We arrived @0430, staff were generous with helping us w bags and walked us to our room--tired. We stayed in Honeymoon suite, Jacuzzi/Shower great, spacious, AirCon worked well, comfy bed. Breakfast was a blend of local fare and European, sweets were made by staff.

Great place to stay if visiting the Cappadocia area. Great location, close to Goreme centre, very close to where hot air balloons and caves / tours are. We also went horse riding. There are many other activities nearby too which Goreme Inn and their great staff can help to arrange.
Lovely place and really helpful lovely people. Ali in particular was very helpful and responsive to answer any queries, arrange airport transfer, early check-in. He helped us arrange all our activities. All activities were excellent and with professional people.
Rooms were great. We booked 2 honeymoon suites and they were spacious and had lovely features.
Breakfast was great with a range of options and the 2 ladies were very friendly and helpful.
Ali also gave us a lovely NY gift - small box of yummy chocolates.
Overall it summarised the level of care and personal touch. It felt more like staying with friends than anything.
I would highly recommend and hope to come back if possible in future.
Thanks Ali and to the entire Goreme Inn team.

Pretty dated property but clean. With the exception of Ali at the front desk, staff were non engaging. Thu would not even offer to take our bags to the room or bring them back. Pictures over promise and under deliver.
Breakfast is included but there’s hardly anything. Omelette is extra.

Location is good. We booked King bed but agreed to take Double bed as it was available earlier around 12.30pm. They checked us in earlier than check in time.

Room was fine except the comforter is too small for double bed, not big enough to cover for 2 persons. There is a blanket cover in the closet, but its heavy and firm unlike the comforter. So we asked for a bigger/extra comforter but given Another blanket which we didn’t want. Only one side lamp was given so we had to ask for another side lamp.

Wifi was very weak, many times it comes and goes. But the most disappointing part is breakfast. They literally served only scrambled egg as hot dish 1st day we were there, and local flatbread for 2nd day, the rest are cold food and very limited. It’s one of the worst breakfast for us to be honest. Looked at all beautiful pics of delicious breakfast with beautiful views in Cappadocia we expected that but this breakfast wasn’t even close.

Staffs were nice and friendly. They helped to book Balloon tour for next day.

I wouldnt recommend this hotel! The AC wasn’t working and when we called the front desk they said it would work in 10 mins, but it never did.
While having breakfast, I found a worm on my cucumber and the olives had fungus on them!!!!!

Fantastic!

Gorgeous hotel with great view of the rock formations. Perfect for sitting on the terrace with a glass of local wine or a cold beer. Rustic look with modern conveniences. Breakfast was fresh, filling, and a great start to the day. Our spacious room had a heated stone floor (which was a nice surprise). Staff are friendly and ready to help. Central to everything but far enough away to be peaceful.

I was blown away by the hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are some of the friendliness I have encountered. I accidentally left some cash in a room without realizing and they contacted me, and wired it to me! Unbelievable. I would stay here again again.

Its a lovely cave hotel. Cheerful helpful and smiling receptionist Mr Ali was very helpful in arranging our pickup and drop to airport. Room were very comfortable and breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and smiling and helpful staff helping in toasting the bread and serving juice and coffee!! Location is excellent. City centre is at 5 min walk

Extremely spacious room which was well appointed and perfectly situated. The manager, Ali, really saved our vacation. Our balloon tour was cancelled for the day we booked but Ali arranged to find us another spot for the following day at a respectable price, when most travel agencies either had no availability or were charging a ridiculous mark up.

We arrived at 10 am any they gave us a room as soon as we arrived. The breakfast is excellent. They arranged us a hot air balloon reservation, even though it was fully booked. Unfortunately, it was windy that day and the balloons we're cancelled. They arranged us a good plan for our trip in the city for the 2 days we stayed.
The location is excellent in Goreme even though the view is not so good. No iron is available or delevered to the room, it you want to use the iron, you have to go to the laundry room in particular hours. There is good free parking for the hotel. Even though the room cleaning is excellent, the air conditioning is not so good.

Beautiful stay in Göreme

It was a truly amazing experience. Only issue was that the airport pick up didn't work out as planned which was a bit upsetting as we arrived late at night. I don't blame the hotel staff as they were very helpful. Seems like the hired pick up shuttle messed it up. Other than that the hotel service before and during the stay was extraordinary.

Amazing hotel. Very beautiful and staff very helpful. Very beautiful rooms. Outstanding beauty. The only improvements that I can could suggest is adding a lift as it is very difficult to carry luggage to/from 1sr floor. Secondly, TV could be bigger and show some English language channels. We did not watch TV during our staff as it was a hard work trying to find an English channel.

But, even then our experience was so great that I think that the hotel and its staff deserves 5 star.

Nice boutique Hotel in the center of Goreme

Hotel is new. Decoration and facilities are satisfactory. Room is comfortable. Staff is well responsive. I recommend the hotel to everyone.
The only disadvantage was the hellium ignition noise of the balloons at 5 am in the morning. There are a lot of ballon activity companies in the surrounding. So, i am not sure whether this noise is also heard in other hotels.

