Stayed 2 nights. Room was fine and not dated. Air con. could have been much more effective, seemed to blow air rather than cool so room was too hot at night. Breakfast was fair, breads could be fresher and limited choice overall. Staff friendly. No restaurant.

The hotel was under renovations and the restaurant was therefore closed and so was the café. I was unable to get any food for my three day stay that I was there as everything locally was also shut.

Staff were good though I had little interaction. The problem was the noise. On arrival I requested somewhere quiet. At reception I was told it is a quiet area at night!! A party arrived around midnight and decided to pretty much wake up most of the lower floors shouting and singing. The barman closed the bar early (0130) so the party moved to the street outside where it continued until 0330 in the morning. I would suggest on arrival insist on a room away from the street if possible if like me you want to sleep at night.

We found the Reception on check in very helpful, with directions for secure parking behind the building, and he spoke reasonable English which was helpful after a long tiring day travelling.
We had three adults in one room, with a large double bed but one small fold down bed which was probably fine for a child.

The breakfast was very good, with a paper supplied. The hot beverages machine was very hot which was great.
The location was right on the canal and only five to ten minutes walk to restaurants, however on a Saturday night in February we found very little was open.

My wife and I stopped off for one night at this hotel as the first destination on a tour around Provence and Languedoc-Roussillon in early September. As we had flown into Marseilles we chose it due to its closeness to the airport and to the picturesque part of Martigues. For a hotel of this type (budget, no-frills) we found it excellent in every respect - well furnished clean room,friendly staff, free parking and reasonable cost. The self-service breakfast was very good value for the choices offered. We would certainly recommend it highly in this category.

J’avais réservé une chambre à 2 lits pour ma mère de 85 ans et moi même. Lors de notre arrivée à la réception, on nous a indiqué que notre chambre avait été attribuée à quelqu’un d’autre, mais que nous avait donné une grande chambre avec deux lits en deux places. Qu’elle ne fut pas notre surprise quand nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre ou un lit était bien fait. Oui mais l’autre par contre laisse vraiment à désirer. Lis non fait, couette juste posée, draps non repassé, c’est une honte

Hôtel très propre, presque digne d’un 4 étoiles. Certains membres du personnel sont particulièrement agréables : deux dames au petit-déjeuner (la plus jeune et l’autre) ainsi qu’un monsieur, probablement un responsable, tous très souriants et professionnels.

Pour un trois étoiles, la salle de douche est minuscule, il manque une cafetière, il n'y à même une bouteille d'eau à disposition. Le mobilier est succins, c'est dommage car l'emplacement de l'hôtel est pratique.

Nous avons attendu 40 minutes pour boire un verre le soir .. qu’on nous a servi dans des verres vraiment inadaptés ( parce qu’il n’y avait plus de verres )

Et le matin lors du déjeuner, pas de couverts ( il n’y en avait plus ) et pour les œufs brouillés il faut revenir plus tard ou bien arriver les 1 ers afin de pouvoir se servir .. il manque vraiment de personnel et cela se ressent sur le service et c’est très décevant !

Bon hôtel, bien situé mais on a eu un problème de carte on ne pouvais donc pas sortir et rentrer quand on voulais. La réception n’a pas chercher à résoudre le problème et a dit que c’était de notre faute alors que non. Et certains personnels parlent mal aux clients. C’est dommage car l’hôtel est bien mais le personnel ( pas tous ) à revoir !

Nous descendons toujours dans l'hôtel Ibis de Martigues, lorsque nous venons dans la région et jusqu'à présent nous étions satisfaits. Cette semaine nous y avons passé deux nuits, le ménage ne pouvait être fait à cause du covid19, chose que je comprends parfaitement.Mais même si il y avait possibilité de changer de chambre tous les deux ou trois jours, je pense qu'un petit kit de nettoyage, surtout pour les sanitaires aurait été utile. Le prix des chambres avec ou sans ménage est malgré tout rester identique. Dommage !!!

Un hotel, cómodo, limpio y agradable. El servicio de recepción excelente, el resto del personal muy educado y agradable. La habitación era amplia, estaba limpia y bien cuidada. El desayuno en la línea de los que ofrece esta cadena, correcto, aunque no tenía demasiada variedad.
El hotel es cómodo, está situado en una zona a 10 minutos del centro histórico de la preciosa localidad de Martigues, en un entorno muy tranquilo, muy silencioso y alejado del bullicio. Ofrece parking gratuito y acepta mascotas.
