Booking the triple room with water views, the room is spacious, quiet and allowed us to wake each morning to an expansive view of the castello, Bosa town center, and the river Temo. Staff were wonderfully friendly and the morning cappacino was welcome.

Lovely situation, overlooking the river and with restaurants and shops in the street just behind.
Staff were not very friendly - reception was very businesslike and the cleaner complained at 9.10am that we were still in the room and would not be able to come back later to clean the room! Staff at breakfast were very slow to respond to our requests.
No parking outside on a busy street, so we had to drop our bags off and look for parking elsewhere, which worked reasonably well.
Nice attractive room, very clean.

The staff here is always so helpful! The check-in process went very easily (even though they said they didn’t have the reservation made approximately 7 months earlier). Fortunately, I had a confirmation for a room rental. Unfortunately, the room I booked was not available. The beds are comfortable and the B&B is in a very good location. Central, but quiet. This is our second stay at the B&B and we would stay again.

I found the mattresses very hard and there weren't any face cloths to wash your face without having to use the small towel for one. It was hard to get the soap out of the dispenser.

Bosa is a lovely quaint village, so accommodation options are understandably limited. We had adjusted our expectations so that was not the problem. The room that we were in had a very strong sweet scent that bordered on being unpleasant. It was either the room deodoriser or the vanish on the wood. The Junior Suite was a single large room that stood on its own, apart from the main hotel, and was in fact across the canal. The view was charming, but the room itself was spartan and dark, and did not feel cosy or welcoming. It was lucky that we stayed only one night.

Over the last few years we have stayed at Corte Fiorita at least half a dozen times. It has been our ‘Bosa Hotel’. Reception with English spoken and adequate breakfast, served by friendly ladies, in the main building and now three other nearby sites. Large comfortable clean bedrooms, some with river view, but we don’t think there has ever been a plug for the hand basin. Take your own universal plug! Street parking. Restaurants nearby. Nice town.

No WIFI - Location differs to what's advertised.

I don't like to complain, but like other people who've stayed there it is indeed misleading when making the booking. I initially tried to book a river front room, but no rooms were available but the \"city view\" rooms. They don't mention that those rooms are in a totally different building (They have to drive you to the other location) and NO wifi is available there. No cellphone reception in the rooms either so you can't count on that. Breakfast was okay, but pretty basic. Reception was not rude, but not friendly either. I paid $180/night which I think is high for these very basic rooms.
Sorry for the bad review, but I felt duped after staying here.

This place have 3rd diffrent bildings that far 150 meter from the check in desk.
This hotel lower than a zimer. The air condition is not work, you have to climb few stairs to the elavitor. The elevator is new and very slower.
They chenge us a room, in another bilding.
The resturant under the room when we slip is very good.

The hotel is beautiful decorated and very very pleasant.
View to the river is amazing.
Nice beaches nearby.
In our room the WiFi didn’t work at all but it was ok down stairs.

Good budget friendly option with a bit of walking!

A decent budget hotel option in a lovely little town. We chose not to book a 'River View' room, but were surprised to find upon check in that this meant staying in a different building to the main hotel altogether - a few minutes away into the town. Wifi and breakfast were supplied in the main hotel only, so a slight inconvenience. Staff were pleasant and helpful, whilst rooms were clean and simple. Altogether a pleasant stay.

We arrived in Bosa after a long ferry ride from Barcelona which was delayed by an extreme storm. We easily found our way to the hotel and were met by the owner Antonio at reception. He was extremely helpful and provided a prompt check in. Due to the weather conditions and low season availability of services in the town he organised a booking for dinner for us at a nearby restaurant. The food was superb! Our room was large and comfortable with a balcony to view the rising Bosa River. We stayed for 2 nights and could not fault the attention by staff and enjoyed our included cold style buffet breakfast. Thankyou Antonio for being a super host.

The hotel has two buildings a short walk apart. Both are beautiful buildings and the rooms are clean, comfortable and very pretty.
The breakfast was good but not a huge selection.
Parking is free next to the river.

