The view from our balcony was stunning and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Superb breakfast, a variety to choose from but sadly no restaurant for dinner. The swimming area was nice but the water was very cold but not so the lake the water was lovely and warm.

Hotel caribe 👎

Hotel not very good its should be advertised as a 3-star so people don't have high expectations. Nest of flies, spiders and cob webs on the ceiling when we arrived. Power cuts on 3 out of the 5 days we stayed there with one power cut lasting most of the day.
Staff refused to give extra towels and the worst buffet breakfast options in any hotel i’ve ever stayed in. Also limited sun loungers

Photos online look different than what the property looks like in person. We also arrived to breakfast 15 minutes before the closing time and got yelled at by a one of the staff member so make sure you go at least 30 minutes before the stated closing time 😂 Front desk staff was kind. Enjoyed the complimentary bikes to ride on the trail. Great access to do things!

Right on Lake Garda roadside with beautiful views from rooms and breakfast area. Private parking. Underground walkway to get to waterside, avoiding the busy road. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff. We had some issues with AC but staff were quick to address. Some good restaurants within walking distance. Plenty of places to relax lakeside and swim or rent boats. Good budget option for travelers.

Property built in 1960-70, not much beach or swimming options. Pool small, ok location to explore towns around. Pictures are deceiving, breakfast is decent some variety. We only slept and travelled around so was Ok, Riva del Garda much nicer place to stay, better walkable streets, good food variety.
Hotel has parking under ground, but you are backing up against busy road. I don't recommend, worth it to spend few more euros and 1hr and drive north or south and enjoy the town, not seat beside the road.

We had a fantastic one night stay at this lovely hotel, in a family room. The room is actually larger than we were expecting, clean and comfortable with bunk beds for the kids and a double bed.
The communal areas were clean and my boys loved the pool table and the outdoor pool. Theres also a bar that serves snacks, drinks and sandwiches. They have plenty of seating and board games.
Breakfast was varied, fresh and plentyful and a bonus they had oat milk which i struggle to find in most hotels.
Lovely and corteous staff. We will happily come again :)

Good family vacation option

Very friendly staff - reception, bar tender, housekeeping and wait staff. Good breakfast buffet. We didn’t go into the pool but the dock at the lake was great. There are perhaps 11 loungers on the dock and maybe 20 around the pool. Some people will inevitably just put their stuff on a few chairs and not use them most of the day…you know who you are. The kitchen closes between 9 and 10 so if you arrive or return late you’ll have a bit of difficulty finding something to eat. The rooms are decently sized and the bedding is good. We didn’t have a mini-fridge in our rooms, which would have been helpful. I don’t know if others do. Parking is available for maybe 5 or 10€ a day, including a some spaces in the underground garage which was great in the heat. The views from the hotel are great. I’d stay here again.

Nice view and good free games

Hotel had a nice view on Garda lake, and the big plus is free games, such as pool and table hockey, and for example paddleboards for swimming in the lake.
Hotel has also nice pier on the lake with sunbeds, so you dont have to go anywhere.
It’s a bit olddated, but the price is good enough to cover it. Besides, it is clean, with casual breakfast and a friendly staff.

It's all about the view!!

Beautiful hotel with amazing view of the lake. Has it's own pier with ladder into the water for swimming. Hotel also provided free bike hire which we took advantage of and cycled to the next village in 15 minutes. Also provided free watersport equipment which unfortunately we didn't have time to enjoy as we unfirtunately stayed for only one night. Swim pool was very pleasant and there was an underground tunnel across to the lake under the road. Only downside is its isolated from towns, bars and restaurants, however there was a lovely bar on the lake which was 2 minutes away. (taki bar). There is a regular bus service outside the hotel.
Overall great hotel with great views and great service. Would definitely return here again

Saubere und angenehme Unterkunft. Haben einen guten Preis erhalten und sind sehr zufrieden. Hatten das Vierbettzimmer, war etwas klein für 4 Personen aber zweckmäßig in Ordnung! Die Einrichtung ist schon deutlich benutzt und die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung ließen zu wünschen übrig.
Die Dusche war dreckig, der Duschkopf verkalkt und wir hatten kleine schwarze Käfer im Zimmer.
Der Föhn wird absolut nicht warm, man braucht ewig um die Haare einigermaßen zu trocknen. Am besten einen eigenen mitbringen.
Die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut. Außerdem hört man die Geräusche der Nachbarzimmer, da die Wände sehr dünn sind.
Der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr klein, es waren nur halb so viele liegen wie auf den Bildern gezeigt und die Leiter kam einem fast entgegen beim rausgehen.

