Chambre parfaite, très propre. Bémol sur l'oreiller un peu trop épais et trop ferme, douleurs cervicales au réveil. Mais je ne doute pas que ça peut convenir à d'autres. Personnel très accueillant et souriant, excellent. Plutôt habitué à des hôtels face à la gare St Roch, les 20-25 minutes à pied pour rejoindre le Corum ne m'ont pas semblé insurmontables. Pas trop loin du centre. Bon établissement.

Appart'City was a great choice for us as a base for a week. The rooms were so clean with eco-friendly products. The kitchen was great so we could prepare small meals. It is close to public transport and easy access to the city centre. The staff were very kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to others to choose.

Accueil chaleureux, aimable et serviable de nuit comme de jour. Studio parfaitement bien équipé. Quartier calme et à proximité du tram avec parking dans le même bâtiment fort apprécié. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

Très passable prix trop cher en fx des prestas

Chambre d’hôtel, très très petite, ne pas se fier au mètre carré, car le couloir est très grand, mais la chambre était ridiculement petite. Pour un séjour de 23 jours on ne vous fait pas le ménage, on ne change pas les serviettes petit Passiaux extérieur un peu sale cendrier rempli à bord alors qu’il y a du personnel mais qu’il ne s’en occupe pas. J’ai fait une demande un soir, la personne de l’accueil (18/08/2025 18h environ)était sur son portable, ne m’a même pas regardé en me répondant assez sèchement.
Prix du petit déjeuner et du parking assez cher.
Refus de faire un brin de ménage ou de changer les serviettes lorsqu’on paye 100 € dans un petit hôtel comme celui-ci et très énervant est vraiment abusif.

On the plus side, having a kitchenette turned out to be a huge advantage - but I did not reserve the hotel because of this feature. However, the hallways are extremely dirty, gross. There are stains all over and they look dark and not welcoming. I was also disappointed that I did not receive the silver perk, even after I asked about it. The worst part is that in the hotel description it lists \"room cleaning upon request,\" but it turned out that it also has a surcharge of 25 euros! This should be disclosed up front! I needed to have clean towels, and they told me they would only change them if I brought the dirty ones to the reception. Not a very customer-service oriented approach.

The LESS than warm breakfast sausages and mushy to almost milky scrambled eggs left a lot to be desired.
Selection of breads was quite good. Cold cuts and cheese were nice.
Location was the biggest issue. Residential area with virtually nothing near by. Significant walk to any restaurant. There is a small grocery store 3 blocks away.
Main city square (egg shaped oval actually is 20 minute away through lots of construction. Will be nice when done but for now not so nice.
Priced a little high for location in my opinion. Would not likely recommend to my friends.
City of Montpellier is very nice with lots of history and charm. Uber service in town is very good.

They charged me extra, washing was a bit expensive

It was FINE, not great. The front desk was okay - they were a little weird - it was hard to figure out the washer and dryers. I had to go upstairs for 10 min. I said they should write all these directions down. Seemed like they ignored it. I saw another lady and she was up there asking for elp to. Just not efficient. They charged me 20 euro for - i cleaned and washed the dishes and left them on the side - so i guess for not putting them in the cabinet - they were wet. Next time just put wet dishes in the cabinet so you dont get charged

Very cramped studio but nice and clean

The property was recently refurbished and so everything was new and in good condition. The apartment was very cramped with the large bed dominating the whole room. We had to carefully walk around the bed. There was no space for a table, there was just a small ledge from the wall around a foot wide to fit a plate, but this was only for about 3 feet and the ledge narrowed down considerably to around 6 inches. I was very disappointed with the lack of space and even when the management was made aware of my feelings, no effort was made to contact me and acknowledge my disappointment.
We had an 8 night stay and the air conditioning stopped working twice. Both times it was over the weekend and nothing could be done until Monday. Thankfully the second time, they offered us a portable air cooler which was greatly appreciated.
The staff on reception were friendly and helpful. The stay was OK but very cramped.

Great little hotel close to the city centre

Stayed 3 nights, Friday to Monday , with 3 friends for a rugby game on Sunday.
Check in was easy with everything about Breakfast etc well explained.
Rooms were pleasantly well appointed, with the little kitchenettes and good shower rooms. Single Beds a little small but bearable for a short stay.
Breakfast was very pleasant, with hot scrambled eggs a nice surprise.
Great location only 10-15 mins to the city centre with all its bars, restaurants and shops.
Well recommended for a short stay in Montpelier.

Good location and has lots of facilities in room

We arrived at night so can just park outside on the street for free. The hotel has an underground car park too and it is relatively cheap at 7 euros. The location is good, just 10 minutes walk from the city center. It is also an apartment hotel so has cooking facilities with microwave, fridge, cooking hob etc. Great WiFi and TV has chromacast build in, so can get my Netflix stream on TV.

el hotel esta reformado y moderno, sin embargo no me gusto para nada la ubicación, esta muy alejado y para andar por la noche me dio sensación de inseguridad. Tampoco esta tan cerca de la estación por lo que elegiría otra alternativa (yo lo tome para estar cerca de la estación de trenes). No hacen aseo a diario, por que son \"departamentos\". Lo positivo es que esta todo moderno renovado.

ery clean apartment with parking on the outskirts

This s a n ideal stay if you like catering for yourself. It has obviously been recently renovated and it is very clean with good facilities. We chose it especially for the parking which was reasonable for 24hrs. It was a bit farther to wAlk into town than we expected but as long as you are fit it is walkable.

The apartment was modern, clean and spacious enough for four adults. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking but lacked space for preparation and did not have an oven, which reduced the types of meals you could cook. The WiFi was efficient and the televisions were modern and paired with our phones so we could watch Netflix. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good; a short walk from the tram or main station with a supermarket nearby.

Someone who travels a lot needs a place to stay calm and have a good time.
I think that clients should not be worried about cleaning kitchen or take rubbish to the
bin. I think that a visitor should feel calm and not worried about these.

I loved that the room was equipped with kitchen and the utensils for using it. The bathroom was clean and with towels, soap and body lotions.
I didn't used the morning buffet because I cooked inside the room.

Good location, just 5-8 minutes walk to the tram stop. Also close to the centre. The room is great, clean and so quiet. All is new so very comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Staff is very helpful and nice.

Modern Mini Hotel; staff need to be more engaged.

Hotel was modern, neat, in a good location 15 minutes walk from old city centre. Air conditioning was not working and at 30 degrees it was badly needed! Not fixed the 3 days we were there. We asked for a fan on the second night - impossible to sleep properly. We were told we could \"open the window\". Staff nice but not bothered about giving information about transport as said \"they didn't use public transport\". Completely unacceptable as their job is to assist the traveller surely? The garden was lovely although chairs very uncomfortable without cushions and there were less than one cushion per chair! Breakfast was offered as compensation for no air con which was above average continental style with eggs too.

Newly renovated, clean but small

It has newly renovated, everything is new (including bedding). Complete kitchenette, clean and nice. The room is a bit small. The air-conditioning was out of order for the entire building for the first night and need to open windows. Private car park is secured. Close to tram station, so we parked the car at the hotel and get around with trams/buses and convenient. Quiet neighborhood.

L'emplacement proche du centre ville est appréciable, l'appartement était plutôt calme même si certains clients se permettent de parler fort au téléphone sur les balcons.
Dans l'intitulé de la réservation, il était noté parking en libre service ce qui n'était pas le cas, on a dû payer le parking (24 euros).
