We could not get an evening meal in the restaurant as it was only for a pre-booked group. There was no bottled water or kettle in the room. The mattresses are foam and killed my back. My first experience of an Ibis and not one I wish to repeat - I hate to think what the Budget Ibis is like.

Very good value for the money. The receptionist was extremely helpful and showed us a secure spot for our van under video surveillance. There was quite a strong odour from the hallway carpets, but the room, though small, was clean and comfortable.

The hotel serves the purpose for which it is designed. There is a little car park around the back. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quite small but okay. I don't think I' want to stay there for more than a night or two. It was noisy at the front of the hotel. Closing the windows cut out the noise but I like to sleep with the windows open. The breakfast was nice with a good choice. It is a short walk to the town centre.

Good location for staying in semi-luxurious surroundings before starting a long hike down the Chemin du Puy. Do be advised that there are prominently posted signs in the lobby and elevator banning \"outside food\" from the rooms. I don't know if this is in response to a problem they had or if it's just an effort to force more business to the restaurant in the lobby. Other than that, it's a perfectly serviceable, standard Ibis location.

Nuit étape pour un voyage d'affaires, l'hôtel est vraiment très bien situé au centre ville du Puy-en-Velay avec un parking privatif avec beaucoup de place. Le personnel est vraiment très sympa, je travaillais de nuit et il y a toujours un veilleur qui est là pour vous ouvrir les portes sans problème.

Je viens souvent dans cet établissement dans le cadre de mes déplacements professionnels.
La qualité des chambres est très (trop!) variable, on peut se sentir soit dans un Formule 1 très basique soit dans un 3* et ce pour le même prix.

Nous avons été tres bien accueilli avec de quoi se désaltérer. On a pu permuter les chambres pour être au même étage. Les chambres étaient très confortables. On a pu prendre le petit-déjeuner plus tôt que prévu car nous faisions une marche. La demi pension était très correcte.

A l'arrivée réceptionniste pas trop au courant des vouchers boissons pour client VIP, la directrice corrige immédiatement l'erreur de son agent, personnel du restaurant au top! Qualité des plats servis au restaurant irréprochable, chambre très exigües, pas de kleenex, parking gratuit!
