The location is excellent, and the entire atmosphere is spotless and inviting. Check-in and check-out were simple, and the staff was exceptionally courteous. Their care for the environment and minimalist style are truly admirable. The breakfast and the view were absolutely breathtaking.

If the rating scale went up to 10, I would give this place a 12. Thank you for making my two-night stay so memorable and beautiful. I truly hope to return one day. Now I understand what shopping really means—because a little part of my heart is in Nampodong. ❤️

A convenient location in Busan

Had a good time staying in this budget accommodation. Location was excellent. The room was basically clean & tidy. Just a bit natural wear & tear as it was not new. I like the \"help yourself\" breakfast, got fresh eggs, flakes & cup noodles, tea or coffee, juice etc.
Just treat it as a bed & breakfast, it's above average.

Most awful hotel l've never been and can not believe the other reviews. Then again, I am not the target audience for this hotel since it i meant for young travellers who are happy jus to be in busan in the first place.
The room was tiny and upon arrival reeked of some cleaning supply. The bathroom was soaking wet from the sealing to the floor. The sink did not have plumbing but was draining to the floor and from there to the sewer. The bathroom wall had a small pipe sticking out that constantly dripped water to the floor. \"Luckily,'' we were provided plastic slippers (1 pair) to be used in the bathroom due to constantly wet floors. Too bad the slippers were female size and didn't fit my husband. The only place to take showers was on top of the toilet seat.
The beds were not made properly, and the sheets had stains on them. So did the walls. The beds were so hard we couldn't sleep on our sides. Like floor-level hard. The TV didn't work. The table had pieces missing from it. The door didn't have a safety chain. The building was open for anyone to walk in unnoticed since the reception was on the 10th (the top) floor. The dryer was broken. The breakfast area was crowded, and everyone had to fry their own eggs. One guy hogged the frying pan for half an hour to cook dozen eggs and dozen ham slices for himself. I thought for a while he was working there. We were booked for three nights but left for another hotel after one night.

The place is budget friendly but could use a lot of updates and more cleaning. Beds were not comfortable but at least the beddings were clean. Onky good thing is the free breakfast (eggs, toast, ham, jam, cereal, coffee, etc.) and how close it was to BIFF Square and Jagalchi Market. At night, we noticed some very loud ticking noises that kept us up nbwe realized that when the room upstairs flushes their toilet (we can hear the running water), this is when thebticking noise started. Overall its budget friendly if youre looking for this kind of place byt we won't be returning.

Location was great, place was comfortable just had a huge issue with the toilet that had issues flushing and the corner kept falling off so then we had to keep digging into the tank to put the cap back on, was told there was nothing they could do to fix it, happened multiple times a day which was super annoying and seemed really unhygienic. Would recommend for the location, room was smaller than expected but we only came back to sleep.

Avoid at any cost.

Terrible, small, and unmaintained bedroom. The bathroom is uncomfortable; you can't shower unless you're a contortionist, and even then, everything gets wet and flooded. One of the girls at the reception was completely unfriendly and impolite, which is terrible. I would have given more stars, because even with the bathroom issues and room size, the location is convenient. However, the terrible attitude of the receptionist makes me give only one star. People like her are not qualified to be at the front desk.

The guesthouse is right in the heart of the action. Just steps from Nampodong Street, Jagalchi Market, Gwangbokro Culture and Fashion Street, and the subway station, it made exploring Busan incredibly convenient. This is a budget-friendly option, but it doesn't skimp on quality. My room was clean and comfortable. Note the bathroom is typical Korean style, which doesn’t have a bathtub.
The included breakfast was generous and a great way to start the day. The staff was friendly and helpful, willing to answer questions and offer recommendations.

Room was small but spacious and good airflow.
Breakfast includes basic toast, juice and coffee. They have boiled eggs and u can make your eggs, but fyi it may take awhile when theres a lot of ppl. The lobby is very small and no bathrooms to use. Only can use restroom in your own room, and no eating allowed. The towels are small and they have a washer you can use & drying rack to use since the dryer is broken/off limits. Wet shower with normal toilet.

This accommodation was cheap (quarter price of hotel we had in Seoul) - and excellent value for money. Staff were friendly; breakfast option (self cooked) worked well; room clean; bed comfortable; bathroom more than adequate; used washing machine and drier - foc and easy to use. Very well located - very close to tube station and near old part of Busan. Very highly recommend particularly if you are on a budget.

Position: Easy to reach from Busan Station with either a bus or subway, good position in the area (lots of markets/restaurants/shopping next to it).

