The hotel is in a great location and the room was a nice size, but the hotel didn't have a good variety of meals for breakfast, and the bread was stale. They didn't want to clean the room every day but when they did, they forgot to replenish the coffee service, napkins, and toilet paper. They were an apart hotel and didn't have any cutlery! Didn't provide water as a courtesy either. They told me after the first day, I had to pay for the coffee pods. I had to ask them twice to send them up to my room, and at the checkout they said it was courtesy! Doesn't have a thermostat for heating the room and I had to ask for blankets, it was very cold in my room!

Incredible.. very nice hotel in Zona G, clean, high-end, cozy, comfortable. The staff was always corteous and willing to answer all inquiries. The rooms do not have climate control (it's Bogotá) but the temp was perfect my whole stay (the window opens). Breakfast on the 2nd floor, awesome restaurant and service. The area around the hotel is safe and upscale, 2 supermarkets nearby (D1 and Carulla) and dozens of eateries. Plaza Avenida Chile is a short walk from the hotel. Hope to be back soon.

I booked through Expedia and was supposed to receive benefits due to my status. I never got them. Expedia contacted me during my stay—not because I complained—and I told them nothing had been delivered. Still, they did nothing.
The hotel is clearly deteriorated, and the “free breakfast” is so poor it’s better to eat elsewhere. I didn’t ask for special treatment—they offered it, and even after I flagged the issue, no one followed through. Very disappointing.

This hotel is a welcome site in a city that is a bit crazy. The hotel is modern clean and with good amenities. It's location makes it easy to get around town. The staff was fantastic. They were always looking for ways to make us feel home. I recommend BS Rosales to anyone visiting Bogota

The stay was alright. When we initially arrived, the hotel didn't offer us an upgrade, which they were supposed to. After a bit of a discussion, the reception finally upgraded us. Because of the loud noise from the work going on the floor, they upgraded us again to a higher floor after we complained.
The standard rooms are extremely small. The junior suite is a decent size. While hotel rooms looked renovated, I feel they cut corners at some places and also have not done proper maintenance. There were exposed wires in a few places and each room had a fuse box showing. Also there were a couple of cracks in floor, between the shower and the toilet.
The hotel is very well located and the price was decent.

Also, if you are wanting to use the Internet, you have to sit in the dining room area if you use the Internet or the Wi-Fi in the bedroom area or anywhere else other than the kitchen table, you will not have service. It was very frustrating and I had to leave the property for the last week of my trip if you can do without Internet and air conditioning or heating on the ninth floor, then you’ll be fine. I was checking out. There was no water and no one bothered to let me know that the water wasn’t working. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent. You don’t even have to leave. It’s that good. I wish the rest of the hotel could measure up to the restaurant.

This is a 3 star hotel at best. Room was very dated. Brown tap water. Stained wallls, wires hanging from the ceiling and a sofa that had a stain so bad I couldn’t even use it. I contacted the hotel multiple times and they never even responded even when I said I have a future reservation coming up I was going to cancel. In addition upon check in I was told breakfast was complimentary and then told it was $15 a day upon checkout. Needless to say I cancelled my future reservation. I have pictures I wish I could attach

The people at breakfast were incredibly friendly and the food is very decent but the people at the reception were not friendly. It was very interesting that they only give one key per room and when my daughter asked for another one they were not very kind to her, almost refusing to give her the key and reminding her that she had to return it. The people at the reception have no idea that it is a VIP guess and they don't even try.

The location is good, but that's about it. The bed was uncomfortable. The don't have A/C so you have to crack the windows for a breeze. But, it's noisy outside with cars honking every few minutes, so you're not able to sleep well at all. Breakfast was a joke, too. You're better off going to a restaurant nearby.
