks away and it was your choice croissant with a coffee, capuchino or milk chocolate. Other things are available for purchase. Communication between me and Marco was great and Massimo was very helpful upon my arrival.

This is a guest room only, not a hotel. No front desk or services. A very rough area with several homeless nearby. The included breakfast is a voucher for a coffee and croissant at a stand-up bar over 2 blocks away. Marco was late arriving for check in and we were pressed into leaving before check out time. The room was fairly clean but worn-out. No wifi and only 5 channels for television.

The guy who was checking us in was 45mins late. REALLY slow to respond to us. We managed to make our way into the building thanks to another person staying in the building otherwise we were out on the buay street with our suitcases. We then had to carry our suitcases up 4 flights of stairs because the lift could barely fit 2 people nevermind luggage also. So we spent 45mins outside the door just waiting in the heat. Will never ever go here again.

Very close to Roma Termini - great ideas for the day trips to Napoli and Firenze. Santa Maria Maggiore is very close as well. The Roman Forum is 30 mins walk from the Buonanotte and the Vatican is one hour walk too. The noises never stops for over 2,000 years but water is still running forever.

Great location - very close to Termini station. Nearby to a park and lots of places to eat. Clean, spacious, really well appointed rooms! I would recommend.
The area around the property is a bit run-down but this is offset against the convenience of being close to the train station. And the inside of the room is immaculate, like a hotel.
You just need to set expectation that the manager is not on site so needs a few minutes to meet you at the door.

The location is unbelievable if you want to take a train or bus anywhere. Also, the train station is a wonderful place to eat or drink. We were very happy with this bed-and-breakfast. It shows its age, but still remains clean. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were niice, and the breakfast down the street, was a great experience. Know in advance that if you want to sit down to enjoy your croissant and coffee, you’ll have to pay an extra three euro per person. Otherwise, everyone just stands and has their croissant and coffee at the counter. Marco, the person who checked us in, is a nice guy. We recommend it mostly for its location though

be aware of the fine print before booking! - this place has no reception and guests need to coordinate their arrival time by the minute. when using public transportation it is a hassle. arrival time past 6pm is fined. city taxes need to be added. it is located conveniently next to Roma Termini station but the area is a bit sketchy. breakfast is limited to coffee and one pastry.

The B&B is located in central Rome, just a 2-minute walk from Roma Termini, which makes it incredibly convenient with many eating/shopping options nearby, including Mercato Centrale. The B&B was clean and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was included and provided by Santa Maria Osteria (a 4-minute walk away). However, there was a water clogging issue in the shower and the sink, which was inconvenient.

As a solo traveller who can't get a good night's sleep on a single bed, this place was a heaven. Double bed, quiet and private.
The room is in a building of private flats right next to Roma Termini. Airport shuttle bus stops almost in front of via Ratazzi so it's less than a minute walk.

You need to arrange your arrival time with the owner so he can be there to welcome you. There are two buttons for Buonanotte at the door. If one doesn't work, press another. The owner won't come downstairs, but will unlock the door remotely. I kinda missed the click sound so ended up ringing multiple times. If you don't arrange your arrival time you might end up having to call and wait until he arrives which can be a while as Roma is busy.

I thought the breakfast option was an ideal way of experiencing Roma. You get coupons for hot beverage and cornetto of your choice. Nothing screams Italian breakfast than cappuccino and cornetto. The breakfast is in Santa Maria Osteria on the road parallel to Termini, a few minutes walk from Buonanotte. You also get discounts for lunch and dinner there with the same coupon. I think it's the perfect place to have breakfast but practice your Italian, guys who work in the mornings know very little English and tend to only speak Italian.

Overall, it was an ideal place to stay. Roma center is at the walking distance. If you enjoy exploring and walking don't buy any tickets for any buses. There's something beautiful almost around every corner.

The person who received us for check-in was not friendly, but he did accommodate our request to separate the bed into 2 twin beds. I knew we would be near the train station and that was convenient for transportation, but being near the station meant being surrounded by homeless people and the smells were very unpleasant.

I loved my stay at this property. It's very good value for money. It's super close to the central train station which is convenient. For that reason, the area may feel a little unsafe at night but just be streetwise and you will be fine. The property owner is very responsive on WhatsApp. The facilities are very good for the price paid. If I am back in Rome (there is a big possibility) I will not hesitate to stay here. With a few improvements, which I already mentioned to the owner, I will be very happy to easily give this property 5/5.

I have no rights to rate this accommodation as I did not stay/sleep in this family run room rental situated near train station.