Room: The bedroom was kinda small and we only had 2 carry-on luggages, I don't know how I could have fit 2 checked luggages in that tiny room. Showering wasn't a problem, the only thing you should be aware of is that if you spill water on the door it will drop on the floor once you open it.
The view was amazing though, we could see Busan by night when we were trying to fall asleep, air conditioner working perfectly and easy to use as there are instructions for it. Mini-fridge included. Towels were small but IIRC you could ask for bigger ones, shower gel/shampoo/conditioner included as well, if you needed a plug extension you can ask for it.
Big plus is breakfast included with plenty of choices for you to enjoy in the morning before heading out for your adventure!

Take Exit 5 if you have heavy luggage (got escalator). Booked 4 pax room for 3 pax. The room is big enough to open 3 big luggage.
We fried eggs & ham for breakfast & enjoy the beautiful view of the harbor every morning.
However there is only one washer & one dryer which takes 3 hours to complete. Therefore no chance to use the dryer since the guesthouse is fully booked.

The location is stellar. The guesthouse is about a 3 minute walk away from Nampo Station. The Jagalchi Fish Market is across the road. You can see the port from your window. It would be difficult to find a better location as a foreign traveler. The room is quite small, but that’s perfect for short stays. The facilities are clean and well kept. If I’m ever in Busan again, I will be staying here again.

Location is very good , from Nampo station exit 1 walk about 2 minutes. Nice view from ten floor ( breakfast area). Helpful staff, clean room , nice simple modern decor. To yongshan park just behind k guest house ( escalator to yongshan park) . Behind k guesthouse shopping streets, many restaurants, steet food etc. Walking distance to Lotte department store.

Budget-friendly and in a good location!

Reception: Came in 2 hours early before check-in time, and was told by a cleaning staff that it was too early. The same cleaning staff merely dismissed us and continued mopping the floor. (and giving us the look when our luggages were in the area of her mopping) Not the best of reception, but not expecting too much to be told nicely i hope.
Room: Cosy, and no frills. Might be small for those claustrophobic. Made up with good showering facilities. Simple breakfast served, with the addition of cup noodles provided!
Location: Smack right in the middle of action, beside the Nampo street. No lack of food options, convenience stores, and not forgetting a Lotte mall just 5-10 mins walk away. The Jagalchi Market is also just nearby, making it really easy for you to just spend 2 days in the area.
Price Point: Value for money. Definitely worth a stay if you have yet to go to Busan, and looking for a good spot.
Misc: Good wifi.

He was very helpful in helping me find places to eat around town and helped with directions on how to get to places in Busan. Rooms are very clean and this guesthouse had a free water machine on my floor for guests to use. Great location as it is walking distance from Nampo station, Jagalchi Market, restaurants, shopping and night market!!!

But the place was safe and clean, in a great location, breakfast was plentiful (albeit busy and cramped with other guests) and though the room was small, it was fine for a 2 night stay. This hotel is located nearby to happening street in Nampo-dong. Easily access to metro station, and also the shopping streets, markets etc.
The room is quite small, once you open your luggage in the room, basically you don't have anymore space to move around.
But for a budgeted traveler, this is a hotel that worth your money.

It's in a tall building shared by other tenants. There is only 1 small lift up.
It's just a walk's away from Nampo station Exit 1. Got the room with ocean view and can see Jalgalchi market across the road. The location is 10/10.
Counter staff was friendly.
Room is small (expected) but was clean and cozy. No toothbrush and toothpaste.
Have to pay a deposit for the key card but it was waived because i was checking out early before the counter opens.
I will be glad to stay in the room with the ocean view again.

Budget stay near Nampodong

We were having a short stay before taking the ferry to Fukouka Japan, so the location of guesthouse is perfect. Lots to explore nearby and close to a subway stop. Room condition is excellent and it had everything you need. Would stay here again if I am in Busan.

Guest house is very close to Nampo Exit 1 if you have a big luggage, I would recommend using elevator at Exit 3. Guesthouse located on 10th floor. It's very close to walking street. Breakfast was simple but you have to cook your own egg and ham. It was messy in the morning because the space was limited but everyone was there waiting for cooking egg. The room was tiny but clean. The bed is comfortable.

Poor organized - no room key for me when I arrived at late night even if I called to informed in advance.

Not nice communication when I called to inform about the changing date of arrival. We did not need the refund, just wanted to inform the hotel to keep our room. The staff could not find my booking and suggested me to call to Hotels.com to get help. I have to make international call to get help from Hotels.com and the hotel could find my booking later on.

Toilet is attached to our room and there's no hassle to share the bathroom with other guests. The room is pretty much equipped with everything you need: Shampoo, Conditioner, body wash, towel, hanger, hair dryer, TV and a small fridge.

