I stayed at Harman Cave Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely helpful, polite, and always quick to respond to my emails. They arranged all my transfers and activities perfectly, which made the trip very smooth and stress-free. The hospitality and service were excellent and I was very satisfied with my stay. We recently spent 5 nights at this property, which is conveniently located near dining and shopping options. We stayed in the cave suite, which was spacious, though the furniture felt a bit outdated. Each morning, we enjoyed the stunning views of Goreme and the hot air balloons from the rooftop. The breakfast was decent, and the staff were very friendly.

However, our ground-floor room faced a small courtyard, and we could smell cigarette smoke, which triggered my allergies. It would be great if there was a designated smoking area.

Overall, our stay was pleasant, and we might consider staying here again.

Perfect terrace to see hot air balloons

Staying in a cave hotel for the first time was interesting. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The highlight was the terrace with a very nice view of the balloons. Wake up early!

Exceptional hospitality with amazing views!

A fantastic hotel. My cave room was exceptional, complete with coffee and tea daily. The rooftop views here are incredible. I am convinced they are the best and I loved spending both mornings and evenings there, as one can watch both sunrise and sunset from this 360 view. The hospitality of the team is exceptional, going above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and to organize everything that you need. The organized the best Green Tour for me! Loved the local restaurant recommendations as well. Truly a magical stay here. I felt the hotel team made me feel right at home.

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The location is perfect for visiting the area and the hotel itself is charming and a really great and unique place to stay. However, the staff are what really makes it - they couldn’t have be more helpful, from recommending and helping us to book our trips and airport transfers, suggesting places to eat, and even opening up a little earlier for breakfast so we could get something to eat ahead of our departure. A lovely place to visit and a really memorable holiday. Thank you.

Property is very charming ,staff was very nice and helpful . I didn’t like my 1st floor room it was very noisy especially having 2 other suites right next door . I mainly booked this hotel because of the top deck with the rugs and pillows , it was very disappointing not seeing that set up even at night that side of the deck was not lit up .

I loved the chimney room
It is really authentic experience of staying in a cave. The staff are very helpful.. You see the balloons in the morning. Some even pass by the hotel. Close to city center.

It was just the perfect cave hotel that gave us that feeling of satisfaction, all amenities of a good hotel, perfect location close to market,and mountain top. Great roof terrace, it was very scenic watching the hotair balloons in the morning from the roof terrace.

The breakfast was a great spread, room was sufficiently sized.

I had looked at over 20 different hotels and eventually chose this as it was located on a hill-top which meant we were able to see the whole Goreme region and the hotair balloons. Would recommend staying here if you want to enjoy the morning views from the roof terrace.

Bed and breakfast. We stayed in one of the courtyard rooms, and were basically out the entire day. Bathroom is dated and not well ventilated, but maybe its a cave hotel thing. Otherwise room was clean. The views were great in the upper levels, you can chill and byob up in any of the spots there, no bad spot for photos. Good restaurant next door, as well as bar/hookah at mithra within very short walking distance. Downhill walk to more restaurants.

The Harman Cave Hotel was lovely. Perfect location for a view of the balloons and central for travel. Takes about 40 minutes from the NAV airport. Rooms were well appointed, clean, plenty of towels and welcoming. Charming location and highly recommend this hotel. The staff is kind and friendly. They allowed us to use their reception while waiting on our shuttle.

The heat was not really on when we arrived as the central hot water heat was out. It was working late on our last day so things warmed up considerably. We did use the heat pump but it was the bathroom that was very cold until the radiators warmed up. Beautiful hotel with a great breakfast.

