Great service from the receptionist. Lovely big room with floor to ceiling windows let in lots of light. In a great location to explore Carry and the harbour. Free Wi-Fi was easy. You have to ask for a hairdryer and return it on checkout.

OK room, heartless management
The hotel has good-sized rooms, with a kitchenette. I had booked the room for two nights, but due to a flight delay I only needed one. I called hotels.com which said I would have to speak to the property manager. She flatly refused to refund the one night, never offering even a free breakfast. A cup of coffee from the pot in the lobby cost another 2€! Also, there is noone in attendance at the front desk from 10am til 3pm, or after 8 at night. If I ever am in Carry again I'll stay elsewhere.

Charming hotel right outside of Marseille.
Carre Le Rouet is such a lovey place. This hotel is perfectly located and is a 5 minute walk down to the marina where there are waterfront restaurants. Our room was really big with an efficiency kitchen and a nice terrace so you could sit outside. I would request a high floor and a room facing the front so you could possibly have a view. Otherwise, the rooms are really comfortable.

Close to nothing. Stairs outside quite difficult. Room so small that we had to use the toilet sideways otherwise your knees hit the wall. The TV did not work at all and there was no one to contact - when I told them the next morning that I felt I needed some kind of discount - of course no one could speak English. I had a regular and superior room for 4 people. Breakfast not worth the cost. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Very Nice - Very French
This place was very good value for what we paid (about 70 Euro/night). We were pleasantly surprised that there was a small kitchenette which allowed meals out to be a treat rather than a necessity. The hotel is an easy walk to the marina and beach (in this area there are very small beaches - more just waterfront). The area is extremely French oriented and so as English-speaking-only we had small challenges but that added to the charm for us. We also enjoyed the breakfasts of croissants, cerial, yogurt, cheese, ham, juices, and coffee at 10 euro per day (fairly good value for this area). There are nice walks along the Mediterranean coats nearby that we also enjoyed. Staff were very warm and friendly despite our language barrier.

A welcome relief
Our first glimpse of Residence Adriana brought a sigh of welcomed relief. Sparkling from its perch of the hill at the edge of the town, (still close to everything), the exterior promised the excellence inside. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable with tons of light from the offset french doors to the Juliette balcony. Opening these made the entire room feel like your terrace. The only drawbacks to us were the faulty air conditioner, the lack of a hair dryer, and the split bath. The gal running the desk was extremely helpful, professional, and warm. Convenient parking too!

Résidence agréable bien qu'un peu désuète. Propre et bien placée. Plusieurs studios, dont le nôtre, à flanc de colline donc potentiellement 1 ou 2 insectes à l'intérieur. Mais comme nous aimons la nature cela ne nous a pas du tout dérangés.

Le pire établissement ou j’ai étais et le plus cher, chambre minuscule et tout simplement aucun service, les photos sur le site étais prometteuse mais n’avais rien à voir avec l’établissement a l’intérieur, parking dans la rue en face d’un cimetière et compliqué pour trouver de la place, la chambre à laquelle on a eu le droit étais tout simplement une honte pour le prix…la douche fonctionnait pas correctement, la fenêtre donner vu sur de la roche, la sale de bain et le coin « cuisine » étais vieillot…

Déçue pour ce séjour, chambre insalubre, plafond salle de bain tout cloque et même troué, suite à un dégât des eaux, je pense. Clim défectueuse, pourtant nécessaire à cette époque( juillet) et enfin toile sous sommier déchirée et en lambeaux. Le ménage bof!!! Pas de rangement dans la salle de bain. Dommage, très bel établissement vu de dehors, Mais à l’intérieur ça se dégrade. J’ai fais une réclamation voilà bientôt 3 semaines, aucune réponse. Pas sérieux!!!!

großes Zimmer mit großer Terasse, gemütlich, ausreichend Parkplätze, gut gelegen. Man zahlt für alles extra und die Anweisungen und Regeln sind sehr streng geschrieben. Die Rezeption ist nur bis 20 Uhr besetzt, ohne Code kommt man dann nicht ins Zimmer, also vorher Mail schreiben!

Nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour la mer proche et pour la chambre spacieuse annoncée (studio 25 m2). Superbe façade qui devient moins belle quand vous avez monté les 38 marchés avec vos bagages. Hall d'accueil passablement fatigué avec un parfum d'eaux usées. Pour ce qui concerne le \"studio\", il est très exigu avec vue sur la terre de la colline. Sans mentionner le règlement de l'établissement qui rappelle que tout les manquements seront sanctionnés financièrement .... bref la prochaine fois, on passera notre chemin.

1 nuit passée dans ce bel hôtel seulement et nous allons y retourner.
La chambre avec terrasse est très grande et très lumineuse, la salle de bain également. Tout est conçu pour laisser passer un fauteuil roulant sans difficultés.
Le site est très calme et la nuit peut l'être également si les voisins sont calmes !

personnel d'accueil sympathique, mais le niveau d'équipement de l'appart-hotel décevra les habitués (pas de saladier, pas de bouilloire, etc. ). C'est plus une chambre avec kitchenette qu'un appart-hotel. Le moins : il est clairement écrit s'il faut laisser la cuisine propre et faire la vaisselle, sous peine d'être facturé 50 €. ...Sauf qu'il n'y a pas d'éponger, ni produit vaisselle, et encore moins de torchon. Le kit ménage est proposé à 2,50 €. C'est assez peu élégant comme façon de faire.

Jolie escalier de verre pour accéder aux chambres mais avec au moins une dizaine de marché cassés. une forte odeur d'égout dans la chambre
une forte odeur d'égout venait des siphons ( ou plutôt de l'absence de siphons) du lavabo et de l'évier. La vaisselle mise à disposition était en mauvais état (couvercle cassé entre autre)
