3 bedrooms and a whole rooftop terrace. It was a great location. The communication was pretty good. Now the check-in and out lady...not the best. IDK if it's Expedia or the locations, but if you tell me I get a bottle of wine I should never have to renind you. I didn't have to remind you to take my money. The living room furniture was S - A - D. Very sad. The bedrooms were great and the tub was deep. Having the bathroom set up the way it is was very convenient. The price was outstanding.

Staff was very friendly, place was clean, if you don’t mind the walk most of the tourist attractions were close enough to walk to and if not buses and trams were close to the apartment. Grocery store was also close to the apartment. Although the apartment was very quiet, the night life in the area was fairly active. Parking is hard to get but wasn’t an issue for us.

This apartment was a cost effective way to stay in the centre of Budapest. We found it to be perfectly adequate and within easy walking distance of the river and Jewish quarter etc. There is a bus, tram and metro stop a few minutes walk away (the 100E bus to and from the airport stops here) . No city views from the apartment, and a bit of a curious set up with the reception being on the 3rd floor, but it was clean and comfortable and the reception staff were very helpful, responding to my messages and queries quickly. I would stay there again.

Good property in a central area. Was easy to get around the city from it, and lots of places to eat nearby. The beds were a little hard, but not bad. The TV had all the streaming apps you could want. Very good soundproofing, with the exception of being able to hear the cleaners trolleys on the floor above, and the window shutters were good at keeping out the light in the morning. Overall, very good.

Helpful and obliging staff.
Corridor noisy - 11 30pm. Children running up and down. Sound from balconies carries very well. Some people don't have a volume control when talking.
Handy location - easy walk to either transport (free if you're over a certain age) or the sights that I wanted to see or planned activities.
Watch which taxi you choose. Freelance are a law unto themselves and are not regulated, thus charge....doesn't matter what was originally quoted.

Super location (plenty of dining options, supermarkets, 3 lines of metro, airport bus all in less than 5' walking distance and Danube and major sightseeing in walkable distance too), extra spacious apartment, superb view to the cathedral (we stayed on top floor). We only faced issues with the housekeeping services which were mostly resolved after speaking with the very helpful reception staff. Clear recommendation

The instructions on how to get to the place was incorrect. We were told to go to Gate B. Reception is Gate A in rhe 3rd floor. We did not know how to get to the reception. We had to ask the nearby apartment reception on how to contact the property.
Location is very convenient to everything. Apt has full kitchen. The clothes after using the washing machine did not wring well. It is nice that the place had a patio w table n chairs to have a meal on a sunny day.

Went to office. 8 hours later. One day wait to get repair man. I unplugged. Micro worked ok.

Went to office cancel. Repair man wakes me early next day!

Toilet took 25 flushes to flush poop. Appears some kind of partial block. Pee flush ok

I had a wonderful stay here. The room is as advertised and it was in good condition. The view from my room was beautiful at night. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I had my room cleaned, towels replaced, and bathroom supplies restocked nearly every day. The reception is only open between 10am-5pm (I think), but the hotel responds quite quickly to their emails so I don't think this should be a problem. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Communicated with the property before arrival to schedule check in time. Came to the closed door. Tried to contact property via Expedia. Waited for about 2 hours with no avail. Called several times their local number and finally got somebody who explained that the receptionist got sick and no one is available for a replacement. Finally made some arrangements and got to the property many hours later feeling very frustrated.
Just to add insult to the injury the day after arrival there was a loss of power in the entire building at night. Everything stopped working including the elevator to the 7th floor. They didn't restore the power until the late evening. It was very inconvenient.

There was loads of space and the apartment was comfortable and warm. We used the airport transfer service which worked well and there was someone to meet us when we arrived (at 1.30am). It would be nice if there was a welcome pack of tea/coffee/milk, although there is a 24hr supermarket just across the road. THe location is fabulous. Thanks you!

We really enjoyed staying in an apartment property. It’s in the heart of Pest with tons of restaurants and sightseeing within walking distance. Even though it’s a party neighborhood our apartment was relatively quiet. I will add that there is a washing machine but no dryer, and the AC controller is not in the unit; one must contact management to raise or lower the temperature. Marta, who manages the company's on site office was very helpful and efficient.

Thanks to other reviews and Trendy directions, we found the place with little trouble. They let us check in a bit early. Apartment was clean and Iiked having the living room separating the bedrooms. Nice selection of Cuttery and cups and plates. Staff was very helpful and quick to answer questions prior to trip. Also liked having a room safe. Great location for walking to sites. A nice restaurant in building complex, Antre so you could eat late and be right by the elevator. I base stars on the price and how we are treated, cleanliness, safety and if it lived up to description. Would stay here again. I liked how at check out they asked how they could improve. We suggested adding a small carton of milk, a few tea bags and coffee pods. They were nice to order a taxi for us to train. One more positive---We liked having the toliet and sink with mirror separate from tub, sink mirror and washer with drying rack .

The apartment was clean, but the maintenance had room for improvement. The washing machine of the first apartment we got did not function. We asked to move to another one, but the corridor light outside did not work neither. We had to use our own light from our mobile to light up for opening the door throughout the stay. Besides, it would be nice to have some basic stuffs, like coffee powder, box issue, washing detergent be provided. The location was at the city center, thus convenient.