We stayed in Fairy chimney room, room is unique and clean. Hotel is good but the staff don't know how to treat the customers. They have lot of rules and regulations. I have stayed in 3 to 4 hotels in Goreme, but the staff hospitality is missing in this hotel. I have asked for a glass of milk after check-in as we can't go outside and we were tired, that guy explained me so many things about cleaning and mentioned about how the guests will misuse if they allow freely. If you need good hospitality and feel like home then check some other hotels. To the hotel management, customer come to your hotel because they liked it, you have to treat the customers and feel them staying at their home as how the other hotels are doing. Don't give dhyans saying hotels in different countries how they treat their customer so you want to treat your customers the same way. Next day I had to checkout early at 6:30am and i have request for quick breakfast. They gave sandwich with cheese & tomato inside but it is not at all good. I am not able to understand why they want to treat the customers with hard heart. Change the way how you treat the customers. that is the only missing part otherwise hotel, location everything is good.

If i could give 10 stars i would!!! The location on top of the hill gave extraordinary views, yet a 5 min walk gets you into the town with an abundance of restaurant choices and shops. The hotel was stunning...absolutely gorgeous. Everybody was so caring and helpful. They helped set up excursions and arranged for taxis. They were quick with the laundry, they even helped arrange for PCR test to be done at hotel. Breakfast was great, fresh options and clean environment. I can not recommend Harman cave hotel enough. We hope to go back soon!!!

History!! My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 2 night's. We had the best time in this cave hotel. It is located in the Goreme city and the city center is 5 minute walk. Our cave room was perfect! It was clean and spacious. I cant even begin to describe the beautiful rooftop breakfast overlooking the valleys with the hot air balloons (it was the best part). The hotel was kept well sanitized and was kept extremely clean. The staff was young, energetic, and professional. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, they helped us with everything we had trouble with (The trick is to just ask). I love my stay at the Harman Cave Hotel , and would definitely recommend to anyone who is visiting Cappadocia.

It was amazing. They have good spot to visualize valley and morning balloons, sunset and down. I am pretty sure that u will never regret of your stay at this hotel. Its location is outstanding. In this he morning at 6 am if u go upstairs u’ll be like in center of the valley, beside this, balloons ons are flying very close, especially Butterfly balloons pilots.
There is beautiful restaurant nearby where you can walk and eat delicious food, listen to amazing music and it is live. Also people around are also beautiful.
Stuff of the hotel also speak clearly in english so english speaking guests will also be satisfied.
Breakfast is standard in all turkish hotels, i guess.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous cave suits and fairy chimney rooms and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service.
Overall, I had a great experience with the HARMAN CAVE SUITS; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great.
BATUHAN, the Manager of the hotel is such a great guy who can help, assist you in every possible way. He took care all of our reservations for activities. He is always eager to help you and always goes beyond his responsobilities. and the Owner Mr. Mehmet is very kind person.......staff of Harman Cave will treat you as one of their family members. Overall the stay was a very pleasant experience, with spectacular views and good service by staff. The hotel is ideally located around 5 min walk from the town centre however the walk can sometimes be tiring after a long day as the hotel is on a steep hill (but this is the reason why it has amazing views- especially during breakfast on the terrace) overall the hotel was nice and clean but the shower room could be slightly more updated. Overall would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Unfortunately we only stayed here for a day and a half because we got the news that USA was closing their borders with Europe due to Covid-19 so we had to flight back to the states immediately. But we definitely planning to go back.

We had amazing time at Harman Cave Hotel! We stayed in the fairy chimney room and it was such a wonderful experience. Room was very clean and comfortable. View was spectacular. Breakfast was very good and staff was very cheerful and helpful!

Wintery Stay in Goreme - Near Town Centre

Nice cosy experience!

The hotel staff was responsive to pre-booking calls for questions and info. They made last minute late-night airport transfer arrangements which was great (the night receptionist on 31 Jan 2020, cant remember his name). Throughout the stay the staff was happy to provide info. Batuhan was especially helpful with recommendations on how to spend our time and good eateries and coffee places. He went out of his way to help me with a special request by calling several pharmacies in Nevsehir, without being asked to do it. Room was clean and nice, loveddd the home-made cosy authentic Turkish breakfast,

Points to Note:
1. Room was great, but if u are looking particularly for an obvious room-in-a-cave, this might not fulfill that feeling for u. It gives a cave-town feel but not a living-in-a-cave feel.
2. Like most hotels in Goreme, there is no restaurant in the hotel, just a small kitchen that prepares breakfast. There will be no food room service so if u like to munch pls bring stuff to the room with u. Soft drinks in the fridge and u can keep buying more water bottles.
3. There is a slope leading to the hotel entrance (3 to 4 minute moderately steep slope). If snowy or slippery road, vehicle might drop u off at foot of the slope to walk up.

