The hotel is located very close to Busan station and the local metro station, so walkable and close to public transit. The hotel itself needs a thorough clean. My bed sheets were stained and had hairs on them when I checked in, so the bed sheets were either not changed from the previous guest or this is what was considered to be clean. The sink and tub drains were initially running slow but were clogged 1-day into our stay. Not my best hotel in South Korea so far.

Horrible experience. They declined to provide basic necessities. Dust falling from ac when we turned it on. No bath towels provided. We left the hotel within one hour of checking in. They accepted they been dealing with issues but still declined to give us the refund. We had to book another hotel. Even Expedia didn’t help us. Very disappointed.

Negatives : Hardest beds and pillows ever. Black mold all over the ceiling in the entrance. The staff cleans with bleach (mold) so theres a horrid smell when you walk in. Takes all day to go away. They also leave the windows open so you will have bugs in ur room. No towels. Only hand towels.

Positives : Good location. They let us check in early. Room size is good for the price.

Good for 1- 2 night stays. I would not stay longer.

This is a really cute hotel. The room was beautiful and had a fantastic bathroom with the biggest tub! Unfortunately, the room was not particularly well maintained and could be cleaned a lot better (especially lots of black dirt on the bathroom ceilings and corners of the floors). Lots of space, comfy beds, very friendly staff. A good cleaning and fix a few broken tiles and this place would be top-notch!

Good essential hotel with a great location

The best about this is the location if u need to use the Busan train station as your main point esp coming / going to Seoul.

This is not a 4-5 star hotel so manage expectations. No fancy breakfast or porter service.

This is a basic hotel with spacious rooms which have a good tv, table and chair, fridge and kettle. The one I stayed even had a desktop computer which I didn’t use. There is large bath tub too.

They are two robes and four hand towels - I asked about this to front desk and he said culturally Koreans do not use large size bath towels.

The windows have a double layer so no problems with sound.

There are eateries just outside the hotel.

Front desk staff speak good English and are most helpful.

Apart from a small lobby there are no facilities. Just rooms. The rooms are quite basic with low ceilings. At least it is in a central location next to Busan Station.
On Expedia, they make out your are getting a bargain with a large discount on a price that in no way would be realistic for this hotel.

We had a great stay, the room was really huge. The washroom is very spacious and functional as well.Very close to Busan station and restaurants. The staff was really helpful. Although we booked a non smoking room, the entrance of the room smelled smoke. The microwave area at the main floor was kinda cluttered. Maybe they can clean it.
But all in all it was a great stay.

Disadvantage : check in time was not until 4pm and out at 11am a bit of a long time
was there in November which is the end of autumn so it was cold. They have heating tiles in the room but the air conditioner does not have a remote control (to stop people using it) so it was cold at night. Was there for two nights no room service . You get s small gym size towel which is the norm for Korea

We paid for the cheaper room but was upgraded. I picked the cheaper room not because of price, but because I didn’t want those mirrors around the bed. Good gesture though. Bathroom lights turned off on its own, and toilet paper was already low when sleepy arrived. We ran out so we used the tissue. The bath towels were small but it seems like the trend here since the spa I went to also had small towels like it. Great price for what we got though.

Lovely large room with comfy bed and a lovely view out the window and from the roof which was notified as a photo spot. Super close to Busan station and bus stop which was fantastic but did mean you could hear the trains if the window was open but it was hot when we visited so the ac drowned out the squeaking of trains breaks. Over all a great property and would happily recommend to others

Property is not comfortable. There were some issues as follows:

Not sandals at rooms, just for the Barth room
Towels were old and with holes in the middle
There is not heater and the a/c cannot work as fan. I came win winter.
Noisy at night at the halls
Dirty because the car collecting the garbage from dorms was place in front of the elevator long time despite there are just five rooms per floor
Staff member wasn’t kind. I requested help for calling a taxi and he told me that he cannot.
I highly recommend do not come to this hotel until the conditions improve significantly.

Pros: Clean and spacious, there's a bathtub in room so bring ur bath bomb. Bidet and heated toilet seats. Nice view outside windows. Shower pressure is good.

