Very spacious rooms with clean beds and bathroom. Amenities from thw fridge and water boiler is nice and appreciate the clean towels and clearing out the garbage. I can't give a 5 star review as the AC unit of our first room that was assigned to us was covered in mold. It felt very uncomfortable being in a humid room with AC blowing out mold spores.
Appreciate the staff to quickly assign us a new room in which we confirmed was not covered in mold. Some stains and markings on the wall and ceiling but overall we enjoyed our stay after we were able to get a new room.

The family room was spacious and comfortable. Their customer service is what really won me over. Their staff went above and beyond to locate my cell phone that I had accidentally dropped in an Uber. I was worried that I had lost my phone forever but their staff tracked it down and I was reunited with my phone the next day. They called a cab company on my behalf and gave them directions to the police station where my phone was eventually taken by the Uber driver the night before. I truly appreciate what they did and I will always remember their service.

Perfect stay except for one thing. They lied about a city view with the reservation. The city view is of a solid cement wall. Not a view at all. Other than that it is a nice stay. Beautiful view on the rooftop. The bridge lights up at 8 pm each night.

Overall good but noise issue could be improved

Pretty decent except soundproof wasn't. The floor above people ran shower/bath and that was kind of noisy. There was a small residue of blood on a blanket. Maybe wash machine didnt take it off completely. Overall it was decent thinking about the price and how spaceous it was. Just noise issue. I'd have more problems woth that if i have stayed more days.

Great location in Busan for access to train and passenger ferry terminal. Hotel was easy to find via NAVER and check-in was seamless. Staff was kind enough to call some businesses for me since I don’t speak Korean. Very clean and spacious rooms. Their bathroom showers aren’t set up to drain well so water does soak into the wood floor in the room. Seems to be a known issue

It was a quick 2 night stay. Hotel easy walking distance from KTO train station. Room was fine. Beds firm but nice to have 2 sinks. Great views from roof. Only 2 disappointments: Requested ahead of time put our 3 families next to each other they didn't, we were on separate floors; 2nd DONT sit outside in roof patio area. Astroturf harbors mosquitoes. Got bit 7x in a few mins!

Very conveniently located at just a 5 minute walk from Busan train station. Room was clean and spacious. Nice shower, Japanese toilet, good airconditioning. Lots of eateries around the hotel, and the hotel is walking distance to a lot of attractions. Check-in and check-out process was smooth. Housekeeping service was great - they made up our room very efficiently. They have a secure luggage storage service which we availed after we checked out. For the price we paid, this hotel was just right.

The hotel is tucked away off the main street, making it a bit difficult to find—even our taxi driver had trouble locating it. From the outside, it didn’t quite resemble the photos online and looked somewhat rundown, with the street feeling a bit sketchy. However, it is conveniently located just a 7-10 minute walk from Busan Station, which was a plus. We were charged 10,000 W per hour for early check-in.

Once we entered our room, it again fell short of the photos I had seen. It was a bit disappointing in that regard. While the cleanliness was acceptable, I’m quite observant and noticed spider webs and dust gathering in the corners. The wallpaper was peeling in spots, with visible patchwork where repairs had been made. Additionally, there was a motion sensor light that couldn't be turned off at night, so every time someone used the restroom, the room would be brightly lit, which was inconvenient.

On the upside, the room was stocked with bathrobes, coffee, and tea, which was a nice touch. However, if you needed anything else, you had to purchase it from their vending machine. Despite some of the drawbacks, the mattresses were firm and comfortable, which made for a decent night's sleep.

We liked everything about this hotel. The location was great. It's near the train station, so you can get around easily and if you take any tours, often times this is one of the meeting places. It is also right next to Chinatown, which has some mixed reviews on Google, but overall we found it to be a nice place. The price was great. The service was great and the staff was very responsive. The rooms were large and equipped with all the basics you need in a hotel. I would totally stay in this hotel again

화장실이 깨끗하고 좋았어요. 근데 제가 한국인이라 그런지 변기와 샤워실이 구분되어 조금 불편했습니다.

직원분들이 모두 너무너무 친절했습니다. 체크인 할때 잠금장치 배터리 이슈가 있어서 다시 전화 후 대기했지만, 금방 해결해주셨어요.

Close to Busan station. Convenient when traveling to/ from Seoul via KTX. However, it's not near most touristic attractions. So we had to travel at least 30 mins to 1.5hours to those places each day. There's plenty of bus options and metro exit was near too.
The area seemed to be near red light district though; there's daily ad cards being strewn across the floor outside lobby every night. Luckily, they are always cleared by morning.

There was no full size mirror in the room. That was major minus point. The room layout was weird. There were only 2 cups for coffee or tea which was fine but no stirrers or no sugar no cream! There was no slippers inside room. The room was very clean. There were no wash clothes. Only hand towel and bath towel and robes. The only positive about the property was that It was spotless and clean.

Love the location of the hotel which is only about 10min walk away from Busan Station. The hotel is also opposite to Chinatown, Texas Street and a Traditional Korean Market Street. The options for food is endless. Seemed like the massage is good at a shop at the end of Chinatown too. I already find myself booking another stay with the establishment soon.

The property itself was nice and had heated floors that was a nice surprise. They always stocked our bathroom and kept things tidy and clean. The hotel is a block or two away from the Main Street so it could get kind of dark and feel unsafe but it wasn’t ever definitely walked alone a time or two.

This hotel was overall very clean and spacious inside the rooms. We stayed in a 2 bed room, and beds, floors and bathroom were in clean condition. The hotel had a top level with an amazing view of the entire Busan city, which was a great advantage that other hotels don’t have. A negative was that there were mosquitos (even in winter) inside the rooms (since Busan is a seaside city). We ended up with many mosquito bites which were quite severe, and upon letting the hotel front desk know, they didn’t seem to care or do much about it. They did provide coolpas, which is a mosquito bite reliever, but it didn’t do much to help.