We had booked this hotel for two nights. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were quite disappointed. The appearance of the hotel did not match the images on the website—the overall look was outdated, and the pool was smaller and in poorer condition than expected.

When we entered our room, we were immediately met with a strong smell of cleaning products. After turning on the air conditioning, the room quickly filled with a strong, mold-like odor. Due to health concerns, it was clear we could not stay in the room. The receptionist came to inspect and confirmed the issue. However, the hotel was unable to offer us another room or accommodation elsewhere.

This left us without a place to stay—an especially stressful situation as we were traveling with children. It took multiple phone calls and messages to resolve the matter and receive a refund. Initially, we were offered only a 40% refund, but after several follow-ups, we eventually received full compensation.

Despite the staff acknowledging the problem, the experience left us with a very negative impression. We will not be returning and, unfortunately, cannot recommend this hotel.

Trevligt hotell utmed strandremsan av gardasjön. Mycket god hotellfrukost med stort utbud. Rummen var i okej standard, sköna sängar. Personalen var tillmötesgående och lät oss koppla in vår portabla kylväska i väntan på incheckning. Finns ett mindre antal restauranger i närheten.

Die Unterkunft ist schon was älter, aber völlig in Ordnung und sauber. Der Pool ist ziemlich klein und nicht besonders schön. Die Parkplatz-Situation war ziemlich überfüllt, aber das Personal war bemüht uns noch unterzubringen. Kostet allerdings auch 10 Euro pro Nacht. Was uns total positiv überrascht hat, war das total umfangreiche Frühstücksbuffet mit super frischen und leckeren Zutaten. Außerdem kann man an schönen Tischen im Außenbereich sitzen und direkt auf den See schauen.

Venligt personale, flot udsigt, god morgenmad med høj service. Der var rent, men ret slidt, især på gangene, værelserne og ved poolen. Der manglede kopper til kaffen på værelset og sæbe i dispenseren på badeværelset. Der var lidt langt hvis man skulle gå ud og finde et sted at spise om aftenen og ret meget støj fra vejen der lå lige foran. Dog overordnet en god oplevelse til prisen.

Zimmer sind ordentlich, sauber und modern.
Das Frühstück war gut. Es gab alles was das Herz begehrt. Parkplätze sind auch vorhanden.

Leider hat 2 Tage unsere Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert, dementsprechend war es mehr als warm nachts. Die Sonne scheint den ganzen Tag aufs Zimmer.
Es gibt zu wenige Möglichkeiten um seine nassen Sachen aufzuhängen.

Für eine Übernachtung oder einen Zwischenstopp war die Unterkunft in Ordnung. Die Einrichtung ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, und das Bett war leider nicht besonders bequem. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Die Lage ist zwar sehr ruhig, allerdings gibt es in der direkten Umgebung kaum Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Restaurants. Einmal und dann nicht wieder. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und überall riecht es muffelig. Die Teppiche im Flur strotzen vor Flecken, im Zimmer riecht es muffelig, das Bad ist sehr eng und abgeranzt.
Nach einer Nacht geht es zum Glück weiter. Hier ist das Management gefragt, das Hotel aus den 80ern ins Heute zu renovieren und auf Stand zu bringen.

Das Hotel können wir nicht weiterempfehlen.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Straße und es ist sehr laut.
Frühstück ist ok, da gibt es nichts zu meckern.
Der Blick auf den See und der große Balkon haben uns sehr gut gefallen.

Nel complesso bene solo che i muri troppo sottili e si sentiva tutto ciò che accadeva. Le persone maleducate e nessuno rispetto per chi voleva rilassarsi come nel nostro caso. Das Frühstück und das Personal waren super.
Der kleine Pool ist für eine Abkühlung ausreichend. Der See direkt vor der Türe ist schön anzusehen und von Vorteil.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es fußläufig keine.
Parkplätze sind vorhanden. In den späten Abend Stunden aber nur erschwert.
Klimaanlage auf dem Zimmer.
Getränke und Snacks sind an der Bar bestellbar und schmecken zudem.
Die Preise sind passend.
Fahrräder stehen für 1 Stunde kostenlos zur Verfügung.
Stand Up Paddel sind für eine Gebühr ausleihbar.
Aufzug vorhanden.
