Beautiful Location and Fantastic Spa Room

We were lucky to be upgraded to the new spa rooms which are excellent. spacious and well equipped.

Location is beautiful with stunning views high up over lake Garda and if you want to get away from it all, its ideal.

Dining options were good but some staff were new, food was good but more every day options would be good for residents

Could benefit from a social area, bar or similar

Be prepared for a 20 minute mountain road drive to access the hotel and visit Gargnano

Awesome .. best luxury villa at lake garda

Awesome .. great people .. great restaurant .. beautiful venue .. isolated up in the hill which made it quiet and perfect

The only thing that made it a 4* not a 5* was

- better soundproofing between rooms .. maybe room allocation because I am not sure there were many people on the floor

- and the flavor profile of the restaurant food was subdued .. which I am sure is intentional but I prefer more flavor (the red fish soup was an exception

But next time we are in lake garda I cannot imagine staying anywhere else

My wife and I came here on our honeymoon.

Everything was absolutely perfect.

The food is spectacular. Wines are delicious. Staff all excellent and extremely helpful. Every member of staff we interacted with from the receptionist, the cleaning staff, waiting staff and owner were all great. I can see there are exceptionally high standards being set here with a real eye for every little detail.

It is very rare to find such an amazing experience from start to finish. I would recommend to anyone. It’s all totally perfect.

The view from the Villa is incredible, but that view 'costs' a lot of time on the road for travelers who want to visit the nearby towns. The rooms are OK, nothing spectacular. Breakfast was excellent.

Gem in Lake Garda

The hotel was one of the most beautiful hotels I ever stayed. Enjoying the view of Lake Garda, from room or at the terrace while having tea / breakfast. Rooms are good size, not big, but very comfortable.

The staff are very attentive and friendly. To deive to the hotel, listen to the direction given by the hotel and not your GPS, otherwise you will be taken on a discovery tour.

Great boutique hotel in stunning location

After a beautiful mountain drive and warm welcome, we spent five nights in a junior suite room in the annexe building. The room was clean, stylishly furnished and well equipped with great attention to detail. The grounds had stunning views over Lake Garda and a beautiful pool with plenty of sun loungers and clean towels readily available. A great way to spend a truly relaxing afternoon. The quality and choice of food and wine was excellent to the point that we decided to eat in the restuarant every night and were never disappointed. For the owners and the staff nothing was too much trouble. A truly wonderful hotel that we will definitely return to.

Stunning setting for a relaxed stay

Excellent location with incredible views of Lake Garda from everywhere. We had a very relaxing stay. Friendly service and we had two excellent dinners, the food is of a superior quality than most restaurants you'll find around lake Garda. The room was fine, nothing special. It's the setting and remoteness that's the big draw. We dined a couple of nights in Gargnano, which is lovely. As long as you don't mind the twisting drive up the mountain (takes about 15minutes), I'd recommend it.

An gorgeous Villa with an incredible view.

A beautifully restored-converted villa on the hills above Lake Garda, with an incredible view over the lake. Excellent personnel and great service. The rooms are uniquely-furnished, large and very comfortable. Both food and service in the restaurant were superb. Strongly recommended.

Es ist einfach schön diesen perfekten Service in diesem wunderschönen Hotel erleben zu dürfen, zur Begrüßung gab es Prosecco und eine Kleinigkeit zum Essen auf der Terrasse mit dem wunderbaren Ausblick über den See. Das Hotel lebt von dem historischen Ambiente , an jede Kleinigkeit wird gedacht , das Porzellan ist von edelster Güte , die mehrsprachigen Mitarbeiter freundlich , hilfsbereit und fachkundig . Genießen sie unbedingt eine Massage unter freiem Himmel in den parkähnlichen Anlagen , die Küche im Restaurant ist exorbitant und die Weinauswahl begeistert sogar verwöhnte Kenner .

Mielettömän hieno paikka. Näköalat ja piha-alue ovat uskomattoman hienot. Huone oli siisti ja kylpyhuone iso. Sänky olisi voinut olla hieman mukavampi. Illallinen ja aamiainen ihan ok tasoa. Palvelu oli ystävällistä ja nopeaa kaikilta osin.

Aufmerksames Personal, einfach zu erreichend Wanderwege, sehr spannende Anfahrt ( 3 Minuten Regelung der Zufahrtsstraße wirkt exklusiv) und ausgezeichnete Küche und Weinkarte. Überall altes, sehr schönes Parkett; der Speisesaal mit herrlichem Panorama!

Slidt, med en fantastisk udsigt.

Fantastisk udsigt og generelt et dejligt sted.
Lad være med at følge gps derop. Den leder dig af de mindste veje, der findes en hovedvej der går direkte op.
Hele stedet er hotellet er i gammel italiensk romantisk stil men dog ret slidt. Fliserne omkring poolen lå ikke fast og flere var ved at falde i dem.
Personalet presser ret meget på for at man tilvælger at spise aftensmad på hotellet, men vi valgte ikke at gøre det.
Generelt var klientellet på hotellet af de lidt ældre og vi var nok stadig 15-20 år for unge til at synes at det er det mest fantastiske sted.
Tror ikke vi kommer tilbage.

stilvolles Landhaus- Hotel, hoch über dem Gardasee

Es war ein sehr aufmerksames Gastgeberpaar, wenn auch anfangs etwas mürrisch. Gab es am Ende überhaupt nicht auszusetzen. Vor allem das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse fantastisch und in einem wunderbaren Wintergarten mit Pelletheizung über dem Gardasee mit atemberaubendem Ausblick.

Hotel mit altmodischem Flair oberhalb des Sees

Nettes Hotel oberhalb des Sees (ca. 6 km von Gargagno entfernt) mit eigenem Charme. Es gibt ein Hauptgebäude (große Villa) und ein Nebengebäude. Bei Nebengebäude denkt man schnell an \"Abstellgleis\", aber hier war es nicht so. Wir haben uns im Nebengebäude durchaus wohl gefühlt.
Leider wohnen im Nebengebäude im Dachboden wohl auch irgendwelche Tiere. Eines Nachts sind wir wach geworden, weil über uns auf dem Dachboden ordentlich was los war. Das war für uns als Stadtmenschen etwas unheimlich. War aber zum Glück nur in der einen Nacht so.
Der Ausblick auf den See ist insgesamt fantastisch, besonders wenn man am Pool liegt. Das Wasser im Pool fand ich persönlich ein bisschen zu kalt für Ende August.
Erwähnenswert ist noch das wirklich gute Frühstück. Ein reichhaltiges Buffet, zusätzlich konnte man sich noch Eierspeisen jeder Art bestellen. Wirklich gut. Auch im Frühstücksraum toller Seeblick.
Das Abendessen dagegen konnte uns nicht überzeugen - mehr Schein als Sein.
Insgesamt ein gutes Hotel, um dem Trubel unten am See zu entfliehen.
