This is economical lodging conveniently located between rail and air terminals walkable to both. The rooms are well equipped but not particularly comfortable. The TV is incompressible with no instructions provided. I had to sleep with the window wide open due to broken AC. The reception staff was most welcoming and kind.

The instructions to get into the building were confusing and required a phone call (although they did not provide the international country code on the sign), and the person on the phone asked me to open the wrong lockbox and finally another guest suggested trying another one, which was a different color and on the other side of the room. We got in, and the room was totally acceptable as a place to sleep for one night after a late flight.

Listen to the reviews, don’t stay here. I was lucky and was able to call and eek out the fact that I needed to pay an extra 1.20€ in order to get the codes to get in the building and get my key. So inconvenient, so confusing. Instead of paying one, just one person to be at the front desk, they outsource so a person to answer the phone, if you are lucky. I had to help like 4 people who were stuck in the lobby and couldn’t get there keys. Oh, also my ground level room couldn’t shut the privacy shutter so I had to tape towels up on the windows so people couldn’t see directly into my room.

Property was clean and close to airport. I won’t ever go to appartcity again due to the lack of communication with the staff as well as the arrogance of the manager in charge during our arrival. If you arrive outside opening hours, make sure you have ALL the codes to access the property (main gate, door and safe for apartment keys) or else you will end up outside for the night. Also, make sure you make your payment or else they won’t leave any of the above for you. I had to find out the hard way. Never again. I’ll stick to real hotels with 24hr nice and accommodating staff from now on.

I have not been able to access the hotel because there was no one at the reception. I stayed there for approximately one hour and no one showed up to open the door for me. Moreover, the access code provided to me did not work. I had a terrible experience and I will never come back to this hotel.

I had a very quiet room overlooking a niceley maintained green open area with residential beyond that.
The hotel does not have 24/7 reception nor shuttle service. That was extremely problematic as the taxi driver that the hotel arranged never showed. The room was better than expected, the offered services are terrible (not 24/7 availability). I would pay more to ensure that I can check in and have either shuttle service or a reliable taxi service.

If you check in while office is closed, do not stay here. Their office hours is 9 am to 12 noon and 3 pm to 8 pm. My family and I arrived 2 am after taking a scheduled flight to nearby airport. I made international phone calls twice to make sure we can check in ourselves. Both time I was promised to receive access codes to check in. I did receive access code via email without the most important code to room key box. Struggled with never answered help desk over the phone for hours. By the time we check in, it was a few hours left before checkout. Stupid system they had ruined a part of vacation. Don’t stay here.

Excellent value for the money. The only issue I had was getting back to the airport after my stay. No info about calling cabs posted, and Uber drivers would not transport for an early morning flight. Since people are likely staying there to be close to. Airport, there should be at least helpful info given about getting to airport, since there is no shuttle.,

After an hour waiting for the shuttle and 5 phone calls to the hotel to try and organise it I had to pay for my own taxi here.

The hotel then had no reception and had a safe containing keys where I need a code to enter. I didn't have the code, so I tried calling but they spoke no english on the support line. Waited another 30 minutes till a french speaking hotel guest helped by calling.

The room doesn't come close to the pictures. It's very very basic. It was clean enough, but plain and the bed was not comfortable. The fridge in the room was really loud so hard to sleep and the windows whistled as they didn't close well.

In my room there was no wifi and there isn't a lobby to sit in so I couldn't work.

No food in the hotel, so had to walk to a neighborhood.

All up, don't be tricked by the nice photos. My idea of sleeping in as i'm closed to the airport left me really disappointed. (my first negative review too)

The first impression is not good, since entrance is done through the parking lot. But despite some problems with the internet, registration did not take too long. Room was comfortable for the purpose. Walking distance to eating facilities. Good installations.

This was the worst accommodation I have ever

The accommodation was terrible; I expected when booking - that it would be basic and clean.

The room was disgusting, dirty walls, flaking paint, insects etc. etc. No cups to make a drink.

They did not have 4 breakfast bags as we could not have the breakfast due to the time we were leaving.

The drunk individuals who were hanging around the front as we arrived were intimidating, we had strangers knocking on the door throughout the night.

We left at 3 am for the airport as no one could sleep due to the disgusting conditions; to be quite honest if I wished to stay in a prison I would commit a crime.

I will be putting a formal complaint into Expedia.