We stayed in a fairy chimney room. My kids loved the balcony and small sitting area by a window. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The owner also gave us a ride into town in his Mercedes to a turkish bath house. The property has many cute passageways with flowers and seating areas (with new,clean, soft cushions). Breakfast was okay and had enough gluten free food for my son. We also rented a room at the same time at an adjacent hotel (The Sultan Cave Suites), which we also loved. It was nice to walk through one hotel which connected by pathways to the other hotel. I would recommend the Sultan Cave Suites a little more, but they charge more than the Hartman Cave Suites. Both are good. Better restaurant at Sultan Caves.

People here are very friendly and hospitality. They helped us on car rental service. They even offered a free shower service after we checked out because we need to take a overnight bus to Antalya. The breakfast here is also very nice. We highly recommended to stay here

I like that it is a cave hotel and it is unique, but i didn’t like that i arrived to the property couple of hours earlier and they said that i have to check in at the checking in time which was 1 pm because they claimed that it needed to be cleaned and i’ll have to wait in the reception desk office or outside in the cold so i asked which rooms are available now and they gave me a 25€ cheeper room without any refund, also they do not have a room service.

We stayed in a cave room which was toasty warm when it was cold outside. The room was very spacious. There’s a really cute puppy who greets you when you arrive. Good breakfast and wifi. The staff organised tours for us and speak good English. Location was handy: short walk to town. Excellent rooftop cushioned seating area to view balloons and sunset.

Beautiful terrace with hot air balloon view

Fascinated by the view when I got up to the terrace in the morning.. Rooms were great with a/c too.. good breakfast spread with egg station.. there was a cute puppy at receptionist that warmed people’s heart.. do remember to ask for ground floor room if climbing stairs with luggages will be an issue..

Beautiful centrally located cave hotel in Goreme. Staff were extremely Friendly and helpful. Loven the nicely appointed cave rooms and the care that was taken for the decor of the hotel. The roof top lounge has spectacular views. All in all an excellent propoerty that delivered more than we expected.

Wonderful hotel in a magical city

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. We stayed in the cave suite which had two different views of the city – one from a private balcony and another from a small reading nook. They also have a lovely rooftop where you can watch the balloons float at sunrise. The reception desk is very helpful. They helped arrange airport transfer, recommended and booked activities, and suggested good restaurants. We can’t recommend this place enough!

Hotel with a view!

It's a hotel with amazing view of the hot air balloon! The hotel is just located next to the blogger made famous sultan cave suites and share the same view, but Harman is slightly cheaper and we get to enjoy the rooftop all to ourselves! The room is spacious and comfortable, but the shower head did not work well... And they could do more with the lighting inside the room. They have arranged for pick up service and all activities for us throughout our stay with reasonable price. Helpful staff and Overall a great state!

優點是洗澡的水量很大，也夠熱。早餐不錯很豐富。
缺點是我們4人住3人房加床，連住3個晚上，辦理入住時櫃檯就說，入住只提供1瓶大瓶的水，之後不再補充……。我們只好從山腳下自己去超市買了2大桶水搬上來，提供入住3天的飲用水。

而且每天來打掃房間的時候，廁所的衛生紙都沒有補充，即便我們用完了衛生紙也完全沒有補充，我們還要自己跟櫃檯拿。

住宿基本的飲用水和廁所用的衛生紙不是飯店或民宿應該提供的基本設施嗎！！？？，這一點就非常非常的糟糕！！
