Very convenient and comfortable. There is a convenience store nearby and a good coffee shop Yeon Kyung Jae down the block. Walking distance to BIFF square with tons of markets and shops there. Beds are firm and comfortable. Room was quiet and clean.

Only things to note: there is only one room key available even for large parties. Also the shower floor can get slippery if you do not have shower shoes.

Overall: I would stay here again next time I am in Busan, it was a great stay.

The location is perfect and easy to stroll to BIFF square and Lotte mall. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room is clean and spacious. The minus thing was only they did not provide bath towel only hand towel. They might provide it but i won’t bother at all.

The rooms where nice and big, some amenities are provided like shampoo and soap, also big towels are available by asking the reception.
The beds where a bit hard, but still confortable with an additional pillow per bed.
The location was good, close to various shops and the Lotte mall, we could walk for dinner and to many convenience stores.

The hotel is in a great location with a bus stop nearby, making it easy to travel around the city. There are also several restaurants, a bakery, and a convenience store close by. The room was clean and decent for a couple, offering good value for the price.
The only downside was the staff—not very friendly and with limited English, which made communication a bit difficult. Still, a good choice if you want a clean and well-located place to stay.

The hotel staff were on phone when they handed key. Then forgot to charge us room so yelled out to get it. Room very basic, dusty sofa bed, bed horribly hard, no daily cleaning/make up of room. Room had 1 towel and went to reception to get 3 more (family of 4) - got 8 hand towels instead. Had to actually call reception to have room cleaned - but was only towels & water. Bin overflowing. Shower had hair in it before we used it. You have to pay for extras for bathroom that are otherwise are included. Leaking roof, tape marks, wallpaper residue on walls, broken light fittings, reused room slippers. Vacumming needed, especially after 5 days. Old towels. Just don't go. Street in dirty area. Outside hotel door is smoking area. Rubbish everywhere. Rat sighted.

AC was not working in the room, needed to change rooms but the AC still was not very strong compared to other hotels (could only reach a low temp of ~22 deg c). Hotel only offers cleaning to those who stay 3 or more nights and only upon request. Requested to have room cleaned but the cleaning staff did not and told us they had too many rooms to do.

Absolutely do not stay at this hotel!! It was dirty, there were multiple holes in the walls which previous guests had obviously stuffed toilet paper into. It was in a bad area. It wasn't near anything convenient. It was not as advertised at all!!! The lights over the sink would switch off while you were still using it. The bed was like sleeping on bricks. We felt very unsafe in our room and around the area. We checked out after one night!!!

Booked 3 nights during Dec 2023 visit to Busan. Stayed for 1 night and had to checked out and forfeit my 2 nights. Unable to get refund for the 2 unused nights.got a room at level 12. The rooms are nowhere near the photos shown in Expedia, Booking or any of the hotel website. The hotel is very old with no updates. Room is run down and there is only one lighting switch control that is near the main door. You can't switch on or off the lights elsewhere in the room. Entry door way light is motion activated and will switched during the night and illuminate the entire room when one walk towards the toilet or door. Toilet lights are timed controlled and will automatically switched off after 5mins. Sheets and towels are dirty, old and stained. Room feel hollow and sound can be hear when people walk, shower or use the toilet one floor above ours. Open concept toilets with WC and shower doors in partially transparent glass and not fully sealed. You can see through, hear or smell if anyone is using the toilet or showers. We have no idea how this hotel can get a rating of over 3/5. Also, I'd you book with breakfast, they provide you a Benton box but you need to come down to pick up to your meal at the lobby. If you are interested in the location, there are many other alternatives around the area. But do not be tempted to book this becos of the price. Nothing good can be said about this hotel and all should avoid if possible. This should be awarded one of the worst hotel in Busan, Korea.

Hotel was good it's near metro station around 200m away or something like that. I didn't had any issues in the hotel it was clean and probably fastest check in my life. Just showed passport and got my card they didn't scan it and they didn't say anything so check in was like 10 - 15 seconds long.