This hotel was very close to Busan Station, restaurants and shopping areas. I wouldn't stay here for more than a night though. My family stayed in the Family VIP rooms, where the thin mattresses looked like they were not cleaned before we got here. When brought up to staff, they said \"You should have told us when you got here.\" It was only a few hours after we had checked in! As well, my family saw a ROACH right when we walked in. The shower was nice. No microwave. The door with the lock had one battery missing so we did not feel our belongings were safe at this hotel.

This hotel had a lot of potential but unfortunately the upkeep was not being maintained well. My room had a nice view and the train station in front of the hotel wasn't noisy so that's a plus. The room was big and modern but things were getting run down. The air conditioner was loud and needs to be cleaned. There was a very strong odor of mold in the bathroom and little black mold spots all around the bathtub. Only hand towels were available and some of them had holes in them. The room doors have automatic locks and the one to my room malfunctioned a lot of the time, not locking properly until I manually correcred it so that's something to be aware of for safety and privacy.

There is a communal dining/ sitting area near the entrance of the hotel that had a lot of potential to be nice but was not being cleaned and there was a lot of unused counter space not being utilized well. The microwave was covered in caked on food from being used by multiple guests. Over all I liked the view, location, size of room and comfortable bed but also noticed the things above.

Lot of mosquitos. Bites all over our legs, face! Also, I paid for family room, paid for 4 guests. I came late because of the late flight so my daughter checked in first, the staff said for two person only, she paid extra 50,000 kwon . When I got there I explained that room paid for 4 guests (sleep on the floor) if for 2 guests I can chose at least 1 queen bed & sleep on the bed.

Average hotel for the area

33 sq metre room was very roomy and lots of space was appreciated. However, although relatively new, maintenance appears to have been a low priority. Both rooms we had experienced electrical malfunctions on separate nights resulting in lights randomly turning on and off with accompanying loud beeping noises. This lasted all night and obviously impacted sleeping. Staff were notified and it was apparent this is a frequent occurrence as they were able to somehow re-set the electrical system. Security was also an issue as at 3am a male person was trying to get into my room. He had a key for my room number but from a different hotel. This type of incident was disturbing and could be prevented by having a basic security function in the elevator eg needing a room key to access the accommodation floors.

Nothing special, very average, rooms look much better in the pictures, the real rooms are worn and in need of some fixing, for example the loose tap. No large towels are in the rooms, only 2 small towels per person. The staff were blunt and unhelpful. There was a change to our booking so we asked if it was possible to cancel one of our 4 rooms last minute or if there was no refund we would keep the booking and all sleep separately. They said there is no refund but have to cancel or they will charge us extra for a no show fee. So we paid for the room in full but didn’t get to use it. The receptionist was unhelpful and not friendly, we asked if they could call us a taxi and they said walk to the station and get it ourselves. Will definitely not be staying here again.

Superb & worth a look, but with area to improve

Competitive pricing considering the very high level of all round comfort offered by the property (i.e. high water pressure for bath, excellent sound proofing, etc). Equally important is that it is located next to the Busan Station with KTX access from Seoul. The only gripe that I have is the room was very dusty.

Good location, next to Busan Station. It is very convenience if you want to travel via KTX to/from Seoul. Also, you are easily connected by subway & bus nearby. Busan Tour Bus stop is also nearby. But the hotel's check in time is quite late, 4pm. You will be charged Korean Won 5,000 every hour for early check in. We have been charged Korean Won 15,000 as we checked in at 1pm (3 hours ahead).

1)Reception guy not helpful We booked 2 rooms for nights ; when check in @ 9:00pm, we found problem of door unable to lock due to low battery. We request to change the room but reception man on night shift who didn't communicate well in English said no vacant room and he can no nothing. I expect him to buy battery convenient store near the hotel and change it. My friend had to sleep with unsafe feeling with door unlocked. Fortunately, there was another door inside the room that can be locked by plastic pin which seemed easy to unlock. Next morning, reception guy on day shift informed me that he will change battery during our absence for sightseeing without any apology at all. Finally, door can be locked. 2) Cleanliness There was soap stain on bath tub floor, I can't lay down when bath. I select room w/bath tub in order to lay down when bath after a long walk during sightseeing. Next morning, I informed reception guy to have maid clean bath tub but maid didn't clean it as I still found such soap stain.

