I have never seen something like this, but there was nobody at the reception after 20.30, so we couldn't get in, and of course got no room. (It was prepaid.)
They said there is no issue, since I should have contacted them if I knew I'm going to arrive late :DDD

Hotel was easy to access from tram. Try to arrive in the daytime, because the hotel is a little hidden from the roadway. Obvious in the daylight, harder to find in night. Shopping nearby. Easy to self cater. Not many restaurants nearby. Good value.

Un conseil, fiez vous à tout les commentaires négatifs concernant cet établissement. J’en est pas tenue compte et j’aurais dû. Par quoi commencer ? L’arrivée sur place ; très mal indiqué sur le gps donc vous prendrez forcément pas la bonne sortie. Une fois trouvé aucune indication au préalable donc pas de code pour accéder au parking en notre possession par chance une adorable résidente nous le donne. À la réception on nous donne 2x des clefs de chambre pas encore nettoyer donc c’est partie pour les aller-retour étant chargé et épuisé du trajet c’était pas le top. Petit clin d’œil au personnel de ménage qui ont était adorable. Arrivé dans une chambre « nettoyée » (enfin) nous avons du faire notre lit car nouvelle règle dans l’établissement si vous voulez votre lit fait frais de draps 12€ ! La grosse blague du jamais vue. On me dit que ce n’est pas un hôtel mais plutôt comme un appart hotel mais ayant séjourné dans ce genre d’établissement je ne vois pas de ressemblance je n’est jamais fait mon lit en arrivant dans un appart city. Ayant pris moins d’une semaine ils étaient heureusement inclus car sinon il faut payer draps et serviettes. La chambre est sale, le matelas très fin donc bonjour les douleurs de dos, le claquement des portes à répétition.. il faut sortir vous même la poubelle.. La piscine est un plus certes mais une cour de récréation donc n’y comptez pas pour vous prélassé.Parking avec très peu de place donc si vous arrivez un peu tard bonne chance.Spa en supplément

J’ai payé pour 4 nuits et on est resté qu’une nuit pas d’accueil et quand on voit l’assistante désagréable qui nous dit qu’elle est fatiguée car elle a trop de pression et nous précise que l’établissement était une catastrophe avant.
Dans la chambre des odeurs d’égout manque de propreté rideaux sales et poussiéreux qui ne tient pas dont j’ai demandé le changement le matin mais ma requête a été ignorée et le soir rien n’était fait. Pas de couette et il nous demande de faire le ménage nous mêmes.

Bien que l'hôtel propose des prestations intéressantes, nous avons été très déçus :

Afin d'aérer quelques peu la chambre, nous cherchons à fermer le volet au soir pour ouvrir ensuite. Le volet ne se ferme pas. Nous le signalons à l'accueil. Quelqu'un passera le lendemain nous dit-on.
Le lendemain, la clim est réparée. Le volet ne l'a jamais été.
Autres problèmes : pas de lumières dans la cuisine, porte de la sdb difficile à ouvrir, aération bruyante et impossible à éteindre, couloirs et voisinage bruyants
Pour ce qui est des équipements, il y avait 1 verre pour deux...
À part cela, 2 rouleaux de PQ fournis, sinon il faut en racheter, pas d'eponge ni de liquide vaisselle. Prévoir aussi vos torchons.

Les photos ne sont pas la réalité. Pas assez de transat, ce qui signifie qu’il n’y a pas de possibilité d’aller dans la piscine

Quand nous sommes arrivés la réservation n'a pas été réservé a la bonne date. Moi j'ai réservé du mercredi 24 au lundi 29 juillet. Facture a l'appuie et hôtel. Com m'a réservé du jeudi 25 au mardi 30..
Heureusement que l'hôtel a pu s'arranger pour nous trouver une chambre pour mes dates réservée..
En autre nous avons eu un problème de serrure, donc chambre condamné pendant 24 h en attendant la réparation du serrurier !!
Bien sur nous avions une chambre de remplacement mais bien embêté de ne pas avoir nos affaires pendant tout ce temps. Ce qui nous as bloqué a l'hôtel.
J'aimerai avoir un geste commercial pour tout ses mauvaises nouvelles pendant nos vacances..

Je suis déçu de l’hôtel, cela ne ressemble pas exactement aux photos. L'hôtel n’est pas très propre, il y’avait des toiles d’araignées dans la chambre. De la moisissure sur le rebord de la douche, mise à part ça le personnel vraiment génial et très attentif 🙂

Une visite horrible : Arrivée tardive à la résidence, j'ai reçu toutes les informations au préalable pour accéder à mon appartement. N'ayant pas de place sur le parking intérieur, je me gare sur la dernière place disponible du parking extérieur à proximité d'une voiture occupée par 2 jeunes hommes inquiétants. A mon entrée dans la chambre, je suis accuillie par un premier cafard sur la cuvette des toilettes puis un deuxième au sol que j'écrase. Je me dirige ensuite vers la partie couchage ou je mon œil est attiré par le mouvement d'un cafard sur le bord du lit et je découvre un autre cafard mort près du lit puis un autre près de la lumière. J'ai donc décidé de quitter la résidence malgré l'heure tardive.

Déception au Terral géré par Vacancéole
Quand je suis arrivée le lundi vers 19h, ils n’avaient pas ma réservation. On m’a donné ma chambre, 2 éclairages sur 6 fonctionnaient, la télé n’avait que le son et pas d’image. Pas de mode d’emploi de la télé. Le lendemain soir un technicien est venu changer les ampoules défectueuses et a joué avec la télécommande jusqu’à ce que l’image réapparaisse ! Il n’a pas su me montrer comment il avait fait. Le lendemain et le jour suivant je n’ai pas eu à nouveau la télé et pas de technicien cette fois. Parties communes mal entretenues et sales. Le ménage de la chambre très relatif. WC mal nettoyé avec des taches brunes au fond de la cuvette, signe d’un ménage sommaire ! Le mercredi matin j’ai reçu un coup de fil de la réception me disant que je devais régler mon séjour que j’avais réglé d’avance et quand je suis arrivée le soir, après un bon moment attente, la nouvelle réceptionniste m’a dit que tout était OK pour elle.
À mon départ, je me suis rendue au local des poubelles à l’entrée de la résidence , les containers débordaient et le local était très mal odorant.Globalement j’ai été très déçue de ce séjour malgré le bon équipement du studio.

qualité de séjour difficile à définir dans cette résidence qui sert à la fois de résidence vacances et appart hotel pour étudiants et travailleurs. Le site Hotels.com est plutôt trompeur puisque le studio proposé est censé comporter une banquette-lit. En fait un studio est une simple chambre avec kitchenette aux équipements sommaires : pas de torchon, ni kit vaisselle proposé, un seul oreiller mou par occupant, pas de couvertures. Evitez la sombre chambre 017 au rez-de-chaussée qui distille un doux bruit lancinant de chaufferie plusieurs heures par jour. L'hotelier a néanmoins accepté de nous attribuer une autre chambre vacante après une nuit.
