Les appartements sont propres, bien agencés et fonctionnels, ce qui rend le séjour confortable. La présence d’une borne de recharge est également un vrai plus, surtout pour les voyageurs en véhicule électrique.
En revanche, l’accueil pourrait être amélioré : le personnel s’est montré peu courtois, ce qui est dommage car cela influence la première impression.

After checking in I was informed there would be no Wifi in the room since gypsies stole telecom cables of the hotel.

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble, juste dommage que nous avons pas été informé à l’avance, même pour les personnes qui avaient réservé plusieurs semaines avant la date d’arrivée que les bornes de réseau mobile et wi-fi ont été saccagé ce qui fait que tout le long du séjour. Nous étions sans téléphone et qui fallait sortir de l’établissement pour pouvoir effectuer un appel ou recevoir un message. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas pas eu de geste commercial réel, et pas une simple annulation sans frais et un remboursement de différence pour que l’on puisse trouver un Hotel dans la précipitation.

Très bonne expérience, face à la forêt dans laquelle la balade est très appréciable.

Dans l’ensemble notre séjour était très agréable dans votre établissement. Seul bémol, le ménage ! ( la responsable nous a indiqué que le ménage n’était fait que, tout les 7 jours autant vous dire que la chambre n’a jamais été faite car nous y sommes restés 5 nuits) et le changement de serviettes tout les 3 jours. Arrivée le samedi changement fait que le mardi!!!! Mais , heureusement le monsieur de l’accueil ( merci à lui d’ailleurs) a été compréhensif et a compris qu’une famille avec enfants avait besoin de plus de serviettes (propre).

Imagine a nursing home was turned into a cheap hotel. I was called 5 hours before check in to say the AC wasn’t working. Pool looks cuter in the pics, in real life it’s packed and not very nice. The room was clean and functional.

Hôtel très bien équipé dans un coin isolé et calme. En revanche une panne d'électricité totale depuis l'arrivée jusqu'au départ à gâché le séjour. Ma note ne sanctionne pas l'incident indépendant de la volonté de l'hôtel mais sa gestion. Des chambres ont été alimentés à 22h00 par groupe électrogène mais pas la mienne, pas de proposition de changement de chambre, pas de communication. Pas de geste commercial, et les produits laitiers du frigo qui affichait 23 degrés le soir étaient toujours dans le frigo la matin qui affichait cette fois 3 degrés au petit déjeuner. J'ai préféré ne pas prendre de petit dejeuner. Aucun membre de la direction à 6h30 pour gérer la clientèle. A conditions exceptionnelles, mesures exceptionnelles.

This not a normal hotel, it is a converted retirement home. Our reserved room had a bed on mezzanine. That was unacceptable. After confronting the manager, he begrudgingly gave us another room, this one a handicapped room.

No stores or restaurant close by, so you have to have a car. We did not have breakfast there, which was $13 pp at the time.

Arrivée dans la chambre avec une odeur d'égout sur le coup ça allait puis après être sorti jusqu'à 23h00 l'odeur était dans toutes la chambre impossible de dormir a la limite de vomir le lendemain je vais a l'accueil et on me dit que toutes les chambres ont le même problème ce qui fut un mensonge bref on a dû mettre de l'huile essentielle un peu partout pour que ça soit un minimum vivable ont nous a changé la chambre pour la dernière nuit il n'y avait plus l'odeur mais le canapé lit était une véritable horreur impossible de s'asseoir dessus car il ne ce fermait pas correctement sûrement casser la plaque de cuisson ne fonctionnait pas la clim qui ne monte pas dans la mezzanine des trous de cigarettes dans la couverture des serviettes sale un vrai scandale ont nous a offert un petit déjeuner pour le dérangement mais même ça c'était une blague la personne qui s'occupe du petit déjeuner devrait apprendre a sourire et regarde les gens de façon correcte ont a l'impression de la déranger plusieurs personnes ce sont plaints des odeurs et un couple a même décidé de ne pas rester aucun dédommagement sous prétexte que c'est déjà payé une honte le responsable a tout essayé pour nous rendre le séjour un peu plus agréable mais franchement la direction devrait être responsable de tout ça ce cacher derrière ses employés et pire que tout les pauvres je l'ai plaints les obliger a mentir au client je déconseille très fortement de séjourner chez eux

This property is very hard to find and out of the way of most things.There is a Disco tech located on the other side of the fence which played loud music until late in night, As a reseidencey property they have nothing in the room, not even coffee filters, Very difficult to recommend this property.

