We stayed in the family suite with a kitchenette. The room is clean and big, but lack of amenities such as cutlery, and there is no towel bar and hook for clothing in the bathroom.
The stench from the drain outside the hotel can be quite strong. There is a cafe at the ground floor. Hotel is located at the shopping street. Overall a good stay.

Ground 27 is a beautiful property. Spacious rooms and superbly appointed. A superb suite for a family with teenagers, best set out and spacious room we have ever stayed in. Excellent coffee in the cafe downstairs. Coffee and tea facilities in the room were fabulous. Outstanding bakery 3 doors down. Shopping on your doorstep. So pleased we chose to stay here.

Amazing hotel, with excellent and clean accommodations. The privacy and security of the property was commendable. The vibrant streets offered amazing shops with a variety of food and clothes shopping. SO FAN
We arrived at Hotel Ground27 earlier than the check-in time. Hence, we asked the request of keeping 5 big luggages and 2 small luggages in the hotel as usual as doing this in other hotels. Hotel staff asked us to keep all the luggages in the lockers and total we need 6 lockers. A fast action from the hotel staff, he only asked us to insert the password on the locker screen. We just think that this hotel is a modern and well-equipped hotel, so furnished with lockers to the travellers. However, when we returned to the hotel at night. The hotel staff asked us to pay for the locker fee. Oh my god, why nobody told us the lockers to be charged. We knew nothing about how much per hour to be charged. If we knew that in advance, we would not keep our luggages in the hotel instead of keeping in our 8-seat private car as well as we would not have dinner around the hotel. Unexpected charges made us feel very unhappy and also the staff was rude to explain to us.

Excellent location, lots of shops and eateries. Nampo Subway station very nearby (3-5 mins walk) and even with luggage was doable as there is an elevator at exit 5. Highly recommended.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Busan. The room was big and spacious but most importantly very clean and modern.

My sister and I had a two night stay and after a long day we found that most restaurants were closed or about to close. We asked the staff at the front desk if he could order us a pizza and he tried two places, he then even walked across the street with us to help with the language barrier but they too were closing. He asked if we liked chicken and called and had some delivered for us. He went above and beyond to help us eat that night. Highly recommend. The only fault we found was that the light came through the curtains and it wasn’t very dark in our room. Our preference is a dark room so that may not affect everyone.

Great hotel in a conveniently located area in Nampo-dong. Hotel was nice and clean, heaps of space in the family suit and very comfortable.
My only gripe is that they charge for luggage storage (using train station style lockers) after you have checked out which is annonying. Almost every hotel I've been to will hold your luggage for free.
I also hope they change the curtains in the bedroom to be blackout. Current ones are too thin and let light through.

It falls on our wedding anniversary and I messaged the hotel prior to our trip to check out for nearby bakery for cakes recommendation and they were super responsive and have good advice. When we returned they presented to us a bottle of wine and a printed card customised with date and name too. Really a surprise and nice touch to the entire stay.
Hotel staff were also very helpful esp when I wanted to order food delivery. They recommended nice restaurant and assisted to help me order on behalf. And just informed me when the food was ready for pick up.
Great room cleanliness (shower gel/shampoo smells super nice too!) with laundry room (chargeable but they will provide the laundry capsule dryer sheet) at Level 7 as well which really helps a lot so we can pack light. The room we booked had a huge bathtub and double sinks.
It’s also just a short walk from Nampo station with alot of shops and restaurants nearby and literally just next to Lotte department store.
Will highly recommend this for a stay at Busan!

Staff were very friendly and helpful, location was great, our only negative comment would be the main bathroom would have been better to have a free standing shower instead of giant bath for our family. The second bathroom could have been more user friendly to have a door into bedroom as again more functional for our family. The furniture looks amazing but not very comfortable. But overall we were very happy with our stay and all the positives made up for the couple of negatives.

3日間お世話になりました。部屋は広くて清潔で、快適に過ごせました。セキュリティも万全で、エレベーターのボタンを押す時と宿泊階に入る廊下の自動ドアもルームキーで開けるので、スタッフと宿泊者しか入れないので安心して過ごせました。部屋はオンドルの床暖房で暖かく、靴を脱いでリラックスできます。スリッパも準備されていて、お気遣いがありがたかったです。以前の口コミでシャワーの水捌けが良くなかったとありましたが、全く気にならなかったです。浴室とトイレが別々なのも良かったです。浴室にバスタブもあり、シャワーのお湯が洗面所の方に滲み出てしまうのは確かに少しありましたが、浴槽寄りに使えば問題ないかと思います。シャワー設備が新しく、切替やバスタブの栓の閉め方など日本ではあまりない方式なので、説明があると良いかもしれません。ホテルの横にコンビニがあり、近くに飲食店もたくさんありました。娘と２人なので、到着した日の20時過ぎに夕飯で心配でしたが、観光客もたくさん歩いているので、路地裏は避けて明るい通りを歩けば22時くらいでも大丈夫でした。(あくまでも個人の感覚なのでご注意くださいね)地下鉄南浦駅は、5番と7番出口がホテルから近いです。5番出口には階段とエレベーター、7番出口にはエスカレーターがあります。8番出口はロッテモールのB1入口につながっているので、ホテルからロッテモールまで地下道から行くと5分かからないです。フロントのスタッフの方々もとても親切で、日本語で対応してくださるスタッフもいます。お部屋のコーヒーとお茶もとても美味しかったです。釜山に行くときは、また絶対このホテルに泊まりたいです。

新しくてせっかくのいい立地なのに残念
新しくて立地もよく価格も手頃でフロントスタッフは日本語が話せて部屋からの電話対応も早くて概ね満足ですが、残念なのは部屋の作りが無駄に広すぎること、その割にクローゼットが簡単な据え置きになっていて、はたして使う人がいるだろうかというガウンがハンガーにかかっていて肝心のハンガーの本数が少ない。部屋全体に明かりはとれるが肝心の洗面室の明かりが不足だし、背の低い人は顔が映らないほど鏡が高い位置にあり使い勝手は最悪。バスタブとカーテンのないシャワールームを別にする必要があるのか？広すぎる玄関といい、設計ミスでとても残念です
