It was okay at best. The people in front desk were nice but had completely forgotten about a member in our group so we did not have enough towels, bedding, etc for everyone. Additionally the wifi in our room never worked, despite us asking front desk to fix it several times. They said it was fixed and never actually did anything, it’s a central location but it’s okay at best.

Slightly disappointing room, terrible service

Came here with high expectations based on other reviews, but left disappointed, mainly due to 3 key things

1) The 'deluxe' room with city views had one of the smallest windows I've seen in a high rise hotel - the view was technically of the city, true, but the small window and inadequate interior lighting left the room feeling much darker and depressing than any of the pictures suggested.

2) The included breakfast was thoroughly mediocre, and probably the worst breakfast buffet I've had at any hotel in Asia.

3) During check-in, the staff accidentally under-charged me, which I didn't notice at the time, and would have been happy to correct when they discovered the error.

However, they decided it was appropriate to call my room at 6am to wake me up and insist that I had to come and pay the balance IMMEDIATELY. Not at checkout, not even a little later when I went down for breakfast, no. It HAD to be done right away and they wouldn't stop harassing me until I blearily went downstairs, so that they could get the correct payment (apparently before an audit at 7am.) Never mind that I suffer from insomnia and couldn't get back to sleep which left me out of sorts the whole day and ruined half of our two night stay in Busan.

I find it utterly ridiculous that this hotel and its staff would choose to take an error THEY made and make it into the guest's problem; It just violates every principle of the hospitality business, and we won't ever use this hotel or chain again.

This hotel turned out better than I expected. The room was the largest we had in all our time in South Korea. It was nice to finally have some space with three people and three large suitcases. Even the bathroom was big.
Nice and close to BIFF square and great street food and not too far from Busan station.

The room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. Front desk were not very engaging, there is a huge flower arrangement that blocks the line of sight so there is no interaction when you walk in, no saying hello or anything. Sometimes it's these small things that improve your stay. But the room was great and it was located amidst the markets. They also allowed luggage storage as checkin wasn't until 3pm.

Great location within walking distance to main attractions in Busan and close to metro station. The hotel was simple and the rooms very clean and spacious. I would not recommend the breakfast as the eggs were cold and no options for a good coffee other than machine Americano. With the numerous coffee shops in neighbouring streets, avoid the breakfast here. We were also only provided with tiny paper cups in our room for tea and when we asked for a larger mug we were told it was not allowed so couldn’t even make a decent cup of tea in our room. BYO mug!

On a positive the hotel was walking distance from the night market scene which was very convenient to find food and shopping. The room was okay. The bathroom shower did have some black mold on the caulking and the paint was pealing on the ceiling.

It was also a little disappointing that the picture that Expedia leads with is the rooftop bar which was closed for renovations.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel. The customer service at this hotel was truly amazing. I left some of my travel documents and a large sum of money in the safe and forgot to take them with me. I realized it when I was in Seoul. I called the hotel, and Park (representative at front desk) went above and beyond to help me. She was very efficient in locating my belongings and arranged for express delivery to me to my hotel in Seoul so that I will have them before I depart Seoul. She also followed up to make sure I received the package. Location of the hotel is also convenient as it’s close to the various night markets and shopping and restaurants. It was also quite clean and bigger than I expected. I will definitely book with them again next time I’m here. Thank you Park for your exceptional customer service!

We had booked our stay at this hotel primarily based on price and location close to Jagalchi market. This hotel is located along a “less than family-oriented” street in older Busan.

We had an issue with the invoice upon checkout that was resolved after some “discussion” with the management.

Overall would likely not end up here again on a future trip to Busan.

The hotel is near a lot of restaurants, bars and markets, and also the metro and bus station which is amazing. My hotel room was pretty big, but it could have been cleaner, also there is not a lot of storage, only a very very small closet. And also sometimes there is not a very good smell coming from the toilet. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Mirror in toilet is quite a distance away & may be a challenge to put on make up if you dont have your own mirror. First of all, we would recommend this hotel as it is within walking distance to many famous places. Our favorite points of the hotel were: 1. staffers were available in both English speaker and Japanese speaker, and everything from check-in to check-out went very smoothly; 2. our room was very clean; and 3. the toilet seat was warm, which was nice in the winter. Above all, the bed bugs, which we were worried about after seeing the news, were well taken care of.

The hotel is situated near many bbq shops and it gets very noisy at night. Make worse when the room is hot and stuffy and we were told to open the windĥow slightly to allow cold air to enter the room. Another con is the glass to toilet and bathroom is translucent. So whenever light is turned on at night, it will affect the other person sleeping as the light will brighten the entire room.

Other than above 2 cons, the room is spacious, clean and the water pressure for the shower is good !