First of all, I have to mention MR. Emrah nothing we did in Cappadocia would have been possible without him. He gets in touch with you over Whatsapp before your stay, can arrange all the transfers and tours, including the weather forecast if you’re here for the hot-air balloon rides, and is not just an excellent source of information but great company as well - and he’ll make sure you don’t leave without breakfast :)
Goreme is a small beautiful town with many activities such as the hot air balloon, ATVs and different valleys to walk. Security in Goreme and all Turkey is fantastic, so dont hesitate to visit them! Göreme inn hotel is a great place to stay - near to the Hot Air Balloon company and departure place
...this place is very unique and well managed ,, the stuff who runs the place are very sincere and helpful .. i will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family ..rooms very beautiful... wonderful place ,,,

Delighted with the service & eye for detail

This place is worth more than what it charges. To start off once I confirmed the booking, I got communication from Hotel staff Emrah with options like Private Taxi or Shuttle service to reach hotel and also things to do in Cappadocia including cost of Ballon ride and different class and services by each. This helped me plan my stay better. Moreover i was upgraded from standard to Superior room by him at no extra cost. Room was extremely clean and fresh with all facilities thoughfully placed. Generally I dont see this even in big 5 star hotels is that there is so much eye for detail including placement for things in the room and bathroom. Air Con is behind a picture and very high tech.

There was another man sitting at reception in the nigjt who was equally helpful in currency exchange in the night and gave multiple options. Also he recommended a restaurant for dinner when I asked and told me to inform the Sedef Restaurant that you are coming from Goreme Inn. When i informed them, I got top level service by them along with complementary Desert, side dish and Turkish tea. Bill was also very reasonable.

Superb Breakfast with lot of options including Veg food. Would like to point out the eagerness & willingness of restaurant staff expecially Bahar who ensured top level service with a smile. KUDOS to the team and will definately like to stay again in Goreme INN

A quiet heaven during an active vacation.

We stayed as two families in the hotel in August. The staff are the greatest asset to this hotel. Everyone from the front office to the restaurant are very sweet. They always take the extra step to make sure that the guests are having a good time. We stayed in family rooms which were spacious. Everything was working in our rooms. They were very clean. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious with home made jams, local dried fruit and Turkish pastry. The hotel has a good view point, especially from the top veranda. We enjoyed our local wine there at night. The hotel offers a very good value.

Location is quiet and has nice views of the balloons in the morning. Other hotels are closer to sunset point and restaurants but you are going to walk around town anyway so it does not matter. Great breakfast included. No dinner served at the hotel but that is not unique to this hotel in Goreme. Rooms are large and comfy. Nice big window in room 203 that opens in two ways (sideways and top). Very warm feeling (not heat, the other warm, like the people here) room.

The people in Turkey as super warm and at this hotel they are extra warm. Its a nice place to be.

We loved the hotel. Very clean and close to the city centre. Aside from hotel Cappaddocia was lovely but would suggest a 48 hour stay. Balloon ride is magical, and the chimneys are truly unlike anything else. Depending on what you're looking for - Cappaddocia is very slow paced and quiet. My husband and I were there for 3 days and we found that a bit too long. But to each their own - enjoy discovering this gem!

Wonderful hotel with lovely staff

From the moment we arrived at Goreme Inn we felt at home. The staff were incredibly welcoming and kind and our room was absolutely gorgeous. From organising our trips to arranging transfers, the hotel owner was extremely attentive, even offering to give us a wake-up call for our ballooning trip. The room contained everything we could have wanted - the toiletries were good quality and the shower was brilliant. My favourite part of our stay was the breakfasts - a huge selection of high-quality fruit, cereals, breads, hot options and pancakes cooked to order. 10 out of 10.

Imy overall stay was great, it's a lovely hotel with very cooperative staff. Nice rooms.only one problem I had was when I booked hotel through Expedia it wasn't mentioned children under 5yrs age and when I reached there Mr.Onur told. Me that they can't accept children however I had to pay them extra 24€ per night, except that the overall stay wawas good and Mr Onur was very helpful for booking my tours and all activities.

Fantastic Hotel in Cappadocia

I stayed at this hotel for three nights while visiting Cappadocia. The hotel was recommended by a friend and certainly did not disappoint. The rooms are spacious and clean, and everything in Goreme is within walking or short driving distance.

The hotel staff was very helpful in setting up airport transfers and hot air balloon rides with top local companies. The internet was not great, but good enough for our purposes. Will definitely be back here when returning to Cappadocia!

Goreme great Inn!

This is a brand new B&B with an eager to please, worthy, efficient staff, great location and fantastic decor Whoever has designed and executed the interiors of this B&B deserves commendation. These are not cave rooms but are structured as such with the entire hotel made of stone.

