Biggest elevator in a month, smallest shower. Balcony fantastic when it wasn’t raining. Totally turned off by sign on mini fridge telling me it was not allowed to remove hotel beverages to put my things in. Hotel offers discount at their restaurant that was totally confusing. Hostess told us we could order some items, waiter said other items. Cancelled in frustration and just ordered pizza. Then they brought wrong pizza. After one bite they brought right pizza. Parking was great bonus.

The hotel was fabulous and we particularly enjoyed our balcony and we appreciated staff helpfulness and friendliness. Hotel breakfast also. Et good with lots of variety.

Hotel restaurant was very badly organised and we experienced long waits for service. We would advise manager of restaurant to re think the number of covers or make it in to a pizza only restaurant as it doesn’t work the way it is right now. Many Other guests also not happy with restaurant and experiencing very long waits for service. Plus restaurant probably loosing money, as if we had more opportunities to order (with waiting staff) we could have ordered more drinks.

Arrived at the hotel found it weird that the details of the room weren’t confirmed at the front desk except for the total nights we were staying. We arrived at our room and noticed it wasn’t the Superior Room with 2 levels like we booked. We called the front and dealt with the same person Alessandro which is the Manager this was “Story 1” he mentioned that the booking wasn’t for 2 levels. “Story 2” the room you have now is an upgrade.” Story 3” Orbitz made a mistake in the titling of the room. I could tell I was being given the a bunch of stories and tried to be made of a fool. So I reached out to Orbitz they confirmed that it was a 2 level superior room that I booked and that’s when “Story 4” came around and now he said it “We are unavailable with rooms.” He told the dedicated customer service team. It’s a nicer vintage luxury hotel but the vibe was off didn’t like the feeling it left me. If you book with this hotel please make sure to confirm that you are getting what you booked ahead so they don’t try to pull the same stunt.

While at the hotel, we were experienced a medical emergency. Alessandra and his staff were an enormous help. The hotel is located at the corner of old town Bosa making it easy to walk to the town and the castle. It is also easy to drive from the hotel to the hospital avoiding the narrow streets of the town and following the main road to the Bosa Marina. The breakfast provided was outstanding and the restaurant was very good. There was great access to parking across oss the street. Thank you to everyone for their kindness and concern.

Located just on the other side of the bridge from the historical center it’s an easy walk to the center. the room was clean, nice & comfortable. There’s free parking right across the street. Breakfast had a good selection of fruits & breads, cereal, juices and great coffee. Best of all, Alessandro at the front desk, provided excellent tips & information. The staff in the breakfast room was friendly. Highly recommended.

The location is fantastic, just across the bridge from the historical center. The rooms are nice and comfortable, with modern bathrooms. However, what made this hotel score significantly above the 3 stars for me was the exceptional service from each staff member, especially Alessandro at the front desk ! Ask, the staff at the breakfast service was wonderful and SMILING! Best experience in this trip this far & that includes the so card 5 star hotels.

Great location, Difficult parking access.

When arriving, the parking area drop arm was closed. I called the phone number posted. The woman did not speak English, so I tried to just state “Parking”, “Check in” and “my name” she hung up on me. I had to park illegally, go inside, and viola, she spoke perfect English. Then she gave me a fob for the parking area. When I went out, another English speaking couple had the fob on their room key chain, but did not know that it was for the parking or how to use it. That young woman was passive aggressive. Other than that, the room was fine, clean. The shower curtain was two sides and I had to put plastic stool inside to keep it from sticking to me. Location of hotel is perfect.
Restaurant had excellent fish ravioli in scampi sauce.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The location is fantastic and the views from our balcony were stunning. The staff always went out there way to help. They provided us with an umbrella for the beach and after a long day, we came back to some complementary bottle of prosecco in our room, which was a lovely touch. Breakfast buffet was our favourite so many different options to choose from and the restaurant in the hotel is most definitely worth a visit! Will definitely stay again!