Hotel very noisy during the night, and had the feel more of an apartment block than a hotel. Also in an industrial area with nothing in walking distance. Hot water ran out in shower after only 2 of 4 of us had showered, which is not acceptable. On a positive note, close to airport and excellent free shuttle service. Also, staff were very friendly and helpful on reception, although be aware reception closes at 9pm which is not ideal. My recommendation would be to pay a little more for a better hotel when staying overnight in the area for the airport convenience.

What I expected.

First off the day clerk couldn't have been a nicer guy. He was very helpful and accomodating. Wifi was only available in the lobby. Room was clean shower worked, It is what it is-an airport hotel. The kitchen was a big help there is a Carrefor not far away. Lots of gas stations about and convenient to both the airport and the train to marseille.

A good, clean budget hotel very near to the Marseille airport. They also have a free shuttle to the airport until 10 am.

The hotel closes the reception counter at 8 PM. So, if you will be arriving after that, be sure to get the front door number code and room key box number code from the hotel staff before 8 PM.

I telephoned the hotel to let them know that I would arrive at 8:30 PM, and a staff member waited for me to make sure that I could get my room key. I appreciated that very much !!

I have stayed here 2 times, and would stay again.

I stayed at this hotel because i thought it would be convenient to have an airport shuttle easily since taxis are expensive to get around... welll i was wrong... the shuttle only works 5am - 10 am and 5pm -10 pm, so my flight that came in at 1130am i had pay to get to the hotel. i asked for a shuttle to the airport so i can take the bus to downtown but the recpetionist said walk to the train station its close and it's only 3 stops. She was correct but the train system in France is horrible and always on strike! Nobody seems to be helpful in any way..... The reviews says there is wireless internet.... only in the reception area... if you bring a laptop you can use the cable in the room and have internet, i only had my phone since i was only there for 2 days, so i had to go downstairs to check my emails. The rooms are small but the beds are comfy, the kitchen helped us alot since there is nothing close by to eat.

Night of horror

I arrived after 11 pm to the hotel without cell phone. There were nobody around to help. The gate and a key were found only with a help of other kind customers. Attempts to make reservation for an early morning taxi failed using the phone calls of other customers. I was forced to get out and walk to the next hotel Holiday Inn where I got a help. Most signs are written in French and calls are not returned at night. There was no emergency phone booth for those of us who forget or lost their cell phone.

Expedia must worn customers about this dead-locked hotel.

Don't arrive after hours

There's no desk clerk at night, so we had to use a code to get in--but staff had sent us the wrong code. We only got in because a regular guest, fluent in French, appeared and was able to argue with the staffer over the phone to obtain the correct code. The next morning, the shuttle bus driver promised he would return to take us to airport, but when we got to reception we were told he'd come and gone again. Staffer responsible for incorrect code was nice about it and called cab for us--her co-worker was cold and unfriendly.

A full kitichenette was very helpful. Rooms were basic, but large and comfortable. NO wifi at all in the rooms and there was no TV programming in English. The Ikea of hotels

Distance from everything is the problem here. No place to eat, except certain dinner hours at another hotel. Shuttle only runs to the airport and only a couple times a day. WiFi worked. Little kitchenette was nice. Futon type beds were comfortable. We had a nice little suite. Odd that hall lights don't turn on til you're halfway down the hall in the dark. Clerk had very little English, despite her youth.

You are better off at the Ibis Budget

I normally stay at the Ibis Budget (used to be called the Etap) but thought I would try this hotel as a change of scenery. Bad idea. The reception is only open a few hours each day at strange times. I saw one woman waiting two hours to check in! The shuttle bus to the airport also operates strange hours. You can't walk to the airport due to main roads in the way. I ended up hiring a car for four days. The bed was uncomfortable and creaky. The wifi didn't work in the rooms. All in all head to the Ibis Budget instead. It is basic but clean and the wifi works. Also walkable to the airport.

Bare bones hotel does the Job

This was a very basic hotel, but it was fine for what we needed, which was a one night stay near the airport. The room and hotel were very clean and had everything we needed in the room. The receptionist was very nice and helpful while she was there, allowing us to check in early, and sending the airport shuttle to pick us up at the airport even though it was between typical check in and check out times.