As soon I retrieved my luggage from the belt, I sat at the arrival airport to quickly book a night close to termini station & this accomodation appeared on the search results via hotel.com as offered to me through my Silver membership. I was desperate as my sanitary been fully soaked whilst on the plane from Athens & just so unfortunately my 1st day of my menses thus in all that much of a mess, I had not read their terms in regards to late check-in as my plane landed at 20:00hrs and i booked the room immediately as soon i booked my express airport bus to termini via mobile app.
All that i was concerned at that moment was to ensure i have a place to sleep considering i am a female all alone on my own, arriving at night hrs.
As soon I get off the bus from termini station I walked to find the place which I had assumed was a hotel. ( i barely had time to read before i transacted the booking on hotel.com app)
Upon arriving at the door of the accommodation, a neighbour saw me standing at the door & kind enough to assist me to call the property owner.
Communicated via WhatsApp and later was being informed i required to pay 30€ for late check-in hrs. I totally did not read the terms as i booked it in a rush
I explained to owner sorry i cannot afford to pay another 30€ as I've paid for the room at 60€
Check-out is 9am. Booked proper hotel instead

This B&B is perfectly located for the main station and all major tourist attractions. Tricky to find as entered through large Italian doors with only a tiny name for the bell. The accommodation gives you a real taste of living like an Italian. Spacious room and good views of the surrounding streets. Takeaway breakfast included from down the street was very tasty (choice of pastry and coffee). You must either stand at the bar or takeaway. Only negative was the breakfast provider was not very friendly. But otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Very nice room! This is a condo studio in a tall building. Look for address, Not hotel sign. If you sleep in, make sure you have everything you need, ie coffee. The breakfast voucher is for a very nice restaurant down the street. Includes cappuccino and croissant standing at bar. Close to train station and other transportation. No late check out! Live like a local. Highly recommend.

I had a nice stay here. The room was spacious and nice to have a electric kettle for my hot drinks. The room was very clean and ready for my early arrival. The staff were very friendly although with limited English. The room also has a in-room safe box so that was useful. It was a nice surprise to learn that breakfast was included, it wasn't big, just a pastry a hot drink but that was not enough for me in the morning!
The location is exactly what I needed, 2 mins walk to the Roma Termini so it made my coming & going effortless especially with my luggage. The area seems little sketchy by the train terminal but I felt quite safe.
I definitely recommend this property!

It was advertised as a hotel on hotel.com website however, its a bed and breakfast. An apartment subdivided into rooms for rent. The room was big, the bathroom and linen were clean. The place is very close to terminal station, but when the windows are closed it's completely quiet.
The building looks a little shady but the room is completely renovated. The design is very pleasant. It is sparkling clean. Complete privacy. Aircondition is good, shower is good. The breakfast is coffee and a croissant at a near by Osteria, not what we call a breakfast in Israel but when in Rome... Seriously, it was very nice. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice room, about 200 feet from Termini. Rose room has 2 windows as its a corner unit. 4th floor with elevator.. Breakfast coupons are for stand up at the bar only, choice of coffee and croissant 2 blocks away. Only negative is internet which does not go through cement walls well. Could not get laptop to work at all. Got a signal barely on an ipad if I moved it around the room and best by head of bed.

Bad Value Proposition / A/C not working

Air Conditioning was not working from the start. The room was advertised as having A/C although it was clearly broken for a while. In a very noisy neighborhood in the summer that meant either sweating the whole night or waking up everytime a truck or ambulance passed by.

On my previous visit in Rome I´ve stayed at Domus Helena. Comparing the two, this was clearly a much much worse value proposition.

My complaint about the A/C was answered only on the second day. All that was said was that it could not be fixed in time. They couldn´t even provide a Fan or alternative, therefore my negative review.

OWNER IS PLEASANT BUT TRIED TO TRICK US INTO AN EARLY CHECK OUT TILL WE POINTED OUT THE WRITTEN POLICY WHICH IS 10:30 AM , STILL EARLIER THAN MOST. Great hotel in a perfect location

the hotel itself is an apartment which has been converted into two rooms with en suite. The kitchen area is used as an office, this is where you will get the keys etc after meeting the owner.

Very large rooms with all amenities required including a fridge which is helpful. The location is amazing as well as only a 5 minute walk to the station and about 20minutes to the main attractions of Rome.

The breakfast which is included consists of a voucher which entitles you to go to a local cafe and get a hot drink and a croissant which is easy enough to get.

I stayed for 3 nights and didn’t have any issues at all. I would stay again if I come back to Rome.

