For the price, you cannot beat this place. I booked it bc I was using the train station and it is only the next block over. It is also a great spot to catch the bus or take the metro. On top of that, there was plenty of shopping around and it was easily walkable. The room was decent and even had a separate hot tub. Initially the room was so hot from the floor heating and i couldn’t get it to cool down. The older gentleman at the front desk was so nice and even came up to my room to help get it figured out (it was perfect the rest of the stay). I didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. I would stay again just for the sheer convenience.

The good: desk staff very friendly and helpful-- we liked the area as we used the train and bus alot-- rooms were good size
The ok- breakfast ok with some American options
The not great- the toilet is a combo toilet room and shower- which means the water goes everywhere and you have to clean it up with towels to make it safe and not/wet slippery- they at least need to provide long handled squeegee to help with clean up

Estupendo hotel situado al lado de la estación de Busan. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, lo que sorprende para el centro de la ciudad, y tienen incluso una bañera muy amplia que sienta genial para acabar el dia relajado. La cama es ancha, aunque es más dura de lo que estoy acostumbrada, recomendaria usar mascara para dormir, ya que hay varias luces en la habitacion que puede ser molestas. El servicio de recepción es bueno, incluso me dejaron entrar en la habitación antes de la hora de check-in porque ya estaba lista, se lo agradecí mucho. Limpian la habitación todos los dias y dejan toallas nuevas y agua. La televisión es enorme y tiene una zona para sentarse aparte, asi como kettle y nevera, incluso albornoces. Lo recomendaría.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is the best! Right next to the train station. The bathroom was having some issues—the sink leaked and the shower isn’t in the bathtub, which was extremely strange. I had to stand in the bathtub and use the handheld shower head (located a few feet away) to bathe.

Great location, just next to the KTX station. Convenient walk to Metro Subways and Bus-Stops. Eateries are everywhere nearby. Breakfast is the same everyday - Sunny-side up egg, sausage, bacon and bread, soup, fruits, all in a plate. And coffee is very diluted, better to go for the 3-in-1 type. Better option is the nearby Starbucks, or any of the coffee-cafes, or Paris Barguette.

The location is excellent as it is just 2 minute walk from the BTX Station and 3-5 minutes walk from the metro Busan station. I requested and the hotel had arranged 3 beds in the Family Delux Room which normally accommodates 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Our sincere thanks to their Manager. We had a fairly quiet room located at the end of the corridor and the room was spacious even 2 single beds and 1 double bed were placed.

Their staff was very helpful though their English is limited. Thanks to Google Translate that we can manage to communicate well. The Hotel also gave us a late check-out at 1pm. Although the light buffet breakfast did not provide many choices, it was value for money and the cafe environment was cosy.

However, when 3 of us checked in the hotel, they only provided us with 2 coffee mugs and when we requested an additional one, they only gave us paper cups. One of the ceiling lights was out of order and the hanger was not properly screwed but the housekeeping staff did not notice and only after our complaints, they came to fix it during our absence from the room.

Its light and air conditioner control panel, hanger, toilet, water basin, shower and bath tub are a bit weird in their settings which I am sure you can see from other travelers' review.

Take note all toilets here are in frosted glass, not much of privacy. Shower room has nothing for you to hang your clothes or towel so very inconvenient. The sockets are in weird location in the room thus inconvenient to charge your phone or boil water. Got to place the kettle on the floor. The location of the hotel is next to busan subway and railway station. Very accessible and convenient in getting around. Food is everywhere around the hotel. Right next to hotel is a row of food tents. Hotel staff is helpful in ordering food delivery. Overall, still recommended.

Booked VIP room for 2 night, turned out look like lover’s room. Huge bath tub in middle of the room .Spacious n clean .No cupboard for wardrobe . Shower room & toilet share the same glass door, no hooks for clothes n towel. Have to use chair to put clothes n bath towel near shower glass door.

Hotel is right by Busan Station so it was easy for us to travel around. However, location is a bit sketchy with pubs and homeless around the area. The rooms are very clean and spacious. They clean it everyday, no option to not have them clean. Downfall to my stay here would have to be the service. Barely English speaking staff. AC wasn’t working the first night and service came up and played with the remote thinking we couldn’t folllow instructions and still didn’t work. Suffered that night and was finally transferred to another room the following day. Horrible service until management was involved. Also housekeeping always kept giving us one bath towel instead of two. Very frustrating. But if it wasn’t for the location and spaciousness of the room to help offset the downfall I wouldn’t recommend. The rest of our stay wonderful

The room was far more spacious, and well appointed than the nearby alternative we have used before, and it was very good value.. It is less than 50 meters to the entrance to the train station, so despite cold weather was no problem. The room was beautiful, service very friendly, bed really comfortable and quiet. We left too early to have breakfast, but we would return here as our first choice if we needed a hotel in the area.

