Plus Motel has easy/convenient check in and check out policies. The owner was very helpful for tips in getting around the City and where to better go given our short stay in Busan. We liked the kitchen as it feels like home. It was spacious and full of free food/stuffs. It’s a plus to travellers like us to cook our own breakfast. The buiding is relatively old, but it was totally fine. Our stay was great and we have rested well enough for our next day tours.

The hotel website fails to mention it is in the middle of a slum/construction site. The whole building smells terrible. I asked for a non smoking room but the room smelled awful and there were ashtrays everywhere so I assumed there was a mix up. When I asked for a new room the new one was just as bad and everything was yellowed from smoke. The bathroom was covered in grime and dust and you could instantly tell that this place was a complete dive.
Upon looking at the bed I found lipstick stains on the comforter and there was a random wad of tissues stuck to the wall. I was afraid to ask about that. Basically I felt like I could get hepatitis just sitting in this place. DO NOT COME HERE!!! The pictures are a lie!

The room itself was not clean when I arrived, and I had to wait 15 minutes for it to be cleaned. Even then, the room was noticeably dirty and worn-out, with dim lighting, grime, and stains. Oddly, my bed had only a mattress topper and not sheets.
The owner is friendly but repeatedly asked me if I was bringing anyone over, which I did not find appropriate.
On the morning of the last day of my stay, around 8:30am, the power went out in my room, turning off all the lights. The staff came in to check it out but could not solve the problem, so they left the room and said I did not need power anyways, as I was checking out soon. This was incredibly rude and shocking for me to hear, especially because it was a hot day and the air conditioning would not operate without power.

We really enjoyed our stay at Plus Motel. The location is great, within walking distance of the train station and the ferry port. The owner is very friendly and provides a nice information pack with good advice about the local area. The room was nice and big and free breakfast included.

The reception staff can speak fluent English and Japanese. The owner is very kind and will respond and act immediately if there are any problems. The room can't be described as beautiful, but it has everything you need. There are two large, free-to-use washing machines on the 6th-floor balcony, and you can dry your clothes in your room. The best things about this hotel are its location right near Busan Station and its convenient transportation. The subway station is a short walk away, and the bus stop is the same distance. There are many restaurants in the area, and a market is right in front of the hotel. There are several convenience stores (7-Eleven, CU, GS25) around the hotel, and as for supermarkets, I confirmed there were at least four, including a Top Mart. It's very convenient. A short walk from Busan Station, there is a large 24-hour supermarket (Choryang Dubaero Mart) that has everything from daily necessities to groceries.

やはりここのホテルは交通の便が良いのと、釜山の駅まで歩いてすぐなのが良い。そのため、バスや地下鉄で釜山の観光地に行くのが非常に楽です。ここを起点にほとんどの観光地へ行きました。私は日帰りでKTXに乗ってソウルまでも行ってしまいました。また、ホテルの周りは食堂が多く、２４時間やっている食堂もいくつかあり、市場もすぐ目の前にある。いつも６階にある１台の洗濯機を使っていますが、もう１台増やしてほしいです。部屋は少々古く感じられますが、中は広いです。個人的にはこの雰囲気が好きです。ハウスキーパーが毎日清掃をしてくれて、冷蔵庫にある４本の飲み物やタオルなど毎日補充してくれます。社長も受付の若い人たちも皆さんとても親切です。

이번에 다시 왔습니다. 역시 호텔은 초량시장에 가깝고 부산역에도 가깝기 때문에 위치는 최고예요. 주변에 많은 레스토랑(맛집)도 있고 지하철역과 버스 정류장들도 가깝으니까 다른 관광지로 이동하기 편리합니다. 호텔 건물 뒤 중앙대로에 편의점(CU)도 있어요. 비가 굉장히 많이 왔지만 일주일 동안 즐거운 여행이었습니다. 서면에서 좋은 한국 아가씨도 만났어요. 6층 발코니에 있은 세탁기를 이번에도 사용하고 방에서 빨래를 말렸습니다. 방은 조용하고 매일 청소해 주시기 떼분에 쾌적하게 보낼 수 있었습니다. 제가 청소중의 방에 들어가서 냉장고에 음료가 아직 준비 되지 않았는데 사장님께서 창고까지 가서 가져와 주셔서 정말 고맙습니다.

Housekeepers (friendly gentleman and lady) cleans my room every day and replace towels and drinks in the refrigerator.

You can also walk to Busan station as it is very close. There is a bus stop outside the hotel. I took No. 87 bus to go to Hocheon Village Cultural Center.
I also visited Gamcheon Munhwa Village. You just go outside the hotel to ride the underground and get off at Jagalchi station (4 stops). You get outside from No.3 exit and turn around passing a building corner to walk along the street to the North to the bus stop where you take No.2-2 (I think No.1 and 2 are also OK).

年末に１人旅で2泊です 釜山も大寒波で朝は、－5℃の気温で寒かったです！ モーテルの部屋は、床暖房(オンドル)でポッカポッカと暖かく快適に過ごせました！ ベッドに電気敷き毛布もセットしてくれてましたけど部屋が暖かいので使わずにグッスリ眠れました！ テレビもNHKが見れて良かったですです！ 朝食は、パンとコーヒーの簡単な朝食が付いてましたけど食べずに、近所にデジクッパの店が有って2日共に朝クッパでモーニングしました！ スグ前の通りにデジカルビ通りが有って、夕食は、１人カルビで美味しく頂きました！ 部屋も暖かく快適に過ごせたので又、次回も利用させて頂きます！

Gastheer was uiterst vriendelijk en zocht alle locaties voor ons op en printe het zelfs uit. Kamer en hotel zelf zijn heel oud en ontzettend vies. Alles zit los en we hebben zelfs kakkerlakken in de bagage terug gevonden. Het is er echt smerig.
