I gave a low rating due to poor service. There was frequent noise in my room, so I went to the reception to report the issue. Two women were at the desk and acknowledged my presence. However, when I started explaining the problem, they turned their attention to their computers. Realizing that I was essentially speaking to no one, I asked, “Sorry, whom am I talking to?”Then I received service from one of the ladis by slightly lifting one of her hand and pointing at another lady beside her, without neither eye contact nor speaking a word.
Although the noise problem was addressed and the room met expectations except the shower room, I did not feel that I was treated with respect.

The hotel has connecting rooms so it is great for families. Rooms are spacious and have a small kitchenette so an additional basin is very useful. Wallpapers in the rooms are a little worn down at some parts but beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean. It is near to the Subway. A taxi drop off/pick up area right in front of the hotel is very convenient. Level 2 BBQ chicken restaurant opens till 2am. Convenient store right below the hotel is a blessing as we get our daily milk and snacks from the store. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

We stayed here for two nights during our tour of South Korea and this hotel was a great base from which to explore Busan. The only down side was that you need to get a take a taxi or public transport to get to the city centre.
Very clean hotel and super friendly staff who spoke a good level of English.
Some restaurants near by as well for different dining options.

중앙역 대로변에 위치한 호텔인데 객실 사이즈는 적당히 큰데, 욕실이 너무 작고 객실이 좀 노후화되었음. 대로변이라고해도 11층에 묵었는데도 차량 지나가는 소음이 다들림

About a 5 min walk from the metro and GS25 is connected to the building, which was convenient. Staff was accommodating and allowed my party to hold our luggage after checkout. Rooms were clean and spacious, and we chose to have 3 twin beds per room because we were a large group of friends. One of our rooms had a broken AC at first but maintenance fixed it right away, even at night. Location was decently distanced between popular areas in Busan, such as Gamcheon culture village (one way) and haeundae beach (complete opposite way). Well priced for the quality of stay. Would opt to stay here again!

I stayed two nights with my family. The Hotel is in a great location. however after we had issues with our shower drain. the staff moved us to another room. for the next two nights My son and I woke up with bug bites on our bodies. We told the staff that 1st night and they just said ok we will treat the bed after we leave. I was expecting some kind of compensation especially I had to pay an extra 60,000 won just for having my son in the same room. I didnt get anything just sorry while my son and I are still itching from the bites we got in the Hotel.

A bit old but comfortable

Hotel was located approx 900 meters from Busan station so is walkable if you wanted to. The hotel looked pretty good from the outside and A twosome place coffee shop is located inside the hotel for convience. There is also GS25 convience store right next door and open 24 hours. Lots of little restaurants around. We stayed on level 9 of the hotel and the hotel room was rather dated. You can actually see bubbles forming on the wallpaper and it looked quite yellow in colour. Carpets were very worn and again, like the rest of the room, looked quite dated. The staff were friendly but note if it rains, you need to put a deposit down of 10,000 KRW if you want to borrow a umbrella but you get it back once you return the umbrella.

Staff is also available to help book taxis which is convenient and tell you the estimated price of the ride so your not paying more than the estimate.

Overall, the location was ok but the room could use some updating.

Spacious, clean and close to Busan train station

Conveniently located near Busan train station and public transportation, this hotel is a pretty good find. It's a very spacious and clean room. The bed is fairly comfortable, however the pillows are horrible. The first night our pillows were so flat we woke with sore necks, so we asked for new pillows. They weren't any better and one was hard as a rock. The shower was a good size but because it had a detachable handle and I'm fairly tall, to get it to a reasonable height it would fall down. Did come with a few toiletries, two water bottles, tea and instant coffee (which wasn't good). No middle bed table. It did have a nice view of Busan Harbor with plenty of natural light.
Pros: close to public transportation (2 minutes to metro,15 min walk to Busan station), morning buffet (didn't try), spacious and clean, shoe removal spot at door with provided sleepers, nice view
Cons: horrible pillows, lack of space for phone at night, large step up to bathroom easy to hit foot on, detachable shower easy to fall off

Reception didn't prepare Our request Properly

Reception didn't prepared our booking properly. Booked for 3 adults, but 2Mugs, 2 Pillows, 2 Towels in the room. Asked extra from housekeeper, but tomorrow after cleaning they provided set of 2 again.
Hotel is good, corridor to the room very wide. NO Carpet in the room, floor heated, fresh and tidy. Bathroom was very small. Yes Bidet. Request for quite room, but they gave in front of Bus stop, so you can hear bus rev at early morning. Great location to Napo Night market, Gumcheon Village and Lotte. Taxy from Gimpo around KRW 16.000

Convenient near Busan Station (10 Min walk) and we stayed for the BTS screening at the port. The room had so much hair on the floor and I felt it was not properly cleaned and was a bit dusty. The coffee shop (a Twosome place) was great to have in the lobby and it opens at 7am.

Older hotel so the room size is little bigger when compared to the newer hotels in the area. Location is very nice because its near Joongang station exit 14, which is on the same line as Busan station and only one stop away. Very easy access both via subway and also bus with a stop right next door. There is a convenience store and Twosome coffee store right in same building.

Property itself was beautiful, especially with the harbor view. It was convenient to get to, being only a 5 minute walk from the nearest metro station. Check-in was fast and easy; the staff was familiar with English which helped immensely.
As for the room itself, the walls seemed thin so we could hear noises from adjacent rooms + creaking throughout the night. Our bedsheets and blanket had holes from wear & tear and there were a couple hairs on the bed that were not mine.

They need to change room for us because the neon lights of the sign on the opposite building were shining into the room. And the room condition was not good. They changed another for us the next day. That was ok. The hotel advertises kitchenette in the room, but there is non (on either rooms). Other than that we enjoyed our stay. The subway station and airport bus stop were nearby, bonus.

Hotel très propre. La salle de sport est bien équipée pour un hôtel.
Le buffet à volonté propose un véritable rapport qualité/prix compétitif.
L’emplacement proche de la gare est un vrai plus. Pratique pour les transports en commun et pour les visites guidées car le point de rendez-vous est à environ 9 minutes de marche.

The Hotel is clean and the personnel has a good english level. The door of the shower cabin was not fully closing but it was acceptable.
The gym has decent equipment for an hotel.
The location is close enough to walk to the Busan Station. The buses are regular and allows to travel to key destinations.
This Hotel is near Gamcheon but far away from Haeundae Beach.
I recommend this Hotel as it is a very good value for the price.

비지니스맨이나 가족 여행객을 위해 내실있는 숙소가 필요하겠다 싶어 만든 게 크라운 하버 호텔이구요.

그 뜻에 걸맞게 시설 대비 저렴하고 깔끔하고 관리하고 있으며, 그래서 편안하게 묵었습니다.
아, 물론 조식도 맛있어 욕심에 많이 먹었습니다.

KTX 타고 부산 가서 대중교통으로 돌아보는 여행도 괜찮군요.
물론 부산역에 내리고, 도시철도 1호선 중앙역 코 앞에 있는 호텔에 짐 맡기고 돌아 다닐 수도 있어 편리하구요.

비슷한 입장인 친구들에게도 호텔을 적극 소개할 겁니다.
저도 몇 번 더 부산 여행 계획하면서 다시 크라운 하버 호텔에 머무를 거구요.