3 Best friends exploring Busan, Korea

My girlfriends and I had an enjoyable and comfortable stay at Central Park Hotel Busan. The staff and manager were helpful and friendly. They speak great English and understand English well. They were accommodating. I have a bad back and was very happy their bed had an extra firm mattress. Kudos to the hotel owner(s), management, and staff. I slept very well and was pain-free throughout the night.
Keep it up the good work in providing quality mattress! You never know who might need it.

We stayed in a spacious Deluxe Family Twin (City View) room on the 9th floor. It overlooked to the street below across from the kyochen chicken and the police station.
Very safe and close to lots of places to eat. 3 mins walk to the subway station. Sink is outside the toilet and they had a shower as well as a bathtub. Wish there was more storage or place to hang clothes in the shower room.

Location is great for the area:
* Parking is a car tower only will accommodate mid size vehicles and no full size SUVs.
* Access to building with a stroller is limited to the handicap elevator which is slow and time consuming as it needs to be operated by the hotel staff.
* Family Room with double and twin bed is tight and does not allow for much space.
*Room lighting if interesting as the bathroom sink light is on a timer and will continuously shut off after a few minutes requiring you to go turn it on each time. Very inconvenient.
* Bathroom in not fully isolated from the room so you are visible to your family when using toilet or shower area. This is also inconvenient and gives the room a Motel feel.
* Costs for the costs of the room there are better options in the area that would be suitable for a family stay.

Poor security - access card has hotel name and room number on it. If you lose the card, anyone can will know which hotel and room you're staying at. One lift also doesn't require a card swipe to use.
There's no Do Not Disturb signage available for the rooms so cleaning staff will not know.
Heating is centrally controlled and the A/C will be switched off by staff in the middle of the night.

Highlight is that room is clean and check-in and checkout process is smooth. Hotel is also very close to Nampo station.

Great Location for Busan Hotel

Hotel is located near Jung-Gu area close to main Jalgachi fish market, Lotte Mall, Biff Square, and Busan train station so the location was great. We had 4 people with 2 double beds so the room was small and the beds were hard but sleepable. Had to figure out the light system controlled by a central panel. Not a lot of room to place your luggage so we had to use all the counter space. Nearby many restaurants and shipping.

I booked delux triple and standard double room. Hotel staff arrange us to be in same floor. The rooms seem newly renovated. Very huge room and I like the hard beds and the shower and toilet is separated. Overall very clean and nice hotel.
The coridoors lights not fully working and my Mom can't see clearly.
There should have some rack inside shower area to put our clothes so we can wear them after shower. There is no space even to hang towel.
Whole room only has a small dustbin, should place one more inside toilet.

Will stay there again if we will to visit Busan again. It is within walking distance to BIFF and train Nampo station.

Cancelled trip due to transportation strike

We could not use the hotel due to our scheduled train trip being cancelled by a railroad strike. The strike was announced when we got to the station. We called annd cancelled the hotel because we could not get alternative transportation. The railroad company gave a refund. Can your company refund the hotel payment we had paid in full? We are working in Korea and are not familiar with the transportation systems.

Other guest abused the complimentary laundry service and occupied the dryer until its done for more than 4 houts. The guy doing the night shift (plum guy in his early 40s) letting other hotel guest to jump queue and ask me to come back during midnight to use the dryer. Very lousy. They also don't provide bath towel and water unless you ask for it. No heater during winter. Horrible experience

バスタオルが部屋に無く、フロント迄もらいに行かないと、くれない。フェイスタオルが、バスマットみたいで、分厚くてゴワゴワ。
ベッドライトが左右同時に点けるか、消すかしかできず、１人が就寝中に読書ができない。
一定時間が経つと、玄関・洗面所・バスルームの明かりが自動的に消えるので、部屋が真っ暗になる。
部屋は、普通で可も不可もない。
テレビは、英語放送が無いのが残念。
立地は、チャガルチ市場、ロッテモールが徒歩圏内で便利。価格はリーズナブル。総合的にまあまあ、OK.