Cheap and cheerful b&b in Roma

Stayed for 3 nights. Good location near Roma Termini for metro, buses and trains. A few dodgy people hanging around local shops but never felt unsafe. The b&b staff were very friendly and room was cleaned very well daily. Breakfast were vouchers offered at a local restaurant, food was good but very limited.
Walking distance to the Coleseum and surrounding tourist attractions.

この値段ならこんなものかなと言う感想。シャワーは勢いが弱くて全体的にちょっとボロかったです。トイレットペーパーの予備が置いてなく、2泊目に無くなりそうになり少し焦りました。周辺は特に夜の治安はあまり良くなさそうなので夜に着く方は気をつけてください。清掃はしっかりしてくださったので気持ちよく過ごせました。
オーナーさんは親切な方で良かったです。宿泊中何かあった時はWhatsAppで連絡をと言われるため、心配な方は出発前にダウンロードしておいた方がいいかもしれません。

Très bon accueil de la part du propriétaire. Nous avons eu malheureusement un problème de climatisation la première nuit, résolu dès le lendemain quand nous l'avons signalé. Le petit-déjeuner est à l'italienne (un croissant italien et un café ou un thé) et la chambre est près de la gare pour les transports. Satisfait par ce séjour ☺️

Buonanotte está em uma localização privilegiada, ao lado da estação Roma Termini e acesso a vários outros meios de locomoção como os autocarros e metrô. Para quem gosta de andar, está a 2km do centro histórico. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Marco, que nos orientou e ajudou em nossas dúvidas, além disso houve um dia em que deixamos as chaves no apartamento e ele prontamente o abriu às 23h. O local estava limpo e arrumado, um ótimo lugar para dormir.

テルミニ駅から徒歩圏内にあり、ローマ市内を移動するにはとても便利な立地です。地下鉄やバスへのアクセスも良好で、観光の拠点としておすすめできます。

ただし、ホテルには常にスタッフが常駐しているわけではなく、チェックインのタイミングに合わせてスタッフが来る形です。そのため、事前に到着時間を連絡しておく必要があります。

また、ホテルの入口が非常に分かりづらいです。入口付近に案内の貼り紙があるので、それを目印に場所を探してください。実際のホテルは建物の4階にあります。

チェックイン時には、建物の入口用、4階へのアクセス用、部屋のカードキーの3つの鍵を受け取ります。

設備や部屋については問題なく、日本人観光客にも十分に快適に過ごせると思います。初めて利用される方は、事前の連絡と入口の場所に注意してください。

No cumplio con el horario de Check Out

Lo unico que no me agrado fue que nos habian dicho que el check Out era a las 10 AM y a las 9:15 am la señora del aseo ya nos estaba practicamente sacando de la habitacion le comentamos que la reserva decia que el check out era a las 10 y no le importo por lo que solo nos dio 10 minutos mas para recoger las cosas y salirnos del cuarto

Kulunut ja kauhtunut huone. Alue Terminin takana on epämääräinen ja sotkuinen. Parasta näkymät puistoon.
Aamuainen oli voucherit kahvilaan (parin sadan metrin päähän), jossa piti syödä tiskillä. Croissant ja kahvi kuuluivat diiliin. Tuli vähän huijattu olo, koska yöpymispaikka mainostaa olevansa bed and breakfast.

ホテルは4階にあります。

事前の到着時間の連絡が必須(スタッフは常勤ではなく時間に合わせて待機している)点がやや不便ですが、部屋は広くて使いやすかったです。

鍵が三種類ある(建物入口、ホテルの入口、自室のドア)ので、チェックイン時にすぐ使い方を確認しておくと良いです。(スタッフがいなくなったあとだと聞くことができないため)

また、9:30チェックアウトと聞いていましたが、9時に清掃の方が入ってきたため少し急ぎました。

Nära centralstation

Nära centralstation och hyfsat centralt. Trevlig och hjälpsam husvärd. Rent i rummet. Dock var sängen onödigt hård. Frukosten i närliggande bar med inte så gästvänlig personal. Fick stå under hela frukosten med krav på extrapengar ifall vi ville sitta.

El hotel es muy accesible, tiene una muy buena ubicación cerca de la estación Termini la cual te lleva hacia todas partes de Roma y el aeropuerto. El hotel está cerca de todos los puntos turísticos. La habitación es muy amplia y cómoda, fue justo lo necesario después de recorrer toda la ciudad cada día, cerca hay muchas opciones de comida y café, la verdad es que el hotel es básico, pero es conveniente y lo más importante es que es muy cómodo, ah y tiene elevador lo cual le da un plus muy importante.
