The price that I paid for the room that I received doesn’t make any sense. It was worth way way more than when I paid. It was huge. The bathroom was amazing and spacious. It was very clean and the staff was amazing and great. I would come back to this establishment time and time again it was worth it. There are convenience, stores left, and right coffee, shops left and right and restaurants left and right.

Room/hot tub nice, lost wifi so disappointed

Looking forward to a match and we're unable to watch on t.v.due to it went out. I also needed to work and couldn't get online. Very frustrating but nothing they could do and not their fault. Just don't recommend caves when reliable wifi is needed. There was no suggestion to compensate any part of our stay. Had to out a carpet outside due to a musty odor, possible due to a cat which got in (invited jn), the cats are so sweet. Hope we didn't ruin the carpets. Breakfast was ok. View from hot tub in room was not as pictured in the photos. View not as good. But really nice that there were candles and possible bubbles. Didn't get to use because of the wifi debacle, so was a little disappointed.

Hotel is just beautiful!! The room was perfect and looks exactly like the photos. The bathroom was huge and the shower was so relaxing. They also had a beautiful balcony to see many parts of the city and the balloons!

The real highlight of this hotel, however, is the staff! They were absolutely wonderful to us! Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and gave us great recommendations for food to eat and places to go! It was so nice to come back after long days of traveling to a place with such nice people! They were so amazing and communicative from the start of our booking, inquiring whether we needed transport or other accommodations. It is so nice to not have to worry about it! They arranged our transport from Nevşehir to the hotel and back again so quickly so there was no worry on our part from the start.

As others have mentioned, there are at least two cats that are always around, \"Snow\" and Çirkin. I loved them. I miss them already. Bring a small amount of cat food when you come and spend some time with them.

Wonderful place to stay and we will be back!!

The terrace with the pillows can definitely be replaced. When we arrived to our door, the vacuum cleaner, mop, and dirty rags were right in front of our door. I guess there was karaoke nearby and our first night I wasn’t able to go to bed. Other than everything else, the location is perfect.

Right in the middle of goreme. Near to all the restaurants and shops to hang out. Walk to open air museum. I like that it is really clean and the room is warm in winter. They even give extra blankets. Pillows were super good. Staff was really friendly and helpful too! Nice breakfast.

Fantastic Experience!!!

Kemal Eren is an extraordinary host, and he arranged for our airport-hotel-airport transportation, our reservations for the hot air balloon tour, and a full-day excursion to visit the surroundings of Goreme. This town is amazing. At Eren Bey Cave Hotel, we booked a Ground Floor Cave Family Suite, and it exceeded our expectations, it is a spacious room with a king-size bed and a single bed, the bathroom is excellent !! Very spacious to accommodate all our bathroom items. It has 2 showers and heating! We never felt cold or hot, inside the room the temperature was always ideal.
The view from the terrace is beautiful !!
We stayed 2 nights at the end of October 2021when temperatures are very low in the area. We find in the room what is necessary to prepare coffee or tea. The rate includes a typical Turkish breakfast, we loved trying the authenticity of the region although it also included omelets. Delicious pomegranate juice, this fruit is very abundant in the area, and of course, you can have coffee and tea.
The hotel is located very close to downtown to walk to restaurants, shops, etc.
Important, it is better to pay in cash for the tours, because due to the high commissions on credit cards, the prices are higher if you use them than if you pay with cash. In all stores they prefer cash, but you can pay with cards without a problem.
We were delighted to see that Goreme is very safe everywhere. A highly recommended place!!
We greatly appreciate the hospitality of Kemal Eren.

I will give 5 stars to Erenbey cave hotel.
I stayed in one of The king cave suite. It was decorated Ottoman style and was exactly what I was looking for. Cappadocia is so unique, it was important that my accommodations fit in with the overall ‘feel’ of the place. I had my own private terrace. The staff was amazing friendly ( kamal, sahil and the girl works at the breakfast area). My room was cleaning every day with a fresh towels.
Kamal the owner helped me a lot. He booked all of my tours and gave me some advise of things to do it.
Overall, I didn’t spend much time in the room but the bed was huge and comfortable, the wifi was strong and the shower was hot.
I definitely recommended this lovely hotel to everyone. I can’t wait to come back to kapadocia.