Hotel is situated just across the river from Bosa old town. Whilst the building itself is old style and has a lot of history, the rooms are quite modern; we even had a jacuzzi bath on our terrace, which was quite a surprise.
The reception staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about what to do in Bosa.

Lovely Hotel - Great Position

Unfortunately, our allocated room number 303 smelled strongly of sewerage drains and we were not able to stay in it. There were no other rooms available, so an alternative accommodation was found at another hotel. We were very disappointed with the situation. We booked the room 4 months ago .. we believe the management are well aware of this problem and we noticed a 'hidden' air freshener taped under the ensuite sink ... a wholly inadequate solution to a drain vent design problem. We do not believe any hotel management should keep a room open for occupation on the off chance a client will put up with such a smell. Finally, to be fair to to the reception staff, they were very professional and helpful in so far as they could be and the alternative accommodation in another part of the town was satisfactory but not to superior room standard that we had intended when we made our choice all those months ago.

Character hotel in great location.

We were delighted at our first glance at the large charming lobby, and the reception was warm, welcoming and helpful. The hotel has no parking but we eventually found a free spot in one of three nearby areas which we were directed to. Our room was not as admirable as the lobby, being small, dark and basic, but it was very quiet. We had been allocated a brighter 2-storey room with a better view, but my husband didn't care to climb downstairs to the toilet in the middle of the night, so we were quickly shown a smaller room on one floor. The large patio restaurant was lovely and very popular, with many locals as patrons in the evening. Best of all was the location, just over the bridge from the old town, which was very very lively due to the carnival festival they were celebrating at the time we were there.

Overnight stop in Bosa. The hotel is well positioned with easy parking and a nice restaurant. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, particularly when my wife emailed her the next evening to say that she had left her sunglasses in the room. The room itself was a bit small but with a lovely bathroom. The breakfast room was also a bit tight at peak time but there was a good choice of food. Recommended.

Brutal experience

Wel, it was by far our worst hotel room in all trip around Sardinia. When we arrived, we were given a brutal room on the 3rd floor with a tiny bathroom. It is so tiny, that if you need to leave the shower room you have to jump over the lavatory pan. And it was damaged brutally, air conditioning system was badly installed and so on. We asked for something else and we were given a double-floor room on the 2nd floor. A bathroom and the whole room were old and damaged, air conditioning is badly installed, you see pipes and cables. Brutal for the \"top hotel in Bosa\".

We stayed here for one night in September. Really lovely welcome from the girl on front desk, she could not have done more for us. The room was very clean and the bathroom nice and spacious. The best thing was the restaurant, we ate dinner here - delicious and good value for money. The breakfast was good too, lots of fresh items and options for dietary restrictions (e.g. soy milk and rye bread) - great. Only a couple of minutes walk into the main bit of town.

In annexe where there was no phone to contact reception in main hotel. No handrail on stairs from ground to first floor and very wobbly handrail from first to second floor. Bathroom window fell off hinges when I tried to open it as no ventilator and one of the shower fixtures was very wobbly - upstairs on roof terrace one of the doors came off top hinges when I tried to open it. There were no fire precaution signs or info anywhere and some mouse droppings on bathroom shelf. On face of it appeared a very clean and well appointed room and bathroom with lots of towels hairdryer etc and lovely view over Bosa BUT the development had been structurally very shoddy and certainly didn't meet any health and safety regulations in the annexe

Our experience at Hotel Palazzo was just fantastic. The staff were all wonderful and the hotel itself is beautiful, especially the reception. Our room had a balcony which gave us great views of the old town, which we upgraded to get and was worth it. Bosa itself is not a big town and the hotel itself was just a 5 minute walk from the Central square. I would and have already recommended it to server all friends and family and would happily return.

Nice hotel in a good location.

We booked this hotel as a last minute holiday and had a positive experience. The hotel is in a great location for access to Bosa and Bosa Marina. The breakfasts were great, offering food to suit every taste and the room and hotel were impeccably clean. The staff are wonderful, very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The vouchers for the lovely hotel restaurant are well worth the money, the food was great! Just make sure that you book in advance to get a table.

