Great location right in front of the station, which made traveling by train to Busan very convenient. The surrounding area also had many shops and restaurants, so everything we needed was nearby.

The room was very clean, and the breakfast was better than we expected. Overall, we had a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Although the hotel is a bit outdated, it is very clean and well maintained. The water pressure is excellent, making a warm, long shower at the end of the day incredibly relaxing. The daily breakfast is healthy and tasty. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again if I visit Busan.

I chose this hotel because it was close to the Busan train station. Unlike other Toyoko Inns I've stayed at recently, check in was done with a front desk attendant, which I thought was nice since I was able to interact with a human. My room was similar to other Toyoko Inns I've stayed at - the layout is consistent with other similar properties. I had a nice view of the train station and the surroundings. The room was clean and wifi worked well. Amenities were available in the lobby, consistent with the other hotels in the chain. The elevator arrangement was admittedly inefficient. One elevator served all floors, one elevator served floors 1-11, and another elevator served floors 11 and above. The morning consistently saw long wait times at elevators, so budget your time accordingly. Complimentary breakfast was good, although finding a seat during peak times is sometimes challenging, and the queues for food would sometimes be long. Coffee was also available in the morning, but it would have been nice if it were available all day. There is a money exchange machine in the lobby as well as a water machine, both of which were helpful. The hotel was near convenience stores and restaurants, as well as the Busan metro station. Overall, I had a good stay and would consider staying at this property again.

Right beside the KTX which was a huge bonus. Lots of cafes and stores near by. Room was clean and quite spacious. The included breakfast was a very nice bonus and the menu changed daily which I thought was outstanding - kudos to the kitchen staff!

The location was convenient especially for a first timer like me. Price performance was fine but, I woke up to terrible food smell on my last two days early in the morning. It felt as if somebody was making curry in my room. Also the towels were really old. I guess they can make some improvements and may be increase the price a bit. The staff were extraordinary and the hotel was truly clean.

The hotel is comfortable. I didn't have a particularly friendly welcome when I checked in. The room was comfortable but the bathroom smelt of damp for ages after use as it was so small and kind of trapped the smell. I was on the 20th floor and waiting for the lift was so frustrating. It sometimes took 10 mins to get a lift to come up to the floor.

The stay was comfortable though and there are lots of amenities but they are self serve so you have to get them yourself from reception. This saves waste I guess and is better for the planet. Overall a nice stay for a budget price and very well located.

We enjoyed our stay at the Toyoko Inn Busan Station No. 1. They were willing to go above and beyond to check us in late, and the room worked well for us. We found the staff to be very friendly, and the buffet breakfast was awesome for value, especially since it is free! I will say that it is not a normal American buffet breakfast, but the food was really delicious, and the environment was perfect for getting ready to go out and experience Busan. We would most certainly stay here again!

3- There can be waiting for the elevators

Toyoko Inn is just across the street from Busan Station Exit 1 and a 2 minute walk to Exit 6 of the Busan Subway Station. It is extremely convenient to access the subway to get arounf Busan. There are lots of dining within 10 minutes walking. I consider Toyoko Inn a business hotel so you are not getting a highend, super spacious room. You will get an modest but extremely functional room at a great price. If you are planning to book Toyoko Inn for a vacation many of the tour pickups are either just outside the front door or within a 3 to 5 minutes walk.

NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY! I believe we were simply not the target audience for it: we're a family travelling on holiday. This hotel is FULL of drunk businessmen. DRUNK AS SKUNKS. Beyond the general bad smell outside of the property as well as inside (old carpets), I haveé specific incidents as to why my review of this hotel is poor.
1. I am traveling with a child. I asked the front desk if I could have a second key to do laundry (the key powers the room). They very politely but firmly said \"no\". This left me with the uncomfortable choice of dragging a tired child up and down many floors, leave the child in a pitch black room while I ran down repeatedly, or leave the key in the room and end up locked out having to ask to be let into the elevator by the busy front desk over and over.
2. The signs for the laundry indicate that one wash cycle costs 1000krw and one drying cycle costs 1000krw. This is not the case. One wash cycle is in fact 2000krw. I am not complaining about the cost, the problem arose in my rush to grab sufficient funds from our room, run down, put on a wash and then run back up - I simply didn't have enough despite checking the posted information very carefully.
3. The numerous drunken men. The laundry is near the lobby toilets. Three inebriated men came rolling in. One ran to the men's toilet, leaving the other two bursting and frustrated. One man then attempted to relieve himself in the laundry area until he saw me and ran.
I wish I could get my money back!

I stayed here 3 nights due to its close location to the KTX station. Best decision ever! There is a taxi area right across as well.
Room was spacious and much better than I expected for the price. They provided water bottles for each day. The breakfast area was too crowded and therefore I did not partake of this benefit at all, but there is a convenience store and a Starbucks next door. It was a great experience and have zero complaints. The staff were really nice and helpful!

Chose this hotel becoz of its close proximity to Busan station. We only had a night here. Room maybe small but clean, compact and good (compared to the pictures shown, the real room is much cleaner and newer than expected). Amenities can be purchased in the lobby. 1st time seeing free coffee sachets, green tea bags, stirrers, bar soap, shower caps, basic skin care sachets, razors and pajamas are available for own use. Breakfast choice was limited but then again, this is not the usual 4* 5* hotel so all is good with the rate. For fuss-free travelers.

It is right opposite to the Busan KTX station and a short walk from the metro station. It is also located in a safe area, and I felt safe enough walking to the station to catch the subway at 6am in the morning.

This hotel was very convenient for transportation, as it is located right beside the Busan Station. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed the complementary breakfast in the mornings.

The hotel room appeared to be a little dated, but this was not an issue for us. The bed was comfortable enough for our two night stay, but I would not want to sleep on it for any longer than that. We also felt like the bed could have used a little better cleaning... there was dried food (we are not actually sure what it was) on the headboard and the top of the comforter. The sheets were otherwise clean. We wanted to use the water boiler, but there was mold inside. We instead used the complementary water bottles which were provided in our room daily.

I believe we received a hotel room equivalent to what we paid for. This was an inexpensive room for a brief stay, which is exactly what we needed. Most importantly, it was the closest to Busan Station. I would recommend this hotel for short stays on a budget.