Amazing location and great communication! The staff were so helpful even before we arrived via email. The room was absolutely stunning and dreamy.
The effort was visible in the breakfast even if during COVID they couldn’t do buffet breakfast the selection was good.
On a side note, not sure if COVID was the reason, but we had to ask them to empty the bins and do the room. However they did it straight away and to a fantastic standard!

The Erenbey Cave hotel is located right in the heart of Goreme so it was easy to walk to all the local restaurants. We had a fantastic view from the room with a nice big bathtub overlooking Goreme. The room was clean, a continental breakfast was included.

Magically beautiful hotel with fantastic staff

An absolute gem. Everything about the hotel is beautiful from the courtyard to the terrace to the bedroom to the bathroom. Really, it's a stunning place and every bit of it is charming. And to top it off the staff is extremely helpful and friendly with booking trips, cabs, directions for getting around, and making sure you get where you're going.

The breakfast is also amazing, the largest spread of food I have ever seen at any hotel, and all delicious.

Only issue I had was a lack of cell service in the room but what can you expect when you're staying in a stone room.

Aside from the fact that it gave a unique and interesting experience of staying at a cave hotel (and of course, the breathtaking view from the roof deck), Erenbey’s service and homey-ness takes the cake. Breakfast is such a welcoming time of the day. The ‘breakfast lady’, Yasmeen was beautiful and wonderful inside and out. The cleaning lady—who acts as an all-around staff is sweet and delightful. The manager and associate were helpful and nice. The owner made us coffee himself. Even the ladies next door welcomed us like friends or family. It’s this experience that not only makes us want to come back and stay at Erenbey, but also recommend it to friends and family.

Edenbey treats you like family!

Kemal and his family are simply the BEST hosts in Cappadocia. When we arrived they had a cancellation, allowing us an upgrade to the suite with its own private balcony to see the balloons take off daily with just a modest fee. The bedroom and sitting area are just great - we’ve never seen a bed carved out of rock before! (The mattress was a bit firm for our liking so we doubled up a fleece blanket and put it under the sheet. Made a big difference!) Each day the family matriarch serves breakfast, and even made us scrambled eggs and pancakes today (hey I guess that’s what Americans eat!). The jams to put on bread are made by the grandmother and are delicious.
No matter the request, it was always met with a smile. Absolutely would recommend.

Erenbey cave hotel, is nothing short of amazing! In terms of them being in the service industry, this hotel actually offers one of the best services I have experienced. We felt really really welcomed over there, and if you’re looking for a cave hotel with good views, I wouldn’t recommend any other cave hotel except Erenbey Cave Hotel, it left me and my girlfriend a very pleasant experience in Cappadocia. Everything was great, from customer service of the receptionist to the amazing cave room; however, the breakfast service needs improvement. The toaster was not working, after a couple minutes trying to toast my bread, the kitchen lady who was standing there & watching (!), finally let herself to let me know it was not working! The next day, the toaster was there & it still was not working when other guest was trying to use it. Either you were the first guest, or the last, you could not find every single option to eat. The first day of my stay, there were a few suasage pieces left that I took, & was not replaced for other guests, although it was still 1 hour remained till the end of breakfast time. The second day, I was the first guest in the breakfast room & was no suasage in the 3 compatment dish. When I asked for sausage, the lady said no sausage for that day. A few minutes later she started to cut some sausage in front of my eyes, put them in the pan & then in the fridge! I don't think that's professional! At least not for the great room & reception customer service the Eren Bey hotel offers.

Great stay at Erenbey

We stayed here for three nights. Location was good, it was a two to three minute walk from the hotel to the town center. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, they were very knowledgeable about the town. The room was clean, good, and as advertised on the website. The bathroom was huge and spa-like. Wifi was good also, however, the tv had no English channel. Breakfast selection was good; there were cold and hot food options available. Overall, we had a wonderful stay in Erenbey Cave Hotel. Highly recommend.

P.S. They have cute cats, Cotton and Ugly, who stay in the lobby. They enjoy a good pat.

This hotel is absolutely stunning. There were no words to describe our reaction to our room which included a hot tub with a view and a private terrace! We were able to see many hot air balloon from our room early in the morning, but it does depend on the wind direction and conditions! One of the highlights of our honeymoon and highly recommended!

