Can’t say enough good things about Henna Hotel!! It is in a perfect location, had a wonderful rooftop bar with a fabulous view of Blue Mosque & Sofia Hogia, delicious breakfast, and super clean, comfortable rooms. The staff goes out of their way to make your stay comfortable & drama free. It even has a cute coffee bar in the lobby. 5+ stars all the way!

Henna hotel is wonderful, well Located in Istanbul sultanameth Area, walking distance of Everything, Very charming Place, the front desk is always asking how to help you or guide you, the Breakfast is 5 Star ( included) delicious and generous, the room was very clean and cozy, with all the amenities you’ll need, I traveled with my wife and the hotel surpassed all my expectations and finally it has a beautiful terrace with magnificent views of the city, mosques and Bosphorus

As soon as we arrived, we wer giving a cup of drink. The room is clean and the roof of the building has a beautiful view of harbor and the Blue Mosque. Breakfast is very fresh and tasty. The hotel is about 10 minutes away from the airport bus by walking.

From the moment we arrived at Henna Hotel we were made to feel welcome. The staff were friendly and most helpful with advice on where to go and what to see. Being only 5 minutes walk to the Blue Mosque and Aghia Sophia this hotel is ideally located.The breakfast was very good with a varied choice. Our room was spotless with a good view of the Bosphorus.
Can't recommend the Henna Hotel enough and it would be our first choice when in Istanbul again. Thank you for a great stay.

The staff members went above and beyond to help with dinner recommendation, keeping our luggage at the hotel well beyond our stay. I stayed here with my senior parents for 2 days during my stopover in Istanbul. I love how close the hotel is to the Bosphorus and Hagia Sophia mosque. The view from my terrace room was breathtaking. The only thing I wasn't aware of was that the room my floor was on doesn't have an elevator and it was on the top floor which made it a little inconvenient for my parents. However, overall, the place was amazing and clean with the latest amenities! The staff was super friendly, helpful and provided top notch customer service from the time we checked in until the moment we left. I would definitely recommend Henna hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a good location in Istanbul.

Wonderful hotel in a perfect location, 5 min to the blue mosque and Hagia Sofia. Really comfortable room and shower. Staff are attentive and flexible. Breakfast started rather late at 8am but it was diverse and food was fresh. The general manager was great - some of the other staff at reception were less keen to help with attractions and others, but I think maybe a language barrier. Make sure you visit the terrace roof and try their coffees.

It had a lot of lovely touches, with a generous breakfast, a beautiful rooftop with a lovely view of the Hagia Sophia, and a cute little courtyard. The rooms had everything you would need and the management was attentive and helpful. I would love to return. Soon, I hope!

What a fantastic stay at a truly wonderful hotel!!! The staff are incredible - from our arrival at 0130 to our departure in the rain where 3 staff members including the manager assisted us in getting our bags down the block to be loaded in the van - they were nothing short of amazing. Spotlessly clean comfortable rooms- it was a pleasure to return every day, knowing that the room would be just perfectly ready for us. The rooftop terrace is fantastic and we had a great evening hanging out there and many in the afternoon we enjoyed sitting and resting our feet for a little while on the front patio area. Did an absolutely perfect location that makes it's so easy to get around - I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Sultanahmet. 5 minutes walk to major tourist attractions.
Rooftop terrace is a perfect place to see the city view and enjoy breakfast.
The room was tiny with no frills, but clean and quiet. Couple of shelves to keep your belongings would’ve been nice, since we were there for 7 nights, but that didn’t ruin the experience.
Everyone at the hotel is very friendly and helpful with suggestions on tourist attractions and transportation.

This charming hotel has helpful and knowledgeable staff. They were friendly and made us feel at home. The room was very clean and comfortable, though the pillows were a little too firm for me. We were on the interior courtyard, which was very quiet. The breakfast was extensive and outstanding. The location is terrific. It's in a lovely, lively neighborhood full of restaurants and cafes. It's 5-10 minutes from Hagia Sofia and Topkapi, the Blue Mosque, and the Basilica Cistern. We walked to the Grand Bazaar and Spice Market as well. The price was very competitive. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing experience at the Henna Hotel in Istanbul. The staff were absolutely incredible—so warm and attentive. Every morning they checked in to see if we were okay and whether we needed any help. They genuinely cared about our safety and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our time in the city.

