In terms of room cleanliness, location, and convenience, everything was perfect. However, the only improvement I would recommend the owner to do, would to be to reach out earlier to send a detailed instruction on how to get to you room after check in hours which is 3pm on that day so people know what to expect , other then that, everything was great, the bar was comfortable , the room was flawless, there was space to put the luggage, and the washroom was bigger then many I’ve seen and overall incredible.

You need to be confident with KTalk.WhatsApp and Line. It is self check in with texting on KTalk app.You confirm 24hours before and they are suppose to send you a txt with room and door code 2.30pm the day of your stay. Problem is they didn’t send anything! We sent a txt on KTalk but they didn’t reply until an hour and a half later at almost 5pm. Luckily we found the Radiant box room on the 5th floor you can ring the doorbell all you want, nobody is there! But it had alternate QR codes for contact through What’s App. No answer to our call but they at least txted 15minutes later. They won’t send details on email either.
If we didn’t have access to a second app or QR code we would have been very distressed. We don’t speak Korean.
The glib apology for the inconvenience was Sorry we will try harder next time.
The room however was clean It has NO crockery, cups or cutlery. You cannot use the washer or stove The only thing you get besides bed linen is kettle,soap,towels and toilet paper. Very spartan living but good beds,view and showers.

Excellent stay!

Clean and comfortable, shower is awesome. The apartment is right in the center and close to metro. Fridge a bit smelly.

Only thing they should improve is the communication for the check in, they should have known it was impossible for them to send their email address via hotels.com.

Overall is excellent, will highly recommend it to everyone.

I really can’t recommend staying here. From the moment we arrived, it was a letdown - there was a long black hair on the yellow chair, followed by more in the bed, which immediately made the place feel unhygienic. Communication was bad too; we had to message multiple times just to get check-in details, and the staff were rather unhelpful and unfriendly throughout. For tourists, receiving instructions for check-in at the exact time of check-in is just not acceptable - it was very stressful, especially with patchy internet signal. The room itself is tiny, much smaller than the photos suggest. There wasn’t even space to open one suitcase comfortably, let alone two.

The blinds don’t cover the windows properly - they are several inches too short, so light flooded in at night, making it hard to sleep. We weren’t given any instructions about Wi-Fi or air conditioning either, so these were challenging to work out. Check-in was frustratingly rigid, they wouldn’t let us in even a minute early, despite knowing we were waiting and the room clearly being ready. On top of that, the luggage storage room was left unlocked and totally unsecured. Anyone could have walked in and taken our bags.

Basic amenities were lacking in the room - half the plug sockets didn’t work, the hairdryer overheated within a minute, and overall, it just felt like the bare minimum was done. If you’re looking for a more vibrant area with better restaurants and bars, you’re better off staying near Gwangalli Beach.

Easy check-in and out. Nice and close to everything, train, shopping, restaurants, and markets. Only thing was hard to find at first. (1 block away from the Jagalchi-ro train station, luggage use exit 5 than walk up till you see the G25 convince store, than turn right n the hotel entrance is on the left side) hope this helps.

Clean, quiet and convenient. Walking distance to food and shopping. Although we didnt ask for daily cleaning of the room, the staff provided fresh towels, toilet paper and drinks. Easy check in and put via whatapps.
For improvement, could provide more information in English on rubbish disposal.

There are better hotels on Nampo

Somehow I've given a room near to the night plaza where I can hear people singing karaoke at night. The sound proof window can't seem to work and also no mircrowave service, given only one small towel for 2 people, didn't do their house keeping daily. Room is not as spacious as it looks, the glass coffee table is dangerous as it can be separated from the legs and it's not visible.

Upon arrival to the outside building I was nervous that the room photos could be fake… but it really was as beautiful, if not more, than the photos. The room was clean, stylish, and beautiful. My ocean view absolutely blew me away. Check in was easy and I could walk to everything! Food just outside the hotel at night and again, the view blew my mind. I think I took about 10374629 pictures. 10/10 recommend!!!!!

It’s contactless self check in which we weren’t aware or expecting for a hotel as it was not mentioned in the booking. Initially thought it was rather odd how the building is shared with another hotel on 3rd floor however to speak to front desk, you have to WhatsApp them for check in and check out and for other room requests. Other than that, hotel is nearby BIFF Square and Nampo shopping district, only thing is that the lobby and surrounding areas is a little sketchy, especially for solo female travellers. I recommend staying here with a partner just in case. Other than that, it is closer to Busan station but quite far if u intend to travel to haeundae areas to explore. So commute time is close to 1hr everywhere else.

