The staff were great and provided very helpful information for touring the city. The breakfast was great. The room was spacious. The only negative is that the hotel needs a decor update. Carpets need to be replaced, linens too. It looks a little like a college dorm.

This Ibis hotel was very close to the old town and to a number of lovely restaurants which suited us very well. The room was exceptionally clean and was absolutely fine for a one night stay in this lovely town. Staff were very helpful. The breakfast was extremely good.

The hotel is situated just at the edge of the centre of town and has a lovely little plaza with fountain adjacent. There are 3 affiliated restaurants with one being connected to the lobby. The staff are friendly and accomodating. The nightly rate is at the upper end of the town's offerings, but breakfast is included -- so that must be factored in. I highly recommend.

We stayed at Le Puy en-route back through France from Provence to Caen. The hotel is clean, comfortable and the restaurant facilities in the evening are excellent. The only criticism would be that the rooms for breakfast lack ambience, and it would be preferable to use the restaurant.

We thought that we'd play it safe with Ibis in le puy, we looked at other places to stay but we felt that the Ibis Styles would be okay...
In actual fact we were delighted with the choice, good breakfast, free tea/coffee all day and the staff were extremely friendly. Parking is underground and at a reasonable price too.

What you expect from an Ibis, plus a bit extra
The Ibis Styles brand has a bit more than the ordinary Ibis hotel. A little more character, the breakfast included and a better feel to the room. This hotel has some dedicated parking spaces in a public car park which is very useful.

J'ai rencontré un problème avec mon chargeur de batterie sur mon ordinateur, le personnel a fait tout son possible pour m'aider, alors qu'ils n'étaient pas obligés, c'est un vrai service très appréciable le parking de l'hôtel est fermé et abrité idéale quand pour une belle voiture, le restaurant de l'hôtel propose des repas excellent avec du personnel qui a le sens du service, je recommande cette établissement.

Hôtel bien situé, à l’entrée du vieux Puy-en-Velais. Des places sont disponibles dans un parking juste en face de l'hôtel. Les personnes à la réception sont particulièrement conviviales et ont su répondre à toutes nos questions. La chambre est un peu petite mais très confortable et propre ; les petits-déjeuners sont vraiment très bien. Nous recommandons cet hôtel, dont la rapport qualitéprix est excellent. Nous avons par contre été déçu par le restaurant situé dans le bas de l'hôtel (mais qui ne fait pas partie de l'hôtel)