Our three night stay was made memorable by their fine breakfast (every weekend an old lady from Goreme town comes across to make Turkish panckaes!), larger than life room with great decor and all amenities for a traveller and a staff willing to help in anyway to make your visit to Cappadocia as pleasurable as possible. Whether it be apt restaurant recommendations from Onur, the front desk manager;\"A meal has to be good so don't pay for decorations, pay for good food. So go to the smaller local restaurants and be happy!\" or confirming reservations for the Balloon ride on our last day in Goreme after three days of rain and cancellatioons. Help and good advice was always around. Excellent sales and marketing strategy and it worked!

What was also appreciated was honesty, clarity and speed of response in communications.

My son and I stayed at the Goreme Inn Hotel for two perfect nights. The room was beautiful. I wanted to buy the pictures they had posted on the wall. They were so interesting. The staff... I cannot say enough good things about them. Muhammed who looks like he is 18 but told me is 21 is charming, adorable. I was up earlier than the kitchen and he made me the worse cup of coffee but was so cute about getting me a cup of coffee. Sam our guide was intelligent, articulate, professional and charming. I felt like we had known him forever. Lastly, and unfortunately, I don't remember his name, the young man who answers all the emails. He was the one who greeted us when we first arrived with such a warm smile and great enthusiasm. I loved everything about this Inn.

Great stay at Goreme Inn

The Goreme Inn is a great choice for staying in Capadoccia. It's centrally located, with extremely welcoming and helpful staff. The rooms are spacious with beautiful stonework, sitting areas, built in cubbies and large bathrooms. They were renovating the outdoor area when we were there so as soon as that's done I would move the rating on the space from a 4 up to a 5.

All the reviews were correct. Super clean, spacious room, great breakfast but the very best feature is the staff, who couldn't be more helpful and gracious. We took a private tour with Samet, who showed us all the sights while steering us clear of crowds. He is extremely knowledgeabe and has a fun personality to boot. We highly recommend him as a guide. Also thanks to Emrah, the receptionist, for all his assistance. We totally loved our stay here.

Fantastic stay, very nice staff

Great experience. My mother hurt her leg and couldn't walk, and so they offered us the only mainfloor room as well. Service was fantastic. Rooms are 4 start American quality... except there was no ventilation in our bathroom. Not sure there is bathroom ventilation in any of the places in Goreme.

Fair amount of upsell for Royal Balloons, which was really pricey. You should probably do some research before coming, to pre-decide on what balloon company to use, there are 2 dozen balloon companies in Goreme. Royal has been around for 5 years and seemed to have a lot of good reviews.

Best place to stay in Kapadokya

With a hotel like this there was no need to go out site seeing! The room was very nice and comfortable. Heated flooring helped a great deal during the winter time. The hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful! Really look forward to another stay at The Göreme Inn Hotel!!

Beautiful hotel

This hotel is brand new and very nice. It is right below where the cave hotels are located. It wasn't important to my friend and I to be in a cave hotel because we figured we would see enough caves with our tours. One piece of advice if I went back is to pay in advance (if you are coming from the states because they charge you in Euro and not TL). They also did not take credit card for tours they book or for your room charges (and they convert it into Euro again).

Awesome place to stay in Capadocia

If planning to go to Capadocia this is the place to stay. Not only the hotel is great itself (clean, huge and comfortable rooms), but also the staff will sit down and discuss with you about what you should do in the region. They booked everything for us, from the balloon flight to the guided tour. I do not have any bad thing to say, I just felt welcome and valued as a guest there.

Great stay in Goreme

The hotel is only 2 years old. It has a great location for expolring of the area. rooms are comfortable and large. Breakfest was very good with fresh produce and good selection.Staff is great and helpful in planning you tour of th area. Close to restaurants and grocery or other shops (walking distance).Overall great experience and would stay there any time I go back to Cappadocia.

New, modern hotel with amenities and services

We could not believe our luck at finding this place. It is right in the center of town, yet is quiet with large, luxurious rooms. Breakfast buffet is unbelievable!! Staff always went out of their way to help us and did not seem overly concerned with selling us services or tours as has been the case in tourist hotels in other areas. Very picturesque setting in a property that looks like a mansion! Would definitely stay again.

great spot

hotel is in a great spot - couple of minutes walk to restaurants and shops - staff were very helpul and friendly - booked balloon flights and day trips on our behalf. Only problem we had was television did not work in our room and when departing at 8am to catch a flight were not able to have breakfast as didn't start until 8am. Hotel advised that have plans to put in a pool - will only enhance an already excellent hotel

Friendly and helpful staff, good value for money

Great location- in the heart of Goreme and walking distance to all places.

Rooms are very clean and our room is equipped with floor heating with good view to the hills behind. Wireless are working fine everywhere.

Staffs are extremely helpful and friendly, they provided important advices on the travel, and helped us to book the Turkish nights, hot air balloon, day tour and the coach with great precision and efficiency.

Would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Very good experience

Parte da equipe foi atenciosa mas parte da equipe que estava pela manhã na recepção, nos tratou de forma fria e desagradavel
No quarto falta iluminação.
O roof top estava sem os moveis, não criaram um ambiente confortável para apreciar os balões.