過去にこのオフィステルの別宿に宿泊経験あり。

【立地】
・最高。チャガルチ駅3番からすぐ。バス停も近く便利。

【チェックイン】
・チェックインは事前にカトクでいいか宿に確認、宿からカトクIDが送られてきた。
・15時に1階に到着、数分後には号数/PASSが来たので早かった。
・1階にQRコード掲示はあるが、あらかじめLINE/カトクで「래디언트 남포」で検索しておくといいかも。
　送るメッセージは1階に着きました、名前、チェックインチェックアウト日（基本フロントで書くような内容）、旅券情報は不要。

【部屋】
・鍵：パスワード入力、これに慣れると鍵なし快適過ぎて。号数とパスワードだけはしっかり記憶を。
・広さ：一人なら十分。二人だと微妙な気はする。
・掃除：そこまで気になるほどではないが微妙。滞在中清掃なし。
・冷蔵庫：家庭用冷凍庫付きのがある。水2本。
・スリッパ：玄関の棚に年季の入ったものはあるが、使い捨て持参で対応。
・トイレ：ウォシュレットなし。
・シャワー：トイレ続きにシャワー、温度水量は十分。浴室によくある底穴あきゴムスリッパ※はない。
・シャンプー/コンディショナー/ボディソープ：ある。
・空調：ボイラーのスイッチを押すとオンドル入るのであったかい（オンドルは主電源OFFでも切れない）。
・ドライヤー：故障
・延長コード：故障
・Wi-Fi：ある。パスワードなし、VPN使ったほうがいいかも。
・タオル：バスタオル2枚、小さいの3枚？バスマットない。滞在中交換もなし。交換というよりは依頼すれば補充？
・トイレットペーパー：予備が一個。
・テッシュペーパー※：ない。
・キッチンのIH：使用禁止、電気ポットのみ。よく警報機鳴って禁止になったと（別宿で聞いた）。
・食器類※：マグカップが一個。
・カーテン：レースカーテンの後ろにロールカーテンとブラインドがある。
・テレビ：前の人？がYouTubeログインしたまま、名前から日本人男性か？ログアウト必須を自分で注意するしかない。自己責任。
・壁掛け時計：12時で止まったまま。オブジェ？
・洗濯機：使用禁止掲示あり。だけど連絡したら使っていいとの許可。よくわからない。洗剤は持参。洗濯時間は1時間半とかかかる。
・物干し：518号室（無人フロント！）まで借りに行った。返却も元の場所に持って行って写真付けてカトク。

※は別宿にはあった備品。ないのは値段差か。その分安いなら文句は言えまい。

【コミュニケーション】
・物干しを借りたのと、ドライヤー、延長コードが故障で、かなり密に連絡、応答対応ともに早かった。
・ドライヤー等の故障は深夜に判明したため、カトクで先に連絡だけしたのですが、翌朝対応する旨の即レスあり。
・翌日、新品のドライヤーが、タオルセット（トイレットペーパー、水2本含む）と一緒にドア前に配達されていた。
・平日だった関係もあるかもしれませんが、個人的には対応早かったと思います。
・チェックイン直後に設備は確認したがいい　＆　後で文句書くより現地で声を上げたほうがいい。

【リピート】
・部屋に無駄にオブジェとかランプ（これも壊れていたw）とかあるけど、少しシンプルにしてもいいかも。
・でも、この値段なら個人的には全然再訪あり。他にも泊まりたいオフィステルは多いので次回は来年か。
・ただしホテル同等のサービスを期待しないこと、金庫もないので貴重品は自己管理、問題があればちゃんと言えること、が前提。

行った日はとても寒くて部屋の暖房が全然効かない。ラインで問い合わせしても操作方法のみ。だけど故障しているのか３部屋借りて一部屋だけは起動しなかった。誰にも相談出来ないし、二度と泊まらない。

住宿地點區段很方便，一走出去就是地鐵和公車站，而且還有一整排布帳馬車，只是對於習慣每天喝水的我們沒有杯子有點困擾，雖然有瓶裝礦泉水不過我們還是習慣喝熱水壺煮的水(這裡有熱水壺可以煮水)，空間小了一點但大致上都不錯👍

Location is excellent - subway is 1 min away. Closest market food is just outside the entrance and lots of stores and restaurants.

Rooms looks pretty new and were comfortable.

It's a hotel without reception. You can check in and out in a few different ways. We used KakaoTalk and it worked flawlessly. We also got a code for a room to store our luggage in since we arrived early and asked for it.

Really recommended - would return.

Bonne experience, check-in un peu stressant.

Il ne s'agit pas exactement d'un hotel, il n'y a pas de réception. C'est là où l'expérience a été un peu stressante, le temps de comprendre comment faire. C'est plutôt un modèle airbnb. Il y a un lave linge et une plaque de cussion qu'il est interdit d'utiliser ce qui est un peu étrange.
Sinon, très bien placé, chambre propre, bonne expérience dans l'ensemble.

