The Hotel was lovely in a great location, right next to the basilica. Highly recommend. The coffee was instant and dreadful. But luckily there’s a coffee shop next-door that has excellent cappuccino. It is also owned by the same company and you get a 10% discount.

Location is awesome. Few steps away from St, Basilica and a lot of good restaurants. The only thing I didn’t like was the bath towels are limited. We requested for extra bath towels but they called us back after few minutes in our room and asking questions why do we need more towels and mentioned that bath towels are meant for five people but there were only 2 of us in the room. It was so hot during our stay. Of course, we need to take a shower and refresh everyday. That’s the only reason I put 4 stars but other than that their. suite room is pretty big and clean hotel.

I would like to give a 5 star review on this property but I just couldn't. I really like the fact that it is so close to the Basilica, to great restaurants, supermarket and public transportation.

Breakfast was excellent as well.

Room size was decent.

However, my AC did not work. It was really hot when I stayed there and I reported the matter to the front desk staff but the matter was not resolved.

For three nights, my sleep was not very comfortable.

Will I stay here again? Probably not, unless the AC in my room was fixed.

I booked 3 nights and left after the first. Because it was to uncomfortable to sleep. 24.5 and humid when Ifirst arrived it only ever cooled down to 23.5 and humid. About 8pm i had the desk clerk check the AC he pushed some buttons then said it should work. It didnt he had to know. I called management the next morning they said the AC could only cool so many degrees diffrent than the outside air. I said the why didnt it cool off at night? When it was 18.3. They did offer me a fan. I opend the window at night and that helped but a car alarm went off 3 times and the lights were too much. The location was great. The shower was a bit small.

Great location—just steps from Saint Stephen Basilica, with plenty of activities and restaurants nearby. Clean and spacious rooms, and a good breakfast. The hotel is within walking distance of most attractions, making it very convenient for exploring Budapest. Special thanks to the staff for the thoughtful birthday chocolate and sparkling wine in our room, which made our stay extra special. We appreciated the friendly, attentive service throughout our visit.

This is in a perfect location, walk out the door and the basilica is right there along with everything else you would need. If you dn't like to hear the church bells, this may be a problem, but I loved hearing it. THe breakfast was great, a lot of different choices. I would stay there again. This location is perfect; you can walk out the door and find the basilica right there, along with everything else you might need. If you dislike hearing church bells, this could be a drawback, but I personally found it enjoyable. We had the two-room suite, and it was clean and updated. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in great location and staff is great. Unfortunately the amenities and facilities could be upgraded! We stayed twice, and in two different rooms ( regular and deluxe) the shower doors were broken and could not be closed completely. The drains are so clogged, that we had to turn off the water every few minutes to prevent overflowing.
And the bathroom are not well appointed. There is no flat surface to put anything down! Toiletries, makeup, medicines, you name it - nowhere to place but the floor.
Finally, what the hotel calls coffeemaker is simply a kettle and instant coffee packs.

The Sign is on the Door for a Reason

This was a great hotel with a wonderful price for its outstanding location! The only complaint that I have is that the cleaning lady came into my room when I had the “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door. I had a feeling to go back to my hotel to take a break from touring when I walked up & saw her in my room looking at my items & touching my travel bags. She told me she found the sign in the room (which falls & glides on the floor as it happened to me earlier) instead of on the door & I politely asked her to leave as I didn’t need any cleaning service or anything more in my room.

I was there during Christmas Market season so everything was walkable from this hotel. The Christmas market was a lot smaller than what I thought it was going to be, but so special because of the location & history of Budapest.

The airport shuttle is convenient connecting from the city center to BUD airport. The cost is reasonable too. The surrounding area has many restaurants and also in the waling distace to the turoist spots. A great place to stay.

The only thing i can say is that event though it was off season and the hotel was clearly not fully booked, they didnt let me extend checkout time even for an hour. My wife and I went to Budapest for the Christmas Markets and the Hotel is located directly in the market which makes it an awesome place to plan your excursions from. The staff was awesome. The airline lost our luggage and the desk clerk was kind enough to call the airport and speak to them in Hungarian and insure that our bags would be brought back to the hotel and they were.
Overall an awesome experience and we will absolutely be staying here again.

We entered the room and there was dirt and a cigarette butt next to the bed
When we left we asked them to clean the room and explained the location of the dirt
We returned in the evening and it still hadn't been cleaned. The receptionist cleaned the room from a cigarette that was left and didn't clean it before we entered the room
I asked to speak to the manager and for 3 days he didn't find time to come and talk and apologize

The hotel location is fantastic, right in the center of the “Pest” side of town. The only complaint I have is that the hotel A/C was turned off, which meant you had to open the window… and it was still a little warm for sleeping. Don’t know why they wouldn’t turn it back on..?

the room carpets were dirty. room was so small, the shower door came out of railing every time we tried to close it for showering. we arrived past 3PM and the room was not ready for us and we had to wait after a long journey.
we asked for another room up in higher level because of the noise but none was available. this room was not worth for the price I paid.

We liked the location of this boutique hotel. It’s awesome location makes it very easy to fine dining options and to visit most of the attractions as they are in walking distance. The hotel and room was very clean, room modernly decorated with comfy beds.
Now what we disliked: the AC did not work properly, it looked like it was set to minimum 24.5C and there was extreme humidity in the room and the entire building. It was 34C outside so it was quite unpleasant. Our clothes became humid and the sheets felt humid as well. The room was shockingly small, you can barely walk in front of the bed. The shower drain was clogged and the shower will fill up with water. Another negative, the blackout curtains are too small for the large windows and the sun creeps in so you cannot sleep in.

The location is amazing and very walkable. The hotel is safe and well light. The only major downside was the box ac unit didn’t get cold during the very hot summer vacation. The coldest the room got was 24.5*C. If you are not going during summer, you will enjoy your stay there with the friendly staff and super convenient location.

The rooms were incredibly hot. The air conditioner was set at a certain temperature and could not be lowered and was very uncomfortable.
It was difficult taking a shower. The shower was very small, no shelf to hold the shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles. They had to be placed on the floor which made it impossible for my husband as he was unable to pick them up due to the small size of the shower and had to keep them in the sink, which meant opening and closing the shower door frequently. Also, even when the shower doors were shut tight, the water leaked out all over the floor of the bathroom. The only good part about the hotel was the breakfast buffet, which was decent.

Excellent location. Next to walking tour meeting point. Easy to get to airport.
2 options to airport ,
option 1 - take 100E bus 2500 this is not included in 24 hrs travel ticket
Option 2 - take M2 to a train station to pick up 200E bus this is included in day travel ticket that cost 2500 huf that allowed u use for transport for 24 hrs.

About 3-5 mins walk to train station very handy a straight walk. Next to fashion street

The staff was amazing, always helpful and respectful. The hotel is perfectly located, quiet and clean. The A/C I believe needs to have maintenance take a look because it was not cooling very well. The carpet needs to be shampooed because it had some stains. The shower door was broken and the shower needs a dish to place the bar of soap. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you are looking to be centrally located in Budapest and get a good night sleep.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family and here's my detailed review:
Accommodation: We booked a 2 bedroom 2 bath Suite, which was spacious and perfect for our needs. The rooms were clean and well-maintained throughout our stay.
Breakfast: The breakfast provided was good, with a decent variety that satisfied both adults and kids.
Housekeeping: The daily room cleaning service was efficient and thorough.
Safety: We felt secure throughout our stay. The hotel maintained good safety protocols, which was reassuring, especially with kids.