The morning while we were staying there at around 8:30am, some one was doing some carpentry for a good hour or two which was very unpleasant. Some of the neighbors were acting a little inappropriate by wearing nothing but underwear with their curtains wide openwhich I didn’t want my children to see. But other than that, location was almost perfect and rooms were spacious.

Walking distance to many attractions. Fantastic location for many restaurants and bars. Very lively. Apartment was self contained with basic needs such as a kitchen with microwave. It has a Washing machine but no dryer however a clothes Aires was provided. Laundromat is downstairs if drying needed. Air conditioned and in a quiet complex.

Right smack in the middle of some of the most imp sites like the Chain Bridge, The St Stephens Cathedral, The Parliament, the Budapest Eye, Vaci Street, The Jewish neighborhood, St Elizabeth Bridge, The Statue of Liberty, Cafes, public transportation, The Hill and more.
Small elevators that only carry 4 people at a time in need of maintenance. Elevator to Building B, our location, was closed for maintenance upon our arrival. Had to walk to building C for the ride and back to building B. Short walking distance.
Noise was kind of a bummer due to cart or luggage wheels rolling early in the am.
So make sure to request a more silent location if you are sensitive to these kind of noise.
Overall we had a good stay with minor but tolerable inconveniences.

We spent 4 nights here in March, we really liked the location as it was central to everything, as we walked to all the things we took in. It has a great little grocery store just across the street, restaurants and has a elevator. There was plenty of room for 4 adults in the one bedroom, There was a bed in the living room, Each room has a door so gave privacy to everyone. Had a bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival, and we were able to store our luggage with the receptionist on day of leaving for a few hours.

Our family stayed here three nights, from the time we arrived Viktoria provided exceptional service. We arrived late at night, she met us at the parking garage, showed us what exactlly to do, walked us to the appartment. There was even wine waiting for us. Rooms were clean and spacious, it was walking distance to everything that we didnt even need to drive our own car around or get a hop on hop off. The boat cruise was walking distance and we got to go twice once in the day and once at night. I would daily recommended for people with family or wanting to stay close to everything. There was authentic Hungarian restaurant downstairs that Viktoria recommended, food was delicious. Other food places right down the hotel. Thank you Trendy staff and appartment. A must place to stay while in Budapest.

The appartment is very central, 200 m. from Ferenc Deak square, the Budapest public transportation hub. We conveniently used bus 100E to commute to and from the Ferenc Liszt International Airport.
St. Stephen cathedral and the Dohanyi street great synagogue are within 5 minutes walk.
The place is very well noise insulated.
The appartment was comfortable, very clean and nice. Service is provided every other day.
It looked newly furbished.
The only inconvenience was that there was no frying pan in the kitchen.

Very nice and comfortable apartment with easy access to most of Budapest attractions. Transportation was orovided from and to the airport at additional fee which was reaonable and the driver was friendly and informative. The only negative was a frequency of maid service - only 2 times during our 6 day stay. But most problems obably more service would be available upon request. We would stay there again and recommend it to our friends.

The apartment is centrally located within walking distance of most of the tourist attractions (or easy access to public transit), restaurants, and nightlife. The 3-bedroom penthouse apartment that we rented was very clean, comfortable, and modern. The wi-fi access was very fast and reliable. The apartment had a beautiful balcony to enjoy the city from above at night or in the morning. Shopping and restaurants are very easy to access from this location. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They will even let you store your luggage with them after check-out. Note: reception is only open from 9am-6pm. If you need to check-in outside those hours you should contact them before hand.

Just so-so, we stayed 4nights. No cleaning/ no changing towels/ no changing bed sheets at all!! Had to request new towels, the room condition was different from the picture. Also the receptionist when I checked out was not kind. She requested a tourism tax without enough explanation and she did not provide right directions and locations that I wanted to visit, (maybe because of her English). She came to the room to check wheher we checked out or not. So frustrated! (Btw, another receptionist Viktoria was so kind and nice)

Very nice apartment, with all necessary amenities. The location was superb. Victoria who checked us in is lovely. She allowed us to drop bags early which was very helpful. She also helped us with restaurants and other recommendations for things to do. The only thing I can even think of is the beds were pretty hard and uncomfortable. Not the worst and doable for several nights.

This is a block of apartments. Indide they were clean and well presented but the elevators and lobbies were far from welcoming. The staff ranged from most helpful to surly and dismissive.

The apartment was great & the service from Sylvia was top notch. She went the extra mile to walk with us to our exact parking spot & to our apartment. Very helpful. The apartment was within walking distance of everything. Would highly recommend.

Great space in great location

Great central location to all the sites in the city. Very comfortable apartment with great water pressure. The reception staff were friendly amd helpful. Very close to kosher restaurants and synagogues, however entrance to floor requires digital keypad.

Perfectly located and large apartment

Friendly helpful staff. Came to greet us from airport transfer to aid apartment location.
Free upgrade to two bedroom and two bathroom apartment.
Good tips and assistance from check in staff for local transport etc.
Building is a little tired. Just needs a lick of paint but everything you need for a comfortable and central location.