The hotel is situated right in the heart of the city. The hotel, however, is a bit worn. The beds are very hard, and our bedroom was a bit unusual with the washbasin next to the entrance and not in a separate enclosure. The toilet and shower were in separate enclosures, which worged fine.

L'hôtel est bien situé.. mais j'ai été très déçu de la chambre. Il n'y a pas de vrai matelas, seulement des boxsprings. La douche n'est pas bien conçue alors l'eau coule partout.. il n'y avait pas de serviette de douche, seulement des serviettes à main. De plus, l'air climatisé faisait un bruit stridente tout la nuit, il a fallu la fermer pour pouvoir dormir. Les autres clients sont extrêmement bruyant vers 1-2h du matin.

It was a quick trip, area was good because there is a very near bus stop, but our room was not very good, it was the hardest bed I’ve ever been, there was no difference from the floor, bathroom was not very clean and kinda smelly before using it, the room smelled like a drain, lights didn’t function all the time.
Overall if you have a quick trip it is not a bad option because of the location and very kind staff, but rooms can be really improved

浴室的門底關門後沒有密合, 洗澡完外面會濕一片。房間乍看之下還算整潔, 但細節之處都沒有清理, 例如洗手台跟廁所中間的縫隙, 可能因為清不到, 底部積了一堆廢棄物如牙刷等, 透過廁所透明毛玻璃還是可以看到, 覺得滿噁心的, 寢具也有少許污漬。房間實際和網站照片上非常不符。

目の前に交番があるので安心。
日本語の話せるスタッフはいません。洗面所には黒かび。お風呂の鏡は曇った状態。掃除も頼まないとしてくれない。タオルの交換もフロントまで行きました。

Très bien placé, proche du métro et des bus, des commerces, restaurants, bars.
Le personnel est agréable et disponible.
La chambre est très spacieuse, cependant un peu vieillie.
La salle de bains est très grande mais pas de rideau de douche donc tout est mouillé à chaque fois (pas très pratique).
Les matelas sont horriblement durs. Insupportable pour ceux qui n'ont pas l'habitude, comme nous. Mal de dos durant tout le séjour.

Es war katastrophal! Die Zimmer sind total runtergekommen und garnicht wie auf den Bildern ! Wirklich lest die aktuellsten Bewertungen das Hotel war grauenhaft. Die Toilette war noch dreckig mit Flecken vom Vorgänger die Spiegel hatten Zahnpastaflecken, am Bad war schwarzer Schimmel und die Wände waren voller Flecken uns Wasserspuren. Die Betten waren steinhart und überall war Staub. Selbst die Bettwäsche war mit Flecken und hat gestunken… DIE HANDTÜCHER HATTEN LÖCHER UND FLECKEN

方便住宿

飯店有點年紀，安全感十足對面就是警察局，空間還算寬敞、有窗通風很好，交通方便、床有點硬、洗澡水會大量噴濺出來，玄關感應燈有時會突然亮、洗手台燈有時效性會自己熄掉要一直開有點可惜，一樓大廳有飲水機、咖啡機可以飲用。

We expected a lot of this hotels because of the grading he got. Indeed he is well situated realy close to Nampo-dong and transports. The main part regarding the room there is no cleaning services specifically. There is also the hardest mattress you could possibly have maybe is it like that in Korea but it’s realy realy hard. Secondly concerning the hot water we had to 2 times a person to turn on hot water. I recommend this hotel because of the location Bhutto be careful with the price.

テレビはつかず、エアコンはエラーコードが出て点滅していました。しかしテレビは旅先では見ないし、3月でエアコンも必要ない時期なので面倒なのでそのままで過ごしました。シャワーは十分水圧があるし、トイレとの間にしきりがあるのでこの値段の韓国のホテルではトイレの床が濡れないのでいいと思います。
コンセントは1種類しかないのでフロントで変換プラグを借りました。
Nampoの駅からすぐで影島大橋や釜山タワーも散歩できる良い場所です。サービスがあっさりしているのでかえって自由気ままに過ごせるのが旅スタイルに合っていて楽でした。