They provided excellent tips on where to eat, how to get around, and even what areas to avoid. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to all the iconic sights, which made exploring Istanbul so easy. We were so grateful and glad we stayed here.

Rooms were very small but we didn’t mind as the location was perfect and our bathroom was spacious and able to move around.

I can’t recommend this hotel enough. If you want friendly, helpful staff and a perfect location, Henna Hotel is the place to stay! I’ll be back for sure!!

We loved this hotel so much. The service was incredible. From our first moments at the hotel, we were extremely comfortable and greeted with kindness. The hotel is right in the center of Sultanhamet, you are next to everything.

Reception answered all our questions. I asked so many questions and they were so helpful and patient. They gave recommendations and told us how to use public transportation etc. the breakfast was also great and had an amazing view. They also booked transportation to and from the airport. The manager was also super helpful and friendly. This whole experience was great.

We recommended everyone to stay in his hotel, it exceeded our expectations and we look forward to coming back one day.

Henna is very well loacted - centrally to visit Agia sofia, the Blue Mosque and the Esplanade and everything in Istanbul the tram is very close. The team is very attentive to details and helps with so much they booked a electric wheelchair for my Mom, when I could not make mine work.

We heartily enjoyed our stay at the Henna Hotel Istanbul. It is a charming boutique Hotel in close approximation to many of the sights (Hagia Sofia, Basilica Cistern etc.) The staff are mostly warm and friendly - seek out Ali for expert Istanbul tips. The service was exceptional. Sema, the front manager was incredibly helpful with everything. The breakfast buffet with omelette station was delicious. The hotel restaurant was also good, especially recommend their special Henna salad. The hotel is a recent renovation and everything was modern and clean. The single room was small but the bed was large and comfortable and the shower was comfortably large. They don’t have laundry on site but there is a laundry right behind the hotel that delivers to the hotel with same day service. Looking forward to coming back!

We enjoyed our stay at the Henna Hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The breakfast on the rooftop deck was wonderful. The staff was great; Ali, the general manager, was especially friendly and helpful.
I might note that our room overlooking the busy street was a bit noisy quite late into the night. We didn’t mind it … made us feel connected to the hustle and bustle of Istanbul. If that’s not your thing, you may want to request a room farther back from the street.

This is an absolute gem of a hotel! The location is unbeatable to walk to all of the main attractions. The staff go out of their way to make you feel at home and ensure you get the most out of your stay.
I was traveling with my teenage daughter and elderly parents. Both rooms were wonderful. Spectacular views from the rooftop where the good weather allowed us to have breakfast each morning and byo drink in the afternoons. There is plenty to see right out the front door which meant we didn’t need to battle with public transport or taxis during our stay. Unbeatable, well done Henna Hotel team!

Lovely stay in Istanbul!

I can’t say enough good things about the Henna Hotel. The hotel is beautiful and the bed was comfortable but hands down the standout about this property is the staff and the service. Every single person I ran into went out of their way to make my stay better. They were incredibly kind and sweet and thoughtful. Definitely would (and have already!) recommend this property to others visiting Istanbul.

Henna is a lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Istanbul's old town. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience from the moment we stepped into the hotel.
Sema and Melisa at the front desk were always there to assist us. The on-site manager, Ahmet, felt like an old friend we could easily chat with. He went out of his way to resolve a non-hotel-related issue for us, which was completely unexpected. The entire staff team deserves credit for maintaining the property in such excellent condition and providing service at such an outstanding level.

Brilliant hotel with an absolutely excellent breakfast! Our room was a decent size with a modern bathroom and was quiet too. The hotel is easy walk to all the major sights, and close to a tram stop which can take you to the airport bus or Eminonu pier for ferries. The only thing to consider is that most restaurants around the hotel cater to tourists so do your research!

A wonderful stay in every way possible. Great location and friendly and healthy staff. Very busy area but extremely quiet and comfortable to rest. Breakfast buffet was simply amazing and most delicious I ever had. Thank you for a great time

A lovely boutique hotel within walking distance to Hagia Sophia, Topkapi palace, Blue mosque, Basilica Cistern and more. Perhaps the best breakfast buffet I ever had in a hotel. Highly recommend.
