The checking was great. Front desk was super friendly
The check out was horrible 4:30 am front desk different guy was rude when we ask if we could turn or the coffee machine,
kept the main gate close we rang the bell a few time… our uber wanted to leave I had to run back inside couldn’t find the guy for a solide 5 minutes ( you know Ubers don’t wait that long) he was hiding in the back on the phone.

The hotel decor is quirky. The staff and shuttle are great as is the breakfast buffet. The room was a bit weak: No refrigerator, 1 pillow per bed, only 1 hand towel for 2 people, no shampoo, conditioner, nor lotion.

Arrived at the hotel with a lot of luggage. No luggage trolley so had to do two trips. The lady behind the desk was helpful and apologetic that the room was in the other block of the hotel and very far away. Had to cart up a few steps too. Got to the room, unbearably hot. The AC was useless and the room was 32 degrees! Didn’t even get under the duvet or into the bed because it was so hot. No water, fridge, tea/coffee facilities. The room was just too hot. Breakfast was also awful. People mauling the food and poor selection. Never again! Complained about the room to the morning staff and she couldn’t care less. Not even an apology.

An ok place to stay before / after a trip

The hotel had a nicely decorated and modern reception and cafe area. The garden was not quite as nice as pictured online, and the hotel is in the middle of an industrial area, surrounded by main roads.
The rooms were ok- beds quite hard and no facilities to make tea, coffee, nor a fridge / mini bar.
The breakfast was tasty and nice- that gets 4*! Traditionally French.
About 8 minute drive from the airport.

Super Shuttle Bus and Cheerful Friendliness

The staff are excellent in this hotel and the shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel is great. We enjoyed the little pool and the hotel is very well set up for children too. It is cheerful and clean with space for them to run around. The table football and pool table were well used and the rooms are nicely organised. I would say this is a strong 3 star hotel and is suitable for a 1 or 2 night stay. Would recommend this convenient and nice place.

This was a great hotel, loved the updated theme. The check-in staff let us have our room early and that was greatly appreciated.

The only reason why I gave the staff a 3 star is because the women in the dining/bar was so unprofessional and rude to us when ordering an afternoon drink. She rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed. Then when we returned to the RESTAURANT for food, because that is what a restaurant serves, she told us that all they had was pizza. Since there was no dining around, we said that would be fine. AGAIN---she huffed and puffed and walked over and grabbed this sandwich-board menu and aggressively slammed it down in front of our table---I was so flabbergasted that we got up and went to our rooms and UBERed in Subway. Her manger needs to speak to her about customer service, my husband thinks SHE IS THE MANAGER---if she is, the owners need a performance review immediately. Her rating would be ZERO stars.

We did not enjoy our stay at this hotel. It started off badly when the shuttle driver picked us up at the airport. The driver drove too fast and seemed reckless as he nearly hit another car when exiting the airport.
The hotel looked very tired and dirty. The carpet in the hallways had multiple stains that looked like vomit. The carpet in the room felt dirty but you couldn't tell there were stains because of the dark color. The bathroom was ancient and the toilet was awful. It barely functioned and it took many flushes to clear the bowl.
There was no coffee or kettle in the room. The hotel did have a coffee machine in the restaurant and we thought we could get tea or coffee during the day but the machine was turned off after breakfast. When we asked about getting tea after breakfast, the employee working in the restaurant yelled at us.
The food in the restaurant was barely passable.
The only positive was that the outdoor area was ok.
This was the worst hotel that we have ever stayed at.

This is a budget hotel that I booked for 1 night as I had an early flight the next morning. All I was expecting was a clean room and a restaurant to grab a drink and a quick bite to eat. The entire hotel is desperately in need of a renovation which wouldn’t be so bad if it was clean but all the carpets are worn and dirty. My room looked like it might have flooded at some point with water stained baseboards, bleached out carpeting, etc. The bathroom shower had mold growing in it and there was a big patch of what looked like black mold on the bathroom wall near the floor. The entire hotel had some cheesy 70’s airport/airplane motif. The restaurant only offered a buffet dinner option and it looked so unappealing that I walked to a grocery store down the road. No one else was in the restaurant and the pizza options that were advertised were not available for some reason. I knew that the shuttle did not start service in the morning in time for me to use it but I was not expecting to have to pay 30 Euros for a taxi. I could have used that money to upgrade and stay elsewhere that was actually near the airport. I booked this stay so I have no one else to blame. Very disappointing experience.

The convenience of an airport shuttle was not worth the misery of trying to sleep with no air conditioning. We opened the windows, which do not have screens, to get some air but the room was soon infested with mosquitoes! It was the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced.

This is family with children friendly property. It is clean and quiet. It is perfect to overnight to take a flight next day. Breakfast is varied. We told front desk that we needed to be at the airport by 6:00 am so they prepared breakfast by 5:00 am. They took is to the airport.

