The hotel is on a hill overlooking the town but it’s only a 5 minute walk into town. The staff were so friendly and really made every effort to make our stay great. It’s a really fun vibe. The rooms feel like they are carved out of rock and it’s really pretty at night. We told them we wanted to just tour an underground city and she recommended we just drive there in our car and find a local guide to save us money. That worked out great and I really appreciated the advice.

Great place, awesome experience and the view in the terrace. The breakfast was delicious and the service really good, very attentive the staff specially. Perfect choice for a couple of days, and they provided us with shuttle pickup and drop off to the airport. Just a note, the bathroom was a little smelly and we had to keep the door closed.

We loved our stay at the Aydinli Cave House. It is such a beautiful hotel and the breakfasts were out of this world. We looked forward to it every morning. You can also see the balloons from their rooftop, so you don't even have to go very far to see them. Our room was small, but we knew that going in. Beds are okay, but not the most comfortable. We were so tired every day from all of our activities that it didn't matter. Would still recommend staying again! It's a very walkable area and you can easily access some of the hiking trails from town.

As a group of six we had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff at this hotel is fantastic, warm, and helpful; they went way out of their way to help us and support us when I needed to switch my room or we had a delayed ride to the airport. My friends and husband enjoyed the hammam and raved about their experience. The location was perfect for viewing hot air balloons, walkable to the open air museum and fairy chimney hikes, and perfect for finding easy and delicious dining options within minutes. There was always extra bottled water available without a fee. The WiFi was strong. The breakfast was delicious and felt personal. The rooms were fun, comfortable, and unique. We always felt safe. We had an all around fantastic experience and I’d recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

WOW, loved Aydinli Cave House! In fact, I was sad to leave. The property is absolutely beautiful. Rooms are scattered on a variety of levels, spacing everyone out a bit. There are tons of outdoor seating areas including a beautiful patio with rugs and pillows. The rooms are extremely spacious and comfortable, great shower as well. And the breakfast is a beautiful spread, plus eggs made to order. The service is 10/10, always someone available to greet, help, make reservations, provide anything you need. I would highly recommend Aydinli Cave House and would 100% return if we found ourselves back in Cappadocia.

We enjoyed a 3‑night stay at Aydinli Cave Hotel. The service was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious and enjoyed a pleasant seating area right outside the door looking out over Göreme. For balloon views, the rooftop terrace was ideal - a great spot to start the day. The hotel’s location is very convenient for walking to restaurants. An excellent choice if you’re after amazing service and a clean, well‑run place with nice outdoor spaces and easy access to the sights.

We had a fabulous stay! Our room was well-appointed, huge, and really cozy. It even had a fireplace, which was perfect for the unexpected, snowy weather. In addition to the large bedroom and bathroom, there was a large sitting room. It felt more like being in an apartment. The rooftop breakfast was delicious and the staff were warm-hearted and helped us with our every need. I highly recommend this cave hotel.

4.5/5 amazing stay with very good hosts. All of our needs were taken care of and balloon ride and tours were arranged with the help of the hotel. They were very flexible and very nice and even helped us change rooms when something wasn’t working in our original room. The breakfast spread is varied and really good. The views are amazing and everything is clean.

Everything is sort of dimly lit in the rooms which makes getting ready a bit difficult but the rooms themselves are very cozy

Our stay at this facility was our first exposure to Turkish hospitality and they did not disappoint. We were taken in charge of and that was a very comforting feeling when you don't speak the language and customs are different. Everything was spotless, there are lots of stairs (that happens all over Turkey) but the views from the breakfast area is quite nice. I strongly recommend this facility.

We had also booked the shuttle with the hotels, but there was a mix up. They appologized and offered to pay the difference with the other shuttle that we finally took, which was appreciated. We would recommend the hotel.

Amazing hotel in the heart of Göreme

We were so happy with our choice of this hotel. They have an excellent breakfast, the entire property is cozy, the room in a cave was cool and quiet. The bathroom was massive. The hosts are always ready to assist and booked us the Red Tour and a hot air balloon ride which was the absolute best experience. Lots of stairs! Best to get that cardio in before your holiday!

This has to be one of my absolute favorite places I have visited in Turkey. Mustafa and his staff were exceptionally welcoming. The history of his place, underground tunnels, and beautiful private hamam were incredible. The breakfast was beyond. Mustafa was ready to share a Turkish coffee whenever we were lingering in the lobby. He and his team also went the extra mile to help us schedule a private driver to ensure we would see all the sites we wanted while there, but not waste time at activities we were not interested on the group tours. The rooms were beautiful with extra care and thought into shelving, outlets, and character. The location is also unbeatable with easy walk into town and comfortable walk to open museum and Red Valley Hike. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience there. I hope to go back in the future and stay longer!