Hardware was great. It has a quite large bed (probably king size), good quality of mattress, stable hot shower and air conditioning (fast in cooling the room). Garden within the facility looks fabulous and nice outdoor seating space (some were drying their clothes there). Laundry facility was easy to use and the function is not bad (sometimes we need to dry our clothes for a few more minutes for better condition). You can only use these facilities before 9:30pm). You can also walk to a nearby pond, which has good natural scenery, frogs and dragonflies.
The downside was the wifi security & connection issue. When I log in online, it keeps telling me that the wifi router was hacked so I can't access some of the websites. I had an issue with my flight and it was impossible to access the website using the wifi. I had to use my 4G instead, which I needed to buy more data. The phone connection was unstable as well, so if you have an emergency phone call and needs a long time of waiting (like an airline customer service), you probably need to drive or walk down for a better connection.

My laptop and cash was stolen during my one night stay. The receptionist tried to help but gave me an outdated address to the police station. Since then he's reviewed the surveillance video they have of the inside of the hotel ( no video of the terrace since it's illegal).

The hotel in a nice location not far from Marseille if you have a car, its next to a forest so great for going for a walk. Rooms have the small kitchen so great for preparing your own food and a just a few minutes away by car are super markets, shops and restaurants. very relaxed and nice place to stay with plenty of parking

A very enjoyable stay. Front of desk were friendly and helpful. Modern, clean room and a lovely pool to relax. My only criticism was that I had a corner room with no terrace and it's a little out of the way from the local amenities. But overall I would definitely recommend as a base to visit the region.

Taking a pre paid for break. Big mistake as would have preferred to move on earlier. Hotel situation not ideal but hotel itself was clean and tidy. Swimming pool was very pleasant, heated and plenty of sun loungers. Main criticism was that it would have been good to have had the room cleaned at least once during the week. My wife had to ask for a broom and do it herself. Staff OK. Would we stay again? Probably not because of location.

One night stay before our flight home
Brand new hotel with a very large pool in a quiet forested area. It was very hard to find (You need to use Google maps - Not the car GPS). Also be careful with the traffic as you approach the hotel. You essentially go through the parking area of a very busy sports center in order to access this hotel. Otherwise, a good stay - very close to the Marseille airport. We really enjoyed the pool and the quiet, natural surroundings.

Location is next to a retail park, but away from noise with good access to motorways. Room was modern, clean and bright. Kitchenette could have done with better utensils, but that’s being pedantic. Some building works in surrounding area though didn’t distract from the stay. Pool was refreshing in 30c heat. For the price, I highly recommend as a base camp to explore surrounding area or long weekend away.

Neither Expedia nor the property warned us that the address would not lead us to the property. Thus, we wasted an hour on that. While driving in circles, we found a Kyriad Hotel that couldn’t give us directions, but just the phone number. Our European SIM card does not allow phone calls, so we had to use expensive cellular to call. The hotel lady said the address wouldn’t work, to put in the name. We did that and were sent on a 45 minute wild goose chase that still failed to locate the property. Then she told us to put in the name of a nearby business, but that took us even farther away. Earlier, in the village, there was a sign with the name of her property and an arrow. When we described that location she said it was not in the village, but in a commercial district. She then gave us another business name, but when we pulled that up on internet, we found several of them. As it had now been 3 hours, we decided we better find another hotel. We have only had good experiences with AirBnb and VRBO and will only use them from now on.

Great new Kyriad property
This is an excellent hotel, a new concept for Kyriad, I think there are only 3 more places like it in France. I have been staying elsewhere locally for the last 2 years and wish I had found this place earlier - it only opened in July 2017. Set in woods adjacent to a large retail park there are lots of local restaurants and attractions plus the mountains and coast around the Marseille area are all within very easy reach.