Great guesthouse. Very clean. BUT... at night, there's a young male staff who keeps flirting with the young female receptionist. Unfortunately, reception is on level 10 with many rooms. If you stay on level 10 you will hear the guy constantly flirting with the female receptionist. It's very annoying!

The location is great, just a few buildings away from the train station exit. If you have lots of luggage, i would suggest getting off at Exit 1 (if i remembered correctly) where there is an elevator before walking a bit more to the hotel. Lovely views. Only downside is that there is no dryer for your washing, they provide a clothes dryer rack but as we were in a rush it didn't work out for us. Nampo is just a few metres walk down. Manager is friendly and very helpful but other staff don't speak English so may not be.

Great place to stay, would come back

Super close to Nampo station, accessible to many shops restaurants etc...jagalchi is just across the street and to go to Haeundae you can easily take the 1001 bus. Very friendly receptionist and I find that room very comfortable. One issue I had was that construction workers nearby started work at 7am, which was rather disruptive but thankfully it didn't happen every day!

Lovely hotel at a very lively area of Busan. Unbeatable location - 1 minute from Nampo station, walking distance to the Fish market and shopping / street food area. I stayed in a room 901 that had the beautiful harbour view, BUT 1) it is also facing a busy road so if you are noise-sensitive, bring ear plugs and 2) it is also quite bright so if you are light sensitive, just bring blindfolds. The staff has been extremely helpful answering questions, they even warmed up the room prior to my arrival! The room was spotless, although doesn't provide my storage space. Definitely recommended for a short stay.

If u wanna have sea view , i strongly recommend this hotel ( You need to choose option with sea view). It’s really good deal at this price.

It’s self cooking breakfast which really special experience for me. It’s nice by the way.

テレビも部屋の割に大きく色んな放送が観れました。

もっとも心配したシャワーとトイレ一体スタイルですが、自宅でも派手に浴びてないので、便器は濡らさず、そこまで不快になることはありませんでした。
サンダルもあるし、シングルスタイルだし、そう思えば問題ありませんね。

立地は南浦駅1番出口でて、そのまま1分歩けば道沿いにあり至便です。

大きな道路沿いなので、女性でも不安なくアクセスできます。

レセプション10階で下の階に部屋があります。レセプションのあるリビングロビーからの眺望は素晴らしいです！
が、
部屋からの眺望は良くありません。
窓の隙間をティッシュで塞いでいて笑えましたので、そこは割り切りましょう。

何より料金が安く、
コストパフォーマンスはとても良いです。次回もシングルトリップで南浦エリアに泊まりたい場合は、選択肢に入ると思います！

가격대비 시설이 최악임. 화장실 수도꼭지는 흔들거리고 수건은 소독냄새가 진동. 침대도 싸구려 침대에 허리가 안좋아요.
테이블 하나도 제대로 안갖추고 웰컴 음료같은건 있지도 않고, 사진만 화려하게 찍어 놓고, 패밀리룸이 바닷가쪽 조망인거 처럼 해놓고 갔더니 건물 가득한 가려진 전망에 냄새까지.. 숙소 정비를 해야할 거 같아요.

It was one of the best hotels with all the amenities I wanted to get at low price, including a washer and a dryer, free breakfast, maid service, all day coffee and tea, toiletries, and more. It was maintained clean, nice and cozy by a staff during business hours. Conveniently and closely located in Busan hot tourist attractions and to Nampo subway station. I enjoyed staying at this place, hearty breakfast I made with eggs and ham. The bathroom was a little too tiny even for me.

駅も繁華街も近くてすごく便利です。スーパーは地下からも行けたので雨でも大丈夫でした。スタッフの方々はとても親切でした。部屋は綺麗でシャワーの水圧も良かったです。

The room was smaller than we expected (from the photos), and the bathroom was also small. Also the capacity of the fridge in our room was VERY small. On the other hand, the bed was very comfortable, Wi-Fi wasfast, and TV was good. Breakfast included a pleasing range of items. Overall wewerehappy withour 1-night there. This is agood place for a short stay

Highly recommend!

We stayed here for 3 nights and were super happy with our stay! Room was really neat and clean, and the breakfast was simple but good. The hotel is right next to the metro entrance, and if you take the bus from Seoul express bus terminal to Busan bus terminal, you can take the same metro line all the way to the hotel, which is super nice! The most popular tourist spots and attractions are around a 30-60 min bus drive away from the hotel. If you’re craving some local street food, there is a really nice food market a few blocks down the street. Would highly recommend staying here!<3