Amazing place! We stayed in a wonderful Deluxe Cave room, with all amenities you can expect from a high class hotel!!! The floor of our room was heated... simply wonderful! The staff was incredibly helpful and arranged our balloon flight, the ATV tour, provided us information about sites we could visit in our available time and also advised us about some good restaurants in Goreme! The room I rented was beyond beautiful and amazing!! You can see the hot balloons dotting the sky in the morning from the bathtub and living room window. Room is simply amazing!! The owner is super friendly, and he arranged numerous trips for me. Everything was too easy. The hotel is close to everything, great restaurants, downtown, sunset point, and tour buses come pick you in front of the hotel. Had an amazing time. Can't wait to come back!!

The room was well-appointed-- the bed was very comfortable, free snacks and the bathrobes/slippers were lovely touches. Only suggestions are to update the couch (it was older and not super comfortable) and adjust the showerhead in the bathroom-- the showerhead was placed up quite high and it was impossible for a shorter person to easily adjust. We'll stay here again for sure.

This was a really nice stay at a cave converted to a cute bed and breakfast and run by a family. The room we had was really spacious, definitely worth the upgrade. They took care of everything for us, from booking our tours, to reserving for dinner andspa, as well as the airport pick up and drop off service. The room (especially the one with the tub) is HUGE. The bed is huge as well. It has a nice view to the valley (rising balloons in early mornings). It has a luxurious feeling to it, but the price is absolutely reasonable. The host was helpful and warm.

My Husband and I stayed at Erenbey for apart of our honeymoon in August 2017. We stayed in room 9 the deluxe cave suite.I can't stress how much we absolutely LOVED this cave hotel. It was so romantic and luxurious. It looks even better in person than the pictures. The cave hotel is clean and very peaceful. Breakfast is served in a calm setting, which is perfect for morning folks.

The hotel is family owned as many of the hotels in Gerome. The staff was so welcoming and hospitable. I began to feel sick on my second day there and the owner Kemel actually drove me and my husband to the nearest pharmacy to pick up some meds, they came inside with us and explained to the pharmacist my symptoms. We were so grateful and they will never know how much we appreciated this. Emre was very helpful as well. He helped book all of our activities for us and made sure we got the most of our day.

Erenbey is in an excellent location, everything is within walking distance- be it restaurants and shops. Everywhere you look there are beautiful views to take in.
Overall we loved every minute of our stay at Erenbey Cave Hotel. We wish we had stayed more than 3 nights. We will definitely be coming back!!

Beautiful Hotel with Beautiful Story

This hotel was well beyond my expectations and cannot recommend it enough. The staff here are brilliant. A small family run business with great hospitality and deep understanding of the local area. Debra and Kemel have done such a great job with this place. The details in the renovations, the breakfast spread and the recommendations for dinner and things to do were all fantastic! I cannot praise you all enough!

Nice place to stay and Near to down town

I booked a Deluxe room for 2 nights. Room condition is very nice and comfort, king size double bed and large clean shower room, but no hanger to hang my clothes. The owner has put a lot of effort to design the rooms in details. Staff and owners are very helpful.
I viewed the honey moon suite, very beautiful.

Wonderful. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Staff organized and booked all activities in a very helpful and reasonable way. Free shuttle to airport was quite helpful. Staff very willing to dive us free of charge to restaurants, for changing money or to shopping activities. .

Great family run cave hotel

This is THE place to stay in Cappadocia. Our room was perfect - clean, spacious and well heated. The owner and his newphew were very welcoming. They made every effort to ensure we had the best experience of this charming town.

Great hotel to stay at goreme

The hotel is great . The owner of the house is really sweet and welcoming. Before arrival , he checks if there is anything needed . When arrive , the room is really and clean. He made sure that our trip in goreme is safe and happy .
The breakfast is really delicious too . The trip including ATV tour and green tour the staff arranged for us is really awesome . I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting goreme

Uno degli hotel più belli in cui io abbia mai soggiornato, vedevo le mongolfiere direttamente dal mio letto. Il personale super disponibile e gentile. Posizione comoda e vicino a molti ristoranti, non c’è neanche bisogno di prendere la macchina per raggiungere i punti di interesse e non è nemmeno tanto in alto da dover fare troppe scale! Perfetto ci tornerei subito