This is a three star hotel with five star service. Our daughter was ill for first two days, and staff, particularly Christina at reception couldn't have helped us more, even offering to drive us to hospital should it be required during the night. We would highly recommend this hotel to families and couples.

In particular the Reception Desk staff were very helpful suggesting places to visit, giving information on bus times and other local information. Staff serving breakfast were keen to ensure that guests had an adequate and enjoyable breakfast. The room was clean and well serviced.

A nice old hotel close to the river in Bosa

Very nice old hotel with very good resturant. The room was in two levels, so be prepared to run stairs as their is niether any elevator in hotel. Breakfast was a lot better than most hotels in Italy can offer. Friendly personeel. The restaurant can be crowded in summer time and we noticed that none out of four times were they able to take good care of all the clients-unacceptable long waiting fo many before they could order. So, come early. Location is good, close to the river, only a two minutes walk from the main street in old Bosa, a couple of km from the sea.

Uncomfortable Staff

I had a friend over, during the day, and the front desk hassled me regarding the guest, demanding that I pay an additional 20 Euros for my guest, each night. Rather than leave me to my privacy on my vacation, one which I paid dearly to enjoy in order to leave the hassles of everyday life, or instead politely ask me and inform me of their policy, instead the staff confronted me and rather passive aggressively told me I had to pay more for the same room with the same service. Later my friend decided to stay rather than worry over taking the three times a day bus to Alghero, and we told them upfront and paid for the silly extra guest fee and still the staff treated us with an air of condescension, answering simple area inquiries with short, snippy answers. Even the next morning at breakfast, the rude staffer came near our table and paced awkwardly back and forth seemingly waiting to confront us, leaving it up to me to deal with him just to leave us alone, effectively ruining our breakfast with the hostility he brought with him. We were nothing but polite and even paid the silly fee, trying to avoid the awkwardness but still this hotel ruined our time in town that is severely overpriced and significantly less interesting than Alghero, without any added small town charm. I only wish there were more reviews to keep us from committing to a non refundable reservation.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, alle im Haus sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich - toll, weiter so ;)
Frühstück hat mir auch gut gefallen, unter anderem, weil ich eine Auswahl an glutenfreiem Brot und Kuchen bekommen habe.

Ottima esperienza! La stanza era pulita, spaziosa e ben curata nei dettagli. Ho apprezzato molto la presenza di prodotti da bagno completi, incluso anche il detergente intimo, una piccola attenzione che fa davvero la differenza. Personale gentile e posizione comoda. Consigliatissimo!

Fint autentisk hotel lige ved centrum af Bosa. Fantastisk indbydende morgenmad og dejlig have. Daglig rengøring og hjælpsomt personale. Anbefaler ikke at benytte hotellets restaurant, maden var smagløst og til al for høj en pris i forhold til kvalitet - men hotellet skal have en stor anbefaling og vi vil altid booke der igen når vi kommer tilbage til Bosa.

Sehr schönes Hotel, das an einen James Bond Film erinnert.
Ich hatte durch expedia einen top Preis auf das wohl \"kleinste Zimmer\" im Haus (ohne Wirlpool oder Sauna) und war trotzdem sehr gut damit bedient.
Schönes großes Bad, Hygieneartikel aller art, Duschgel etc. vorhanden.
Um sich Bosa anzusehen eine top lage, das Hotel hat auch einen eigenen Parkplatz mit Schranke und Chipzugang.

Lediglich der Punkt \"Verdunklung des Zimmers\" entsprach nicht ganz meiner vorstellung, hier hatte ich nur einen normalen Vorhang, keinen, wie angegeben der komplett das Licht schluckt.

Auch im Preis inbegriffen: ein sehr gutes Frühstück mit allem was das Herz begehrt.

Jederzeit wieder, dann gerne mit Freundin/Frau und ein größeres Zimmer um die Katzen schnurren zu lassen! Romantik Pur.