Our stay at Aydinli Cave was excellent. The staff was communicative before our stay and helped us book airport transfer so arriving was a breeze. Upon check in they served us tea and gave us a break down of the area and recommendations on what to do. Their breakfast was excellent and the owner (?) was super excited every morning to greet all guests, explain what was being served and what was available. They also brought little plates of other things outside the buffet for us to try. He had such a bright and welcome personality that we felt welcome and joked that we should cancel the rest of our Turkey trip and just stay there. They have different excursions suggestions for you to book, so don't be worried if you don't have anything booked! The rooms were big , clean and comfortable and were done every day while we were out. In the mornings don't forget to wake up for sunrise to see the balloons from their terrace! We even saw a few right above the hotel and very close! It was so cool. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, we loved our stay here.

Breakfast was one of best free breakfast we have ever had, with a lot of options and made to order eggs.

Super nice owner and staff. They also have a restroom with shower stall for people to use after chexk out and before their evening bus ride.

Another great thing is they were so nice to give us a ride to the bus station. The trip was short but I can't imagine how we could get there on foot with our large luggage on the horrible, unpaved roads in Cappadocia.

There was absolutely nothing that I did not like about the property, the area, the staff, the breakfast. Everyone and everything was exceptional. The area is magical. The cave rooms are so special. The staff go out of their way to be always of service. They speak English which helps a lot and the breakfast is gastronomical. Breakfast was the highlight..best we have found. The room was very large with an extra side room. Staff here is exceptional, always friendly, and the owner present and helpful. Nice family run hotel, small, boutique feel. Location perfect, though I must say that Goreme is overrun with tourists and the town has a very Disney feel to it. Next trip we will stay in quieter, more quaint Avanos. There is a lot of activity in Goreme, though, every tourist tour you can imagine and many restaurants and gift shops. We did ATVs and enjoyed. Hot air balloon is a must. There is also horseback riding. Prices much higher in Capadoccia than other areas of the country.

I loved our stay at the Aydinli Cave House! This is a family-owned business and they treated us like family. Gokahn, Cem, and Hulya were so welcoming, accommodating, and hospitable. They made our stay really special and paid attention to the details. I mentioned my father and I hadn't tried Baklava yet and they welcomed us at breakfast with some. Speaking of breakfast, absolutely delicious! It was a complete traditional Turkish breakfast filled with coffee, tea, fruits, meats, eggs, olives, pastries, and delicious jellies.

There are so many Cave Hotels in Gerome but this was truly a one-of-a-kind experience because of our incredible hosts.

We travel Europe every weekend, and we have NEVER had such great hospitality. This hotel has a wall of winning awards every year since 2012. The hotel has a great terrace view of the city and the sunrise balloons. It's family owned which you can tell by the hospitality. Very nice family. One of the best and most cultured breakfasts we have ever had at a hotel. Always offering Turkish delight, Turkish coffee and Turkish tea every time you see them. They have a Turkish bath and sauna. You can access all the main hikes from the hotel. It's right in the middle of Goreme. They are VERY responsive on Expedia messaging booking various tours and airport transfers for you which you can pay for at the hotel. Very good English.
I'm going to say this again, this is the BEST hotel we have stayed in!

Positives: 1. the personnel is very attentive & friendly. 2. Breakfast is quite sufficient(if not abundant).3. Price / quality ratio is adequate(though keep in mind that it's just a 3 star hotel.. don't expect any extras) Negatives:1. Room cleaning is not very thorough.2. There is no wardrobe in the room(just only a small corner behind the curtain where you can keep your luggage and clothes). 3. Rather poor sound isolation(you can hear the traffic & music sounds from the street as well as all the talks of guests passing by your room in the courtyard. Though I suppose this could be a lesser problem for people living in the rooms on the upper floors).

Best hotel in Turkey! Do not pass this up!

Best hotel I’ve stayed in in Turkey yet! Incredible— there’s a reason why it has a 9.8 rating. Do not pass this one up! Upon check-in the folks gave me a room upgrade. The location is phenomenal—extremely close to town center and very walkable. The breakfast was delightful and delicious— best Turkish breakfast in Turkey I’ve had. And the restaurant for dinner and was super handy during government-imposed COVID restrictions. 10/10– I’d go back in a heartbeat!

Lovely and clean accommodations. The staff is great, they went above and beyond with the overall service. I had an early flight on my last day and they provided me breakfast prior to the normal hours so that I could eat before leaving. Will totally stay here next time I go to Cappadocia.

Just a great place with spectacular views, service, sense of hospitality and breakfast. Would recommend for anyone looking for a perfect base to explore from, they have smooth operating airport pickup and tours.

Wonderful place to stay. Comfortable, clean and beautiful. Very helpful staff that drives you from/to bus station, Open Air Museum of Göreme etc...
Superb breakfast. Good price.
Anything wrong. The best hotel in our travel through Turkey.

Fantastic cave hotel with great view

Excellent hotel. Very convenient location (few minutes walk) to the main town area. Great giew from the hotel breakfast area. Burak and his team have done an excellent job managing the hotel. Check in was hassle free and Burak provided useful information for the town as well as the places of interest. Room was big and clean and the bed was very comfy. Bottled drinking water was provided daily which is great. Heater worked very well during this cold season. Booked the airpoty pick up and both Red and Green tour as well as the Butterfly ballon thru the hotel. Everything went smoothly. Breakfast was great with both hot and cold items. It snowed on my first night which made it even more memorable. Overall i definitely recommend this hotel.