The disappointing things about the stay were that the hotel is in the middle of nowhere near the airport. There is no place to eat and a cab ride into Marseilles would have been 55 euros each way, so we ended up ordering pizza in to the hotel. The front desk staff is only there from 7am to 8:30 pm with a long break for lunch from 12 to 3pm. Also their airport shuttle doesn't start running until 6am, and we had to leave at 5, but that seemed typical for the other airport hotels as well. There was no phone for hotel guests to use, which would have been nice since our cab ride fell through in the morning and we had to run down the street to the nearby Holiday Inn to get in contact with another cab service (also beware that at 5am there was only one cab driver that was going around to all of the area hotels). I would recommend this hotel if you have your own car, if you have a cell phone that works in France, if you will be leaving late enough to use the airport shuttle, or you are absolutely certain that you have a cab reserved to get you to the airport in the morning.

It's convenient for the last night's stay before flight departure. It took couple of tries to find the place even with GPS. The room is basic but maintained well. There is no AC, but OK during our stay since it wasn't hot. It's a little noisy as our room was right above the hotel entrance door and several people talked loud til late night. I was a bit unprepared to find that there is no hair dryer in the room. The microwave in the room is definitely a plus for us without the need to go out searching for eateries.

There was no way to get in to the hotel as the outside gate was locked. There was no staff at the hotel as we arrived in the evening. We were only able to access the site because someone happened to be standing outside at the time smoking. There is no shuttle to the airport, and we had to take a very expensive taxi. All of the other hotels near the airport offered free shuttles. I would NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Situated very close to the Marseille airport, this is a great place to stay if you have an early flight. It was just a few minutes' drive to the airport and was very close to the major highways leading to Marseille, Arles and other tourist destinations. There are a self-service laundry and snack vending machines on the premises. It's best suited to confident, self-reliant travelers with minimal needs. The neighborhood is industrial and very quiet on the weekends, but the property is well-secured with a locked parking lot and entrance.

1/ A mon arrivée, aucun code de déverrouillage pour récupérer les clés ne m'a été transmis, et le numéro mis à disposition était injoignable, un client de l'hôtel m'a heureusement dépanné pour récupérer la clé.
2/ La clé en question n'ouvrait pas ma chambre, impossible de déverrouiller la porte, là aussi le numéro d'urgence était injoignable, 3 appels au moins avant d'avoir une personne, qui me mettait en attente plusieurs minutes.
3/ Après presque 1h d'errance dans les locaux, l'hôtel m'a affecté une chambre de secours, dans un état déplorable : sale, avec du matériel défectueux, et surtout une ventilation et un frigo assourdissants qui m'ont obligé à passer une nuit blanche.
4/ De nuit, le portail reste grand ouvert, et j'ai pu assister en direct à une tentative d'effraction sur un fourgon.

Lorsque j'ai remonté ces informations à l'accueil présent le matin, ces derniers n'en ont strictement rien à faire, vraiment je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel même à mon pire ennemi !

Après avoir lu les nombreux commentaires négatifs, notamment sur la propreté, en prévision, nous avons été jusqu'à prendre notre désinfectant et nos chiffons dans nos valises...
À la réception, la personne de l'accueil nous a rassurés et nous a dit que des progrès étaient en cours. Et, en effet, le séjour a été agréable, même si des améliorations sont à apporter (par exemple, la présence d'un détecteur de fumée).

Un bon rapport qualité prix.

Appartement très pratique et proche de l’aéroport. Bien équipé ( bouilloire, cafetière classique) alors que ce n’était pas spécifiquement mentionné dans la description.
Bémol : trop de tâches sur les murs ( on se demande comment les clients arrivent à faire ça !), un bon lavage serait bienvenu.
Literie confortable.

Ensemble correct mais sont pas capables de te sortir la facture globale car la resa a été faite sur une plate-forme alors que l’ensemble des hôtels où je me rends chaque soir de chaque semaine sont capables de me fournir la facture globale. Résultat je ne serai pas remboursé, donc service nul

Bien pour 1 ou 2 jours de passage

Un peu déçu par le rapport qualité/prix, la chambre ne mérite pas plus de 100€/nuit, 30€ de plus c'est un peu abusé, malgré la proximité de l'aéroport qui est le seul vrai bon point. On a passé 2 nuits, heureusement silencieuse, et un bon lit, mais la clim est bruyante et pas très efficace. La chambre était propre. Certains équipements sont usés et quelques prises électriques ne fonctionnent pas.

Nice experience.

It was nice area, need car to stay there, or call Uber taxi. No public transport. But room were very clean. Common toilets, kitchen basic, need to out 10 to 15 km for food. Cost of the room was moderate.

Sitio alejado no hay nadie en recepción pasada corta horas ..olía mal la habitación el chico de recepción el sábado poco amable y el desayuno no había café nos dijeron que había una máquina y l que lo compráramos no me pareció normal
