good location for touring south

basic room but clean and a lovely pool- no tea making facilities. Great to have a patio and fresh limes to pick outside. However, clearly had not been de- bugged- we were bitten to death even with repellant.
Breakfast was very poor- food left uncovered and meats and cheese left out for 2 hours not chilled. Tuna served from tin that was brought out each day- so unchilled for 2 hours a day for a week. Coffee and hot water was cold

At the foot of Etna

Not exactly in Taormina but being close to a bubbling Etna made up for it. It later blew spectacularly.
Understaffed:
a. 1 waiter for breakfast on all 3 days, serving hot drinks from ONE coffee machine
b. grass 4\" high on arrival but cut on 2nd day
Ate in restaurant on last night - good food and waiter service at reasonable price.
Great pool, beautifully clean.
Huge rooms (with terrace) and generous wardrobe/drawer space offered enough opportunity to spread out.

A Great Family Run Hotel!

This is a great hotel! It's family run and they make you feel like family!!!
My son had left money in the room after we left. Once we realized it we had someone call The King's House. They found the money and we picked it up on our way back to Catania Airport. The owner didn't want a reward and even bought us a drink!

Superb hotel

The hotel is located in a rather run down area but is an absolute gem! The rooms are large and downstairs have a patio facing onto the central swimming pool.
There is free wi fi and the manger, Leonardo, is delightful, even though he doesn't speak much English. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he drew us a very helpful map of how to get to Etna and which was the best route.
Breakfasts were superb and it was very good value for money.

Intanto devo ammettere che non immaginavo un posto così pieno di piante , sembra un giardino incantato. Molto pulito. Gentilissimo tutto lo staff che con garbo ti mette subito a proprio agio. Molto ampie, pulite, confortevoli e piene di luce le stanze che hanno anche un bel balcone o un patio. La piscina è pulitissima . la colazione ricca ed abbondante. Vicinissima a Giardini Naxos , Taormina ed altri posti turistici molto belli da visitare, quindi la struttura ha una posizione strategica ed a pochi passi p c'è la bellissima spiaggia di Fondachello. Lo consiglio e do il massimo dei voti a tutto . Anche le stelle tutte meritate.

très bel hôtel très bien située pour visiter la Sicile ,accueil du personnelle surtout la dame plus âgée a la réception pas agréable et aucun sourire ni bonjour du personnelle .Quand vous demander le menu du soir personne ne sais vous répondre qu'est qu'il a il au menu il faut attendre 19h30 a 20h pour le savoir,a la piscine les 2 sauveteurs de piscine ne font aucun effort ne bouge pas aucun règlement ni sécurité.
belle vue belle piscine dans l'ensemble très bien et la Sicile est très belle proche de Taormina,Catane,Messina ....

Durchschnitts Tourihotel

Nachdem wir das 3. Zimmer getestet hatten konnten wir einziehen. Das Personal abends ist sehr freundlich, davon könnte der Frühdienst noch viel lernen (sozusagen sich eine Scheibe abschneiden).
Der Pool ist klasse. Das Frühstück ist eher bescheiden.

Soggiorno ottimo

Buon soggiorno. Camera spaziosa e ben arredata. Bagno completo di tutti gli accessori ed abbastanza spazioso.
Peraltro, un po' più di gentilezza alla reception non guasterebbe, soprattutto da parte dei titolari della struttura.

Il sig zappala' una persona gentilissima all'arrivo ci ha fornito subito le chiavi di una camera eccezionale. La struttura è molto bella ma dovrebbe essere valorizzata meglio. L'unica pecca è la pulizia che non è eccezionale!

