Love this place! A little off of the beaten track, but worth it. Lots of great restaurants nearby and close enough to everything you need. A bit of a hike to the railway station, so make sure you have comfy shoes and good wheels on your suitcase.

Our stay had several issues. The hotel restaurant was closed (this was not disclosed at booking); the heating in our room wasn't working so we had to be moved to a smaller room, and an emergency light randomly came on and wouldn't go off. I had to remove the bulb so that we could sleep. On the better side, Cecelia worked hard to resolve our issues and was very helpful. I do appreciate her efforts to make things right.

6 night stay in this beautiful hotel In Oulx on our ski trip. Nice and quiet location with some lovely restaurants nearby. We were bed and breakfast but did eat in the restaurant one evening which was very nice. Breakfast was plentiful with loads of choice. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Little struggle for vegetarians
Overall had good experience. we are vegetarians and went half board. We had bit of a struggle with our dinners. Chef wasn't very keen on entertaining vegetarians it seemed. Thankfully Christina (host/hotel manager) went out of the way to try make sure we were looked after. She even offered to refund money we paid for dinners however we decided to stick with the hotel restaurant. Spacial thanks to her for saving our trip. We will consider this place again if we happen to be there again. Don't forget to make use of bus facility provided by the hotel.

Très joli hôtel bien entretenu, les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres, l'accueil est chaleureux. L'accès à pied est un peu dangereux (pas de trottoir) jusqu'à l'hôtel, mais le parking n'est qu'à quelques mètres en haut de la rue... Le petit déjeuner est bon mais manque de produits faits maison, par contre le café est excellent et la possibilité de prendre son petit déjeuner en terrasse est un vrai plus.

buona e cortese accoglienza, frigo in camera 202 non funzionante, letto matrimoniale adatto per singoli, perchè con un solo comodino e una sola luce per lettura, l'altro lato bloccato a metà da armadio mal posto, illuminazione camera scarsa quindi impossibile leggere lato sena comodino, alzarsi per andare in bagno la notte si sbatte contro, devono cambiare lampadine, illuminazione bagno scadente mal posta nel radersi ci si fa ombra allo specchio. Colazione ai minimi sindacali cameriere assente con occhi e testa.

L'albergo si presenta di uno charme particolare: eleganza sobria con attenzione ai particolari, in un'atmosfera di tutto confort. La camera era di adeguate dimensioni, i letti veramente confortevoli ed il bagzzono perfetto. La pulizia regna ovunque. Abbiamo usufruito della formula notte e prima colazione: prezzo più che favorevole x l'alto standard oferto. Che dire del personale conosciuto? Giovane, professionale, simpatico, accogliente, premuroso: Rebecca e Roberta sono persone che dovete conoscere! Il buon risveglio è assicurato da una super colazione. Ci torneremo!!!

Une nuit d'étape dans un charmant petit village. L'hôtel était très calme car la saison de ski est terminée !
Le personnel est très agréable. Nous avions réservé la chambre avec la formule 1/2 pension. La salle de restauration est petite mais très agréable. Le repas comprenait 2 plats et un dessert.
La chambre se situait au 2eme étage et on entend un peu le bruit des voitures car la rue est pavée !
La literie est très confortable. Pour le petit déjeuner, pas de buffet mais une table déjà bien garnie ! De plus il ne faut pas hésiter à demander du jus de fruits, des oeufs ou autres...
Nous recommandons la formule car nous n'avons pas été déçu.
