My stay was just an overnight stop - but I can recommend this hotel for having comfortable beds, good showers, nice toiletries & welcoming staff.

One important thing to note, especially if you are traveling with kids, is that car parking is in the residential streets around the hotel.

This is free of charge after 21:00h and before 09:00h the next day - but I arrived just before 22:00h and had to park about 0.6 mile away.

The weather was fine... but, on a rainy/cold night, this wouldn't be much fun. (You can drop people & bags off before you go to find a parking space).

Despite this one issue, it's a nice town and a decent hotel.

Well located, just 10 min steaight wall onto cemtre of town. Very good reception lady. Sloghtly odd to get to tour room by walking down street . Room roomy. Bathroom modern. Wifi good. Good noghts sleep. Breakfast good.

Awesome stay

Nice room with a door to a roof top balcony. Two twin beds to make a king. Parking in front of the hotel but you have to pay. Didn’t mind since it was so convenient. Walking distance to everything anyway. Room cleaned everyday. Had an awesome trip.

at the end of my stay , I was asked by the reception for extra money , wich I've already paid what I owed trought my travel agency. also in more than 1 time , cleaners we're entering in my room when I was sleeping or in my underwear, telling me that they was told by the reception that I'm leaving , even if I had the \"don't disturb\" sign on the door.
With other words, I don't recomand, I will choose carefully next time

The lobby/bar area is lovely, and appropriate for kids to join as well.

We were staying as part of a group, and the room standards were very different for the same price. We had a much older, more cramped room while our friends one floor directly below us had a large, newly renovated room. Ask for a newly renovated room if you choose to stay here.

Great value room in beautiful Bergen OZ

Myself and my wife stayed here on a Sunday evening in August 2019. Arrived before check in time, so they stored our cases and took them to our room later. Staff were very friendly throughout. Great sized room, comfortable bed and access to a central terrace. Great value for money and perfect after a day exploring Bergen Op Zoom.

Drop in to the pretty town with historic centre.

Very close to town square which is lovely. Plenty of places to choose for dinner in the evening. The room was spacious and had an outside seating area with if you wanted to enjoy some relaxation. Staff spoke English and were very pleasant.

The Tulip Inn. Friendly and quiet.

The Tulip is a no nonsense hotel close to the center of Bergen op Zoom. Its a short walk to the train station. The hotel is clean and comfortable. the ground floor rooms open out into a small communal courtyard garden area and when it is sunny this is quite nice to sit out and read in.

A few discrepancies but would stay again

Hotel appears to be divided into a number of 3 story town houses. Whilst this didn't cause any problems with my stay I was located on the third floor of the building where I stayed and for an older or less able person the very steep, narrow stairs to the top floor (no elevator) would prove to be very difficult. No shower curtain. Free Wifi good. Good choice of tv channels and just a short walk to the town centre which has a large range of restaurants, pubs, etc.

Excellent Hotel close to town centre

We have stayed at this hotel whilst visiting my brother in Bergen Op Zoom on 4 occasions and never have a problem. We stay in (our room) No 101 and its like home from home. The reception staff are always helpful and really polite and go out of their way for you with any request.

Nice hotel, excellent Air condition

Great hotel, air condition was excellent! We had stairs in second floor, and it was steep stairs and no elevator, but that was no problem for us. Clean and nice. Hotel personnel was very service minded. :-)

Basic no frill hotel. No restaurant but the front desk would order takeaway for you which get delivered in the room. A dummy phone in the room with no connection. Towel smells and you can feel the spring of the mattress.

Het bubbelbad werkte niet en de douche gaf alleen zeer heet water. Kamer was zeer ruim met balkon.

Personeel is prima, maar hotel is erg gedateerd en eigenlijk is de prijs/kwaliteit te hoog. Er is totaal niets te eten of te snacken s'avonds. Groot minpunt is ook dat de boven verdieping alleen met een smalle trap is te bereiken.

Schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr ansprechend und vielfältig. Wir hatten ein Deluxe-Doppelzimmer mit ausreichend Platz und einem sehr schönem Bad. Vom Hotel ist man sehr schnell am Marktplatz. Es gibt sehr gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

Von der schönen Kneipe bekommt man in den Zimmern nichts mit.

Kamers waren in de oude staat, heel stoffig en rookte muf. Lakens 2 keer aan toe vies aangetroffen waardoor we 2 keer moesten verhuizen. 3 kamer was qua lakens goed. Maar rookte muf en in de badkamer rook je gewoon de schimmel achter een plafondsysteem