c e tanto da migliorare

ho soggiornato una sola notte e tutto sommato non é andata male la struttura é davvero bella, la camera grandissima, con balconcino privato che da sulla piscina. la piscina splendida, pulita e ben tenuta dal bagnino che si é mostrato molto simpatico e disponibile. purtroppo gli aspetti negativi sono più di quelli positivi. la struttura ha delle grandi potenzialità ma é tenuta male ed é gestita peggio. il check in é alle 15 noi arriviamo dopo le 16 e discutonotra loro su quale stanza darci perché ancora le stanno pulendo. nessuno ci spiega niente ci consegnano una busta con i telecomandi e arrivederci e alcune stanze sono davvero complicate da trovare, dopo noi sono arrivati un gruppo di persone anziane che hanno vagato mezz'ora tra i giardini in cerca delle loro camere. nessuno si é preoccupato di accompagnarli. la camera pecca in pulizia il box doccia era sporco di sapone e alle rubinetterie servirebbe un anticalcare inoltre macchie belle grandi nel tessuto del divanetto. colazione davvero scadente col lo yogurt nelle ciotole col mestolo. per concludere, non usano comunicare tra di loro. ognuno fa quello che gli pare senza dare comunicazioni, ci é stato chiesto un extra di 30 euro per poter tardare il check out, vado la mattina a pagarlo e nel pomeriggio quando riconsegnamo la chiave ci viene chiesto di pagarlo di nuovo perché non é scritto da nessuna parte che l'abbiamo pagato, la ragazza ha fatto delle telefonte senza risultato, alla fine ci ha voluti credere sulla parola

Camere immense, piscina molto bella. Vicino al mare a circa 800 metri. Camere Pulite. Consiglio per vacanza relax piscina/mare. Il paese nelle vicinanze non ha molto da offrire per i giovani. Struttura consigliata, ritornerò volentieri.

+ Clean, big and tidy rooms, big beds.
+ Nice pool area.
+ Short walk to beach.
+ Breakfast ok, alot of sweet stuff (common in Italy)?

- Empty fridge at arrival. Would have been nice with atleast a bottle of drinking water until one gets in place.
- Poor english among the staff, but we managed.
-Some sunbeds broken at places.

Hotel accogliente e confortevole

Il nostro è stato un soggiorno breve ma piacevole. Abbiamo pernottato in hotel per due giorni ma tutti i servizi sono stati più che soddisfacenti, dalla colazione a buffet alla pulizia delle camere e della piscina! Lo consiglierei

hotel acceuillant , agreable

vue magnifique sur l Etna , proximité de la plage et des restos , voiture devant la chambre.
chambre grande et spacieuse, terrasse vue sur la piscine, clim, frigo, ( eau fraiche en arrivant de ballades ou plage !!!)
patron et sa fille tres disponibles et gentils a l ecoute , Italien , anglais , un peu de francais , mais possibilité de se comprendre. D une aide precieuse lorsque Al Italia a egaré vos bagages et qu il faut tel .....( car eux ne parle que l italien !!)
a recommander .

DISPONIBILISSIMO IL PERSONALE, SPAZIOSE E COMODE LE CAMERE, PERFETTO IL BAGNO.
SE DEVO ESPRIMERE UNA CRITICA GLI SPAZI ESTERNI ALLA CAMERA, DOVE ERA POSSIBILE NCHE MANGIARE, NON ERANO MOLTO PULITI E CURATI. ANCHE LA COLAZIONE NON PROPRIO RICCHISSIMA.

Hôtel très beau avec une belle vue sur l'Etna !! La proprietaire ne parle pas un mot d'anglais ce qui est compliqué quand on arrive !! Le petit déjeuner laisse a désirer plus rien a 9h30!! Les alentours de l'hôtel sont vraiment moches!! L'enceinte de l'hôtel est quand a elle très agréable ( verdure piscine )

Situé entre Taormina, Catane et l'Etna, cet hôtel a beaucoup d'attraits : parking gratuit, grande piscine, chambres immenses, balcon avec tables et chaises, clim et wifi. Possibilité de dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel le soir pour 20€. Le buffet du petit dej est correctement approvisionné.
Bémol : si le wifi est effectivement disponible à la réception, le signal ne va pas jusqu'aux chambres.

海水浴客向けです

場所が中途半端。
部屋で使えるはずのＷｉＦｉ電波が弱くてほとんど
使えないうえに、モバイルのTIMも使えないことが
多かった。
ホテルのフロントの人もお爺さん、お婆さんで
言葉も今一。
付近には夜に営業しているレストランがないので
仕方なくホテルのレストランを使ったが、
メニューが少なく味も？(値段は安いが)

excellent, clean, great location, a few steps from the sea, excellent restaurant and breakfast, fabulous views of Mount Etna. I recommend this HOTEL.