4回目利用。デラックスルームの15階の部屋をリクエストし、希望通りになりました。広くて椅子とかも、女性向けで以前より、可愛くなってました。部屋は清潔感があります。ただ、風呂場の水はけが悪かった！流れず溜まる一方で難儀した。後、部屋の証明が前泊まった時より、暗めで電球が1つ切れていた。私は眼が悪いので、明るい部屋が良かったかも。その点は残念でした。地下鉄も近いし、便利、多分また泊まりたいと思う。

깨끗하고 좋아요~

숙소 위치 좋고 청소 상태 깨끗했고 방 크기도 작지 않고 아동 포함 3인 사용해도 되겠다 싶을 정도로 나쁘지 않았습니다.
체크 아웃이 12시라 오전에 바쁘게 나오지 않아서 더 좋았습니다.
체크인할 때 커피 할인 쿠폰도 잘 사용했습니다~~

매우 만족하였습니다.

잦은 부산 출장으로 다른 곳을 이용하다가, 금번 2박의 짧은 출장의 첫 숙박이용이었지만 매우 만족했습니다.
역에서 매우 가깝고 (중앙역) 특히 로비의 직원분들 (여자직원분 2명) 매우 친절해서 인상이 좋아서 100% 재방문 예정입니다.

여기 왜이렇게 평점이 높은지 잘 모르겠습니다.

이정도 시설은 7만원대 가격이 아니라 4만원이어도 묵기 싫을것같습니다.

객실 안내받고 처음 들어갔을때부터 화장실과 샤워실이 분리 아닌 분리로 되어있는것이 당황스러웠고,
매번 샤워 할때마다 샤워부스 문틈새로 물이 새어나와서 고이는게 굉장히 별로였습니다.

세면대가 바깥에 나와있는것도 별로였지만 가장 문제는 룸 메이크업 이 처참했습니다.
연박중이라 외출시에 메이크업 신청을 해뒀어도 제대로 된 청소가 안되어있었습니다.
첫날에 세면대 얼룩도 그대로 있었고 머그컵도 세면대 안에 물만 받아놓은채로 제대로 세척해두지않아서 카운터에 신경좀써달라고 요청을 하였는데,
다음날 동일하게 메이크업룸 표기를 걸어놓고 돌아와보니 머그컵만 제자리에 두었을 뿐, 세면대 물자국은 여전히 남아있었습니다.

그제서야 혹시나 하는 마음에 베개쪽 침대시트를 살펴보니 눈에 띄는 얼룩도 있었고, 제 머리카락 길이와 맞지않는 길이의 머리카락도 보였습니다.

출장이 연장되어서 급하게 잡은 호텔이었는데 여태껏 묵었던 시설중에 제일 최악이었습니다.

그리고 시설 오너분은 거기 카운터 근무하는 남직원분 교육 다시 시키는게 좋으실겁니다.

본인 근무시간에 자리이탈하고,
입구 통해서 이용하려는 고객이 들어오면 접객준비라도 해야하는데,
고객이 카운터 도달해서 말 걸때까지 응대준비도 안하고 핸드폰을 보는지 뭘 보는지.

직원때문에 싸구려 모텔만도 못한 숙박시설로 보이게 하네요.
코로나 끝나고 오픈되고나면 외국인이 이런 싸구려 호텔에 묵으면서 안좋은 경험을 할까 걱정될 수준입니다.

깔끔하고 청결해요.

주차가 가능하긴 했는대 타워주차라 편하진 않았어요.. 주차 외엔 깨끗하고 담배 담배 안나서 너무 좋았어요. 시설도 깔끔하니 좋았습니다. 항구 전망으로 예약했는대 항구가 시원하게 다 보이진 않았어요. 그래도 건물만 보이는것보단 덜 답답했습니다. 주변에 먹을거리, 볼거리등등이 가깝게 있는거 같아요. 그리고 창문을 열면 차 소리때문에 시끄러웠는대 닫으면 조용해요.시간이 안되서 자갈치 시장만 걸어서 갔다왔는대 힘들지 않았어요.. 다음 부산방문시 재 방문 의사 있습니다. 잘 쉬었다 왔습니다.