The service was slightly disappointing. The Wi-Fi couldn’t work for days, kept on shifting in and out in and out. And when I asked if there’s a computer to be borrowed for some little urgent work, they said they did not have that to offer. And when I bought some fruits, asked them for a little knife, they said they cannot offer cause it’s dangerous. Then I said, okay dangerous, then can you cut it for me ? They said they cannot do that. ahhhhuhhhhh. Overall it’s clean but slightly old hotel, with convenient location. it’s okay for a 3-star I would say.

Room with unexpectedly luxurious bathroom

The hotel room truly surpassed our expectations! It was very clean and the bathroom was a 4 star hotel’s standard in its sumptuousness. Beds were comfy and we all slept very well each night we were there. The rooftop view is excellent and the little bar there has reopened. Food options were somewhat limited and the live performance we watched one night was unexpected but lovely; consisted mainly of a young man with a violin. Location is good and is an easy 5-10 min walk to shopping and public transportation.A slight drawback is that it’s on a slightly dirty street (by Korean standard). We were also taken aback with the lack of an actual storage room for luggage and had to leave our luggage at an allocated space very near the main entrance as we arrived before check in time. Seemed a bit unsafe but it’s korea after all and nothing was missing in the end. Hotel staff were helpful and polite. All in all, great value for money and I would recommend it especially to those that like shopping when on holidays!

Hotel is located in a convenient area -- only a few minutes' walk to the most famous markets in town, including Jagalchi Fish Market, and a three-minute walk to the nearest subway station on Line 1. Service was great, and amenities were good. But the building definitely shows its age and felt dated. The rooms were cleaned well enough, but there were definitely signs of the room's age (e.g. mold in the bathroom). The \"city view\" that I decided to spend extra on wasn't that impressive. All in all, it was perfectly fine, but not sure if I felt that the hotel or my room reflected the cost or the star rating.

It was an excellent 6 nights stay in this hotel for my birthday holiday in Busan. I wrote in advance to inform them my bookings and made a special request for the room conditions. They made it for my requests during my stays. The staff can speak English and are helpful and friendly. If you can't understand the Korean language on the tv romote and air cond remote, call to ask. If you think your room is too hot from the central heating system, call them to let them know, they can provide you a standing fan. The room comes with UK plug head but no built in USB plug head. Not to worry but just prepare an international plug will do. The location is superb with 24 hrs supermarket next door and bus station going anyway in Busan with airport limousine coach just cross the rood. If you are taking metro and just 7 mins walk from exit 5 Jalgachi Station with lift from the station, or just take bus from Busan Station if you are taking KTX train from Seoul, cross the road by dragging your baggages and take bus 103 with 2 mins walk to the hotel only. The standing shower is good and the toilet seat comes with heating during this cold winter too! I strongly recommend you choose here to stay and with good restaurants just at the back of the street, and street food with walking distant at BIFF Square, and cafe are around with shoppings as well.

The room itself wasn't the most clean. Noticeable stains on carpet. However, the staff is absolutely amazing. Especially Joy, who help us find a lost phone while we were in Busan. She helped us every step of the way, including calling the police, checking on the status, getting us a taxi to the station. She was absolutely amazing. Really enjoyed our stay. Was in a very fun and convenient area to a lot of the shopping, fish market and close to subway. Rooms are new and very clean. Staff gave a nice greeting even if we could not get an early check in. Just missing a few amenities like an alarm clock or something to play music through. Also wish the motion detector light was in a location that didn't set it off if you needed to get up to use bathroom. Also no complimentary coffee.
Love the rooftop with a great view of the city.

I had booked for 4 (2 adults and 2 child) and when I checked in I was asked to pay an extra for the 4th person since the rooms are for 3. Why this price is not included intialy ? I do not encourage this kind of surprises, as you do not know in advance how much you will be charged.

The room was spacious considering there were 4 of us. The bathroom (with a tub) was definitely a luxury for the rate we paid for. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who’s looking at value for money. Oh, and a big shout out to front desk staff, Lucy. She was professional yet friendly. I was so thankful for her honesty when I asked her about a korean BBQ joint we wanted to go to. We ended up going to a joint she recommended and it was so good! Please ensure she is properly recognised and rewarded for her efforts.

Hotel staff was Amazing!! We don’t speak Korean and they did a great job on getting us a large taxi van to take us to several different locations around Busan. One night our taxi cab driver couldn’t find the hotel and the hotel staff member ran about a block in her heels to come get us as they were on the phone with the taxi cab driver!!! That is Service!!! Rooms and hotel were clean and is right there next to many markets with shopping and food!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is clean and modern. The room is huge and spacious. We especially like the bathroom. So functional and big. There is a big tub. The room is clean. It also provides a plug board which is really great! The water in the bath is strong enough. We love it's location, very convenient, walkable distance to a lot of food, train station, shopping areas. I also like that the bathroom (with a large bathtub), the toilet and the washing basin are separated.
The only thing that I don't like is that there is no overhead lights above the wardrobe mirror. (just a minor thing)