The air conditioning was on the fritz during our stay and it was too warm (and a bit humid) in our room. And, we woke up w a giant bug on the wall despite no windows open. The restaurant only served one option for dinner and the bartender did not understand English. The hotel is super tidy and had a pool, billiards and foosball table. The free airport shuttle, free parking and free (Continental) breakfast were what prompted our decision to stay there and on those 3 things, it delivered.

More or less, a typical night before long flight stay. Place was kind of run down. I called ahead to ask if they had a restaurant, because I knew with my travels for that day, I would not have a chance to eat. They answered, \"Yes, we have a restaurant.\" Only to find out when I arrived in late afternoon that it opened at 7 PM. Well, in this industrial park-like environment, I walked to a small grocery store instead to buy something to eat, because I had to get up really early to catch my 21-hour flight. The young people at the front desk and the shuttle worked well. What more, well, except food perhaps, could I ask for? Served its purpose.

Had a very pleasant night here with the family. Staff were very genuine warm and helpful. The amenities are great for the price and the pool was a hit with the kids. Food was excellent. Our air conditioning did not work and we mentioned this, despite a very caring response and assurance, it was no fixed which made for a hot night. A Convenient Hotel for Flights out of the Airport

The hotel is convenient to the airport but the local area is industrial so you are remote from restaurants, and shops. The hotel is clean and tidy, the staff were very helpful and could speak some English which was helpful. The food in the on site restaurant was okay. The hot water was off for some reason the next morning so we ended up taking cold showers before leaving for the airport.

I don't know why this hotel gets such good reviews. The nicest thing about it is the staff (very friendly) and the lobby area (lots to do for kids). The restaurant was \"ok\" but the menu is limited and expensive for what it is and the time to serve was LONG. The room felt very small to me and very basic. No extras...no soap, no nice little shampoo and conditioner, no hand cream, etc. All those little extras that one often enjoys when staying in a hotel. You really felt that they chose all the cheapest ways to offer the basics and save money (including the toilet paper which was extremely rough). Although the room has carpet it feels like there is no padding underneath, making it very hard. The pool ended up being much smaller than it appears on the photo and it was full (no chairs and too many people) so we did not end up using it. I was traveling with my elderly handicapped mom and they gave us a room that was very far from the elevator. It literally took us 30 minutes to get to the room because I had to handle the baggage, my young son and my mother. I have no idea why they have one elevator for a hotel of this size or why it is not near the main entrance. I asked to change rooms at one point, but they didn't have any other rooms to offer except smaller rooms. To their credit, the staff were very friendly! I have stayed in hotels all over the world-from very basic to very luxurious, this was worth about 1/2 the price we paid unfortunately.

After a delayed flight and a long queue to collect our hire car and rather then drive 3 hours to our final destination we (2 families - 4 adults 4 children) arrived at this hotel, late Saturday night.
Reception and bar staff were very friendly offering bar snacks, buckets of crisps and peanuts as the kitchen had closed for an evening.
Rooms were clean and beds extremely comfortable.
Continental breakfast was good.
We all agreed that we would use this hotel again as a stopover next year

A hotel for the airport so the area is not one for tourists however it is far enough away so as not to be too noisy. Room was spacious and clean.
Onsite restaurant was reasonable with a set menu. Staff polite and friendly.
Only real gripe was that it was very busy at breakfast and choice was a little limited (it's never good to have to wait for my first coffee of the day) but the food was fresh and no complaints about the quality.
Perfect for my one night stop over before flying out in the morning.

Solid option for a Marseille airport overnight!!

We needed a place to stay for one night near the airport...the hotel shuttle (you call for it at a kiosk in the airport or at the hotel shuttle sign) was prompt...the location is in an industrial park without restaurants but the hotel restaurant had good meal options (they called them “snacks”...but the paella, salad and bread snack was a meal for us in a clean dining area overlooking a nice pool). The breakfast was a buffet with plenty of options and all the fresh squeezed OJ you could drink...The colorful utilitarian room was clean and a bit larger than your average European airport hotel...Overall, we felt this was a very good overnight option at a decent price! Ps...we did not have children but they had an inside play area for kids

HUGE problem with bill. At check-in, my credit card was debited (with my authorization) for the stated rate plus 3 X 3 EUR Taxe de Sejour (plus small City Tax) AND another 3 EUR for Taxe de Sejour ! Was told by reception desk that children don't get charged the tax. So, hotels.com charged me 3 Taxes de Sejour and the hotel charged me a fourth - for 2 paying adults. Hotels.com was wrong to charge for child and hotel was wrong to charge an additional tax ! Very unsatisfactory.

Won't beat this hotel for the money!

This was an excellent hotel for one night pre-flight from Marseille. For the price, I'm not sure it can be beaten. The room (a family room, with large double bed plus a sofa bad and single bed) was comfortable and clean and had all that we needed for the night. The bed was super-comfy and we had a great night's sleep. The breakfast offering was absolutely fine - there was even a fresh orange juicing machine, which we hadn't expected on this budget. Staff friendly and helpful, with complementary transfers to and from the airport on demand. Pool was an added bonus, although it was Very cold! All in all, an excellent stopover and I'd recommend it.
