I have booked a room.for me and my friend and I speceficly requested 2single beds, when we arrived the receptionist said that I booked a room with double bed, she kept arguing with me despite me showing her my email that stated 2 single beds. The receptionist was very unhelpful and rude.

Les dames de l'accueil le sont très gentilles et serviables mais la propreté laisse a désirer lorsque j'ai retiré le draft housse pour le secouée il y avait des tâche de sang sur chaque face du matelas,le matin les couloirs sont bruyants la nuit aussi le directeur est pas très honnête bref séjour très moyen pour le prix sans conté les chambres sont très petites

Hôtel avec prix très raisonnable mais bruyant par les autres « locataires «  et surtout photo complètement trompeuse … pas du tout pres de la mer mais dans une zone commerciale et aucun panneau pour l’accès ! GPS obligatoire !

Une seule nuit a Marseille

Une nuit de transite a Marseille avant de prendre le bateau pour Alger, chambre très petite mais propre et serviable avec un petit déjeuner copieux. Hôtels en dehors de la ville de Marseille mais qui offre beaucoup de choix de shopping a côté.

Chambre simple et propre et lit peu confortable.Petit hic , toilette et douche degueulasse, des excrements dans les douches et toilettes en pire par le non respect des occupants, parking non sécurisé squatté par des personnes étrangères qui entre avec des fourgons, qui ne sont pas prévus a cette effet et qu’ils se servent sans payer. J’étais obligé d’intervenir sur cette action

Très très deçu, fuyez...

Le pire c'est pour trouver l'hotel , l'adresse afficher sur le site vous mène nul part , on se retrouve perdu. Toilette et douce commune , tres salle. Distributeur de boisson en panne , portail de sorti en panne.c'est un hotel de galère. Pas moyen de contacter directement l'hotel, numéros affiché sur le site c'est un central payant , on nous fait attendre , nous poser mille question qui sont nulle sans pouvoir nous renseigné sur notre situation. Je déconseille vivement.
Pourtant on à déja réservé le F1 ailleur . On était satisfait au même prix...

La porte de la chambre ne s ouvrais pas, Seat sale , Clim de fonction pas , j’avais demander une chambre avec un lit double c était deux lits double ! J’ai fuit et j’ai demander un remboursement et j’ai étais dans un autre hôtel !

bien dormi mais déçue

Une climatisation trop forte dans la chambre et qui ne peut être réglée (j'en ai gagné une angine) des chambres mal insonorisées, et j'avais réservé une chambre avec salle de bain intégrée, à l'arrivée je me suis retrouvée avec la chambre sans salle de bain, je reçois une facture au prix de la chambre basique mais je suis bien prélevée le montant de la chambre avec salle de bain.
Obligation de contacter le service client... perte de temps .

J'ai réservé sans faire attention que la douche et WC été pas dans la chambre soit très propre donc pas de problème mais part contre pas de serviette fournis avec la chambre très dommage. Sont elle payante ?

Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel !

Hôtel mal fréquenté et le réceptionniste \"No comment \".

Mauvaises odeurs (cigarettes et ...) dans la chambre et dans les couloirs.

Pendant qu'on était en train de voir la chambre, nous avons entendu des fortes frappes sur une porte (WC/douche peut-être).

Vu l'état de la chambre ainsi que l'accueil que nous avons eu. Nous sommes repartis aussitôt (après 5-10 minutes) quoique la réservation était non remboursable). À fuir et à ne pas recommander du tout !*

Nous arrivons avec une réservation avec bien notifié dans le mail inclus dans la chambre salle de bain avec douche. Une fois arrivé on ne veut nous donner qu’une chambre sans douche. Besoin de payer un supplément de 10€ pour avoir une chambre convenable alors que c’est bien bien notifié noir sur blanc sur la confirmation par mail.
A part ça, c’était correct.

Chambre minuscule, salle de bain minuscule, même pas de serviette pour se sécher.
Du sang dans les escaliers de l'hôtel.
Une odeur à vomir dans le couloir.
Les chambres ne sont même pas insonorisés.
Le petit-déjeuner n'en parlons pas.
Pour avoir payé 60€, je ne recommande vraiment pas cet hôtel.

Ma compagne et moi avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel.
Nous sommes arrivés tard, au environ de 1h30 du matin, mais une personne été à l'accueil pour nous accueillir,avec professionnalisme.
Chambre propre,pas de points négatifs, à part les sanitaires communs, mais pour 36€, c'est acceptable.

Probléme avec la réservation par internet et toujours des paiments sur place alors que je l'avait fait plusieurs jours avec ticket de cb à l'appui ,heureusement.
Tout cela apris une heure et demi.
C'est fini.Domage.Personnel nouveau et formation d'une heure,cela veut tout dire.
