The staff were not particularly friendly and could have been more helpful, especially knowing I’m a foreigner. It would have been nice if someone had explained that the elevator operates by even and odd floors.

The room itself was fine for the price, but the bed was one of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on. The mattress was extremely hard and uneven, and I could feel the springs pressing through. I kept waking up throughout the night and barely got any rest. By morning, my back was sore and stiff, and it made it almost impossible to adjust to the time difference or have the energy to explore the city.

On a positive note, the breakfast staff were fantastic — friendly, helpful, and attentive. I especially appreciated the gentleman who helped me get a taxi; that small act of kindness truly stood out and made a difference in my stay.

I like the location of the place since it's really close to Busan station. The bed was comfortable and they offer complimentary breakfast. Complimentary water in the room and more with towel change which is nice. Staff did their job but nothing above and beyond. My biggest issue is that the bathroom was not clean. There were strands of long hair everywhere from the sink, mirror, wall and tub. It's clear that they didn't bother to check if it was clean or looked after.

The hotel staff were not very proficient in English, which made communication somewhat challenging. The check-in time was excessively late at 4:00 PM, while the check-out time was too early at 10:00 AM. The breakfast hours were rather limited, from 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM, and guests were asked to leave the café immediately after 9:00 AM. Additionally, there were insufficient pillows in the room, and when I requested more, the staff instructed me to collect them from the reception myself.

Room for 1 person had everything.
Nice view from the 18th floor, good internet, mini fridge, kettle, bathtub, Japanese toilet, fresh towels every day and a bottle of water.
There is a laundry room on the ground floor.
Included breakfast was very different than what I am accustomed to.
Not too far from Metro exit 1, 2, 3 and 4.
35 minutes walk from Train station (walk in underground Metro and take Exit 1, then keep walking south).
From hotel to airport will take 1h20 using Metro line 1, then line 2, then light train.

釜山駅と中央駅の間に位置しており、どちらの駅からでも利用ができるため、非常に便利でした。釜山タワーや国際市場の観光スポットにも近く、またロッテモール光復店もあるので、観光と食事と買い物とお土産には困らず非常に満足できる場所に位置している。また、ホテルの朝食のサービスもあるため、満足感を持った状態で1日の始まりができて、客室内も充実良く過ごせる。

駅から少し歩きますが、立地が良くてあちこち観光するには便利なホテルでした。
スタッフの方もとても親切でした。
今回宿泊した部屋の窓から見える海の景色がとてもよかったです。
残念だったところですが、
ホテルの隣にコンビニはありましたが、食事をするお店が周りに無かったのが残念でした。
隣の南浦や、海雲台、釜山駅近くで食事をしました。
設備ですが、度々配管から水の流れる大きな音がしてびっくりしました。
トイレ便器の下に大きな黒い塊の汚れがあり、目が悪いのでゴキブリの死骸と勘違いしてしまいました。よくよく見ると、ただの黒い汚れでした。できれば、綺麗に掃除していただきたいです。

Hotel位置在地鐵中央站，17號出口往前走就到了，有附近有公車站，到任何地方車的班次多都很方便。Hotel門口出來往右邊去是去南浦區有樂天超市百貨逛街區，往左走是釜山車站，及中國城，更遠點就可搭車去西面逛街。Hotel樓下有便利商店....服務人員親切，有禮，是很不錯的Hotel

最寄り駅は「中央駅」。17番を出てまっすぐ100m、とても行きやすいです。釜山駅や釜山鎮駅と混同しやすいので注意。ホテル近くにコンビニや焼肉店あり。蛇口が固くてお湯と水の調整がやりにくい。他の人のレビューにエレベーターが掴まりにくいとありましたが、それほど待たず乗れました。朝食は料理や飲み物が一部日替りでおいしかった。高層階の部屋からは釜山港の夕日や朝焼けの美しい景色が楽しめます。

初日、チェックインをしてから洗面室を確認したところ、床に髪の毛が数本落ちていました。掃除がされていのかと感じ、不快でした。
また朝食会場に行く時にエレベーターが混んでいて乗れず数回お見送りしました。早めの時間に行くことをお勧めします。
それ以外は特に気になるところはなかったです。

O quarto e a localização é ótima mas eu só escolhi esse hotel por causa do café da manhã incluído mas o se eu soubesse que o café só tem opção oriental, escolheria outro hotel mais próximo da estação. Eu entendo que o público do hotel seja majoritariamente orientais mas então deveriam deixar avisado sobre café da manhã oriental. Para não ser totalmente injusto, tinha pão de forma e manteiga… Eu tive que ir tomar café no GS25 que tem bem ao lado do hotel.

I stayed here for 3 days. The breakfast is different every day and tastes good. The room is clean. There is a moisturizer in the room which is useful for people who are not used to dry weather.
It is also near to a bus stop (5 min walk) and a metro station (10 min walk). Unless you want to experience a nightlife, this place is suitable for a solo traveller

부산 토요코인 부산중앙역 지점에서 숙박하며 전반적으로 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 우선 위치가 정말 뛰어납니다. 부산중앙역과 가까워 대중교통 이동이 편리하고, 부산역과 남포동도 접근성이 좋아 여행 동선 짜기가 아주 수월했습니다. 늦은 시간 체크인이나 아침 일찍 이동할 때도 부담이 없어 출장객이나 여행객 모두에게 좋은 위치입니다.

객실은 토요코인 특유의 깔끔하고 심플한 구조로, 필요한 것들이 효율적으로 갖춰져 있어 편안하게 머물 수 있었습니다. 객실 크기는 크지 않지만 공간 활용이 좋아 답답함 없이 생활할 수 있었고, 침대와 침구도 청결해 숙면하기에 충분했습니다.