Front desk wasn't amazing at first glance, but once you open conversation, you'll feel at home. Nice and courteous employees, very helpful. They would even write down names and addresses for taxi to follow. Located in the heart of Busan. Everything is in your fingertips. Read and analyze. Tips are not a matter. Do not tip unless you really adore them. Save your money and gave smiles instead. They like that. I made friends with a tour bus driver and we made a good and enjoyable tour.

Stayed here 2 nights in June. After asking was upgraded to larger quieter room due to noise from nearby building site in room initially allocated.Very modern comfortable room with air con, own bathroom, fridge and electric kettle. Tiled bathroom floor was very slippery for bare feet, so used plastic sandals provided. Staff spoke good English and were helpful. Is located very near to Busan Station and was easy to find once got to other side of street from airport bus stop. Tip: to avoid steps, at the bus stop look for the elevator that goes to the subway station then in the station turn right and then left for the elevator up to street level other side. Excellent wi fi. The 2 hop on hop off bus services were close-by in the station square. Lots of eating places and convenience stores in nearby station and streets.

The check-in was fast and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was not fantastic but it fill your stomach to start the journey of the day. The room was bigger than expected. It was cleaned with large TV. The bed was comfortable. The location was great. Less then 5 mins walk from hotel to metro and Busan station. Especially when you need to catch an earlier train. There were lots of restaurant and cafe around the area. China town was just round the corner.

Enjoyed our stay in Hotel Almond. Very good location with just a few minutes walk to train station, subway and airport express. Plenty of food around the area. You can find food in the station as early as 6 am. Across the station is Chinatown if you want chinese food. In fact, accidentally we found this authentic korean restaurant, Rose, on the left from the main entrance of the hotel. They serve very authentic set meal at 8,000 won per person. Tips - ask for rooms on brighter floor. Every floor is built with different colored tiles. Imagine if you are on the 5th floor, the color is black. My friends stayed on the 3rd floor and the color is cream. Anyway, will stay in the same hotel should I visit Busan again.

The room was too small and the courteous of the staff have to be improved. No priority given to guests to be served upon check-in but making you long wait, probably because only one person at the counter. Its better for yourself to pick up some korean on your own, or else you will have a bit difficulties in communicating with them.

Location was great, close to Busan station , convenient store nearby. Easy to travel to Jagalchi market and Nampo via the metro.
Room bed was hard but still able to fall asleep if you are too tired. Spacious room, huge bathtub which my friend and I could do a footbath together. Did not like the fact hotel does not provide sufficient power supply pount, it was also difficult to plug in a travel adapter. If you are not too particular about it being a boutique hotel, this can be a place to stay.

Hotel have a small lobby, English speaking staff was limited. The room air-cond unit was not able to adjust to lower the speed and cause loud noise in the night while can not have a good sleep in the night; master remove control unit was not working properly, not able to change the TV channel upward........

We arrived Busan before noon, the hotel is on the left of the station Exit 1. We were very grateful to the front desk senior staff to allow us to check in even though the check in time is from 2pm. After an overnight flight and 3.5 hours on the train we were very exhausted and really appreciate that we were able to refresh ourselves before we headed out for lunch and start our sightseeing.

The Subway station Exit 4,6 and 8 is very near the hotel. There is a convenience store opposite of the hotel main entrance.

They helped to store our luggage for free till the time we needed to check in to KTX train bound for Seoul.

Room is clean and a good size. But amenities layout in the room is really odd and inconvenient. Aircon is right above bed blowing directly at the head. No shower screen in the bath area which makes the entire area incl WC all wet after a shower. Hand basin outside the bathroom is also odd. TV remote doubles up as aircon remote but we had to call reception as we can't figure out how to operate it. But no big issue.

Its location next to Busan KTX and metro makes it a good place for short term stay of a day or 2. However I would reconsider that for longer stays because of the inconveniences due to room layout.

nice room and clean but weird layout on the restro

The room was nice and clean. The staff was nice and wonderful. The hotel indicated they offer free internet but in fact it is not a private hotel internet service therefore it not working. even though, it has multiples banquet to connect but none was working. I did check with the staffs but was ask to used any of the open banquets and I try them all.

Fantastic Location

The hotel is within walking distance from KTX Busan Exit 1. It is an extremely convenient location and also near the metro location as well. The hotel is alos near attractions like Jagalchi Market, Gamcheon Cultural Village, Nopo etc. The hotel room is also fairly new and big and even has a bathtub ! This hotel is great value for money. The only criticism I have is that the room may get quite stuffy given that thre is no central air conditioning so you might have to open the window at night when you sleep. Other than that, things were fine.