We booked this hotel based on reviews, particularly in relation to information provided to guests and were somewhat disappointed. We arrived to find reception closed (something not referred to in our confirmation) and when we returned when it was open found the staff a little offhand/surly. We asked for restaurant recommendations and were only given one where we could get a discount - however on checking this place out found it to be dead and uninviting so reverted to other options. Later when we asked about wine tastings were recommended the same place - again no alternatives! Suspect there is a vested interest which wasn't declared! With regard to the room it felt rather basic, dated and monastic, albeit clean and spacious. Breakfast was OK but we had much better whilst in Sardinia. Overall hotel must do better to maintain its rating - we experienced better for less money elsewhere in Sardinia

The hotel was immaculate throughout and the service was very good. We arrived and had already read that parking outside the hotel was difficult so we drove back across the bridge, parked for free and walked back over. It was not a long walk and the area is nice so we had no issues leaving the car overnight. The room and bathroom were very spacious with a view across the river. There was also a wall of exposed stonework which gave the room a lovely rustic feel as well as wooden beams in a high ceiling.

Bosa an enchanting town!

We decided to go Bosa on a whim and we were very pleased we did it is just as cute as cute plus a river runs through it ! The hotel is right on the river in the middle of the old part of town and the view from our spacious third floor room was magic, almost worth the three flights of steep and whinding stairs with all our luggage. However the room was very spacious and full of character, although the aircon and TV both did not work! The TV not really a problem, the aircon however was as even though we could open the windows, there were lots of mozzies. Breakfast was served in a charming little courtyard and more than adequate. Apparently if you book further ahead there are rooms with access to the elevator. We enjoyed our short stay and for the price and the area it was a good experience.

Great Location

If 5* luxury is what you are looking for, then this isn't the hotel for you. If you are looking for a quirky hotel with a very central location then this is the hotel for you. We checked in at the main hotel on the front street by the river and were then taken by electric car to our hotel with our bags right in the middle of the old town. The location is great, right amongst all the cobbled streets. We were on the 4th (top) floor so had an amazing view of the town and the castle. The room is very basic but comfortable, we had a roof terrace with a table and chairs, great for a pre dinner drink. There was even a small kitchen area, not that we used it. Breakfast was very basic, served by the cleaners who keep disappearing to change beds. The location is great, the bed comfy and the view fantastic, and the lady who checked us in was lovely, really helpful and knowledgable about the town. If the breakfast was better it would have been hard to fault.

Reliable hotel right in the centre of Bosa

We had booked a double room but were pleasantly surprised to be offered a small apartment for the same price so we got the benefit of a quiet off-street bedroom and also a balcony in the living room overlooking the river on the street side. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with good tips for the best beaches in the area. Recommended.

Small old hotel with a lot of charm. Breakfast was OK but nothing special. Our “superior room” was in a really bad condition and a waste of money. The terrace was without option for shadow and the furnitures was old and damaged. The hotel was next to the river and in good position from restaurants and shopping.

Prachtige locatie aan de rivier, bij het centrum van de oude stad, en op 600 m van het plein waar de bussen naar bv Oristano en Alghero vertrekken en aankomen. Naar Bosa Marina is het een aangename wandeling van 3 km. Mooie, rustige, nette, old style kamer met het nodige comfort, maar geen waterkoker beschikbaar. Correcte ontvangst. Verzorgd ontbijtbuffetje. Kleine patio om buiten te ontbijten.

Nous avons aimé la gentillesse du personnel, la belle vue rivière, hôtel de charme, très bien situé, grande chambre.
Petit buffet petit déjeuner avec quelques bons produits.
Nous avons moins aimé la faiblesse du wifi, l’absence de couette pour une couverture. L’immeuble est peut-être ancien et cela fait son charme mais l’état de certains équipements et certaines Rénovations passées ne sont pas bons.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au sein de cet hôtel, notre chambre était situé dans le centre de Bosa, les ruelles sont très agréables, certes peu pratique pour amener les valises jusqu'à la chambre, et de plus il n'y a pas de parking gratuit mais nous avons tout de même apprécié notre séjour. La terrasse avec la vue sur la ville et le château était très agréable, la chambre également, avec des pierres apparentes.

Petit bémol pour le petit-déjeuner qui n'est pas trop transcendant, avec peu de choix, seulement des croissants et yaourts pour le sucré, et du salé avec du fromage et du saucisson. Les boissons chaudes servies sont bonnes, par contre les jus de fruits n'étaient pas à notre goût.