本来はExpediaのメッセージからLINE IDが届くが、
チェックイン時刻過ぎてから届く。
ホテルの一階にLINE IDのQRコード表示があるので、自分で友達登録してコンタクト取れるが、チェックイン時間前は一切連絡がないので、焦らずで大丈夫です。

■部屋
部屋は十分きれい。
清掃はある程度行き届いており、ホテルより値段が安いので納得。
タオルはLINEで依頼しないと持ってきてくれない。
2人宿泊だったが、バスタオルは1枚しか持ってきてくれずちょっと不満。

■アメニティ
シャンプー、リンス、ボディソープはある。
コップなどなにもない。

どこに行くのにも便利な位置にあるため、利便性は非常に良い。部屋もキレイに清掃がされており、窮屈な感じはない。ラインで要望などわからないことを聞くとすぐに返事をくれ、対応も良い。チェックインは初めて利用する人には難しく、改善を要望したい。

チェックインは無人でオートテックインなので事前に情報を入手しておく。繁華街内なので徒歩圏内で食事、買い物は便利。上層階だったので海の眺めも良く、部屋は清潔。地下鉄の駅にも近いので、移動、観光も楽。

非常にロケーションがよくコスパがいいホテルですが、普通のホテルではないので不便な点もあります。
アリーチェックインに対応していのと、洗濯機や調理器具があるのに使えないこと。電子レンジがないこと、カップなどがなくて、アメニティが足りないことなどはマイナスポイントでした。
でもいい部屋に安く泊まることができたので満足しています。

部屋の棚に前宿泊者のパンツが入っていました（とても臭い）キッチンスペースの下の棚には空き缶や空きペットボトルのゴミが入っていました。きちんと清掃しているのでしょうか？エレベーターは部屋数に対して少なくボタンを押してもなかなか来ません。

Terrible self check-in process

The location is great. Only 1 min walking distance from metro station. But the hotel staff asked guests to contact them via email before check-in in order to provide self check-in password. However, the staff didn’t replied me emails and no one answered hotel’s phone number until 4pm. There head office staff replied me but couldn’t provide any check in help. It is inconvenient for foreigners to receive check-in detail after check-in time even I tried to contact the hotel in many ways whole day. It’s a terrible check-in process. On the other hand, there is washing machine in the room but it’s extra charge unless you stay more than 7 days.

Convenient and easy to access, but no cups, spoons or anything and as a guest you are not allowed to use the cooking top or the washing machine, though they are pictured when you book. Also two pairs of old socks were left in a drawer when we arrived. Otherwise fine, the bed is good and the bathroom is too.

チャガルチ駅の3番出口付近のエレベーターを上がって1分ほどなので立地は最高です。マンションの一室をホテル仕様となっているので、一般家庭の大きな冷凍冷蔵庫付きは初めてでした。
洗濯機、IHクッキングヒーターがついていましたが使用禁止で、使用できるのは電子ケトルのみでした。

宿泊日24時間前までに、メールなので連絡するとなっていましたがエクスペディアを通じてのメッセージはホテル側からのアドレスが伏せられていて———@———となって、そこを解消するために、かなりの時間がかかりました。
フロントが無いため、入国前に解決するためにもっとスムーズに出来ると、快適だと思います。
ホテルの1階にNaver、kakao、LINEのQRコードが有り、登録したので、次回はスムーズに使用させていただけると思います。
Wi-Fi、エアコン、テレビの使用方法を明記していただきたいです。
総合的に交通アクセス、立地、施設の環境が良いので、おすすめかな？と思います。

혼자서 여행하기 좋아요

부산역에서 호텔이 가까운 위치하고 있어서 관광하기가 쉬워서 넘 좋고요 남포동 그리고 영도 태종대 서면 가기 편해서 굿굿굿👍👍👍 객실도 깨끗하고 화장실도 청결하고 온수도 잘 나오고 보일러도 잘 돌아가고 더울때는 에어컨을 틀어서 공기순환해서 있으면 완전 좋아요

Check-in plus que laborieux... aucun desk, tout doit se faire via messages. Anticipez votre arrivée si vous ne voulez pas rester à attendre dehors des heures!
Proposer une chambre avec des services tels que le lave linge ou une plaque de cuisson c'est bien, si on a le droit de les utiliser. Ce qui n'est pas le cas ici alors que c'est pour ça que j'avais choisi cet établissement

가성비 최고의 호텔!

한 빌딩에 코티스 더브리지 와 래디언트 남포가 같이 있었어요! 객실타입은 비슷할 것 같은데 래디언트가 더 저렴해요ㅎㅎ 위치도 너무 좋았고 역이랑도 버스정류장이랑도 가깝고,
유명한 자갈치포차거리랑 가까워서 화장실도 그냥 숙소로 다녀오고 너무 좋았습니다.
방 컨디션도 깨끗하고 좋았고, 방에 문제가 있어서 연락을 드렸는데, 빠른 대처가 좋았습니다.
다음 부산여행시에 또 방문 할 것 같아요!
비대면이지만 불편한 점이 없었습니다.