This is a remodeled hotel that is very pleasing. The rooms have been recently remodeled within 6 months or so and the floors are all tile and the bathroom even has a Japanese modern toilet. The room is very big, with a desktop computer and big LCD TV. The view is good, as it overlooks the Busan bridge and port. There is noise from the trains however, as it is within 100 yards of the station. There is an excellent viewing area on the 11th floor, with hardwood floors and seating area to look at the port. All in all, I will easily stay here again.

This hotel has been completely renovated, to both Western and Eastern standards. The lobby is well lit and inviting. The room, entrance way, and bathroom are very spacious. The bathroom has a \"state of the art\" Japanese type toilet and the bathtub and shower are very good. The room itself has a very large, wall mounted LCD TV and is very modern. I was completely happy. On the 12th floor there is a viewing area, with benches, for the colorful lit bridge on one of the bays in Busan. The a/c is set to 24 Celsius, so if you want it colder, just ask reception for a remote. I stayed here 3 nights and will easily stay here again. The price point, at below $50, is excellent. The train station is literally a 2 minute walk away. The metro is within a 3 minute walk. If the subway system would last beyond midnight, I would suggest this location instead of Hundaea or Gwangali. However, for the location, it is excellent. When I come to Busan, this will be my hotel of choice. Sorry for gushing, but I used to stay here when this hotel was under a different name and before it was remodeled. It is nice to see progress being made.

Nice hotel close to the train station

This hotel is close to the Busan train station. The rooms are spacious and very colorful. The water is hot and the amenities, like toothbrushes, paste, robes, etc are nice. The wifi is great, and there is even an old desktop in the room if you wish to use it. The big LCD is mounted on the wall and very nice and there is a fan as well as flashlight. I did not try the hot tub, but it is there. There is a great view of the main Busan bridge from the rooms. The 10th floor has a great terrace to look out over the bay. It is too bad there are no chairs available to sit.

The hotel is close to the train tracks, so there is that ambient noise. All in all, I will easily stay here again.

The hotel was very easy to find. Just exit left from the escalators and walk along the front street. It is a good 200 meters, but there is a big sign. You do have to go through their small parking lot to get in though. There is complementary coffee and popcorn at the outside reception area.

The room was quite spacious, having a separate bathroom with a hot tub (it did not work though) and very modern shower. The bedroom itself had a large amount of space and the wallpaper was quite colorful. There was a couch and coffee table, as well as a large desk space. A desktop computer and large LCD TV were available as well. There are quite a few Korean TV stations, but only one played movies in English. However, the internet was excellent, so no problem.

The place came with a couple robes and all the toiletries that you could need, even after shave and Q-tips, which was quite nice. The upper floors have a good view of the bridge and sea as well.

All in all, it was a great place for my under $50 price point that I use for hotels. Afterall, I go to visit the city I am in, not spend it inside. However, the heat came though the floors, which was nice. There was a fan and a/c for the summer as well. There was even an emergency flashlight. The water was hot and sheets clean. I just wished the hot tub would have worked. I will stay here again.

We book a room for 3 pax.but only 1 double bed and for the 3rd pax a thin piece of filthy matress less than 2 inches thickness with lots of hair.and expect to sleep on the hard floor.the toilet floor flood each time you shower.Only plus point is that is less than 5 mins walk to Busan train station.

Nice hotel near ktx and metro station

It is very close to the ktx station and it just take you a 3 mins walk to there. Room is spacious with large bathroom and bathtub. The mini-bar in the room is free.

Disappointed

I was quite disappointed with the room because of the mould on the bathroom. It was clearly visible in the shower and you couldn't misunderstand the smell either. There were no sheets in the bed.

The Hotel is situated near the railway station. On the other hand, the noise of trains was very disturbing.

5 Days stay in Busan

The hotel come with high speed free wifi for you to access the internet. Very good location where just about 5 minutes walking distant to Busan Station to transit to every where in Busan either by bus or train. About 1 minute walking distant you can easily get the Korean location food.

タオルの補充も4人で宿泊なのに、2枚しかなかった。
