Room was comfortable and the AC worked well despite the heat outdoors. Arrived on the summer solstice - despite the tremendous party in the nearby park and city, it was very quiet around the hotel and in my room. If I have occasion to visit Montpellier again, I would stay here.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff. The immediate area outside is very quiet and there’s nothing to do, but a 5-10 minute walk through the park takes you right into the gorgeous center of the city. My only disappointment was the gym which is a so under equipped they might as well just not have one.

Malheureusement beaucoup de bruit la nuit du vendredi 16 au samedi 17 août impossible de dormir de 4h à 7h du matin !! Honteux ! Des gens qui se permettent de faire la foire dans les couloirs !!! Je n’avais jamais vécu cela dans un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Lovely comfortable hotel with added bonus of pool. Somewhere to relax, lunch (great menu) or have a drink. The street from town is 5 min walk to hotel which isn't the prettiest but we rarely found it empty as there's lots of people coming and going. Woukd recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a super montpellier break. It's our 3rd visit and will definitely be back.

On n’a pas eu le lit double demandé et quand on en a informé l’accueil sa seule réponse (ferme) à été qu’ils ne s’engagement pas sur le type de literie. J’ai dit qu’ils pourraient au moins prévenir, comme font traditionnellement les hôtels qui n’accèdent pas aux demandent de leurs clients. Elle m’a répondu qu’ils n’avaient pas à le faire puisqu’ils ne promettent rien. Évidemment, pas un seul geste commercial en compensation. Bref, très déçu. Par ailleurs, la vue est tout juste passable, avec une rue à l’arrière où il y a du passage. Nous avons été réveillés à 4h du mat par des fetards.

Nous étions dans une suite très agréable et spacieuse avec une belle terrasse hélas inaccessible à cause du vent… dommage qu’il n’y ait justement pas de pare vent! Sinon l’ensemble est confortable et le petit déjeuner est parfait en buffet et le personnel est souriant !

Bel hôtel mais piscine trop petite.
Bel hôtel excentré mais pas très loin de la place de la Comédie. Bon service, check in et check out rapide, personnel pro et sympa. Chambre spacieuse et literie de bonne qualité. Calme et agréable. Seul bémol : la piscine est très très petite et le personnel du bar ne nettoie pas les abords, les serviettes sales jonchent le sol. Nous sommes restés une semaine.

Chambre ok mais une petite bouteille d’eau pour 5 nuitées très moyen pour un 4 étoiles... et la grosse déception était la fréquentation de banlieue: parking sauvage devant l’établissement, serviettes de plage pendues au terrasse, port du masque pas respecté... à ce prix nous ne reviendrons pas

They had a technical problem, so the triple bedroom was not available, however they have proactively provided us with two bedrooms.
The breakfast was too crowded and unfortunately not all recomendations were being followed by the guests (we saw at least 2 people coffing and snizzing near the bread which was exposed). I believe the hotel could improve on the sanity measures and change the breakfast routine.

accueil un peu froid sans torp d'explications , accès au transat compliqué avec le covid pour un hotel avec ces prestations j'avais appelé 2 jours avant notre venue pour pouvoir réserver un transat pour le samedi on m'a dit que cela n'était pas possible résultat quand on arrive à l'hôtel on a pas de transat. sinon tout est propre et confortable.

Rooms and facilities are good but nothing too special. Reception staff were completely useless and inefficient. Spent 30 minutes wait to check in with only 2 other guests in the queue. Same at check-out. They need really do need to get Reception sorted out.

Booked via free night on hotels.com - Everything was \"Pre-Paid\" via the hotels.com website. Arrived at the hotel only to be told they wanted a €180 deposit for the room - Had an argument with reception about the deposit - No where via hotels.com indicated a deposit would be taken.

The check in process was a farce. We had arrived well after the suggested check in time and were sent to the pool whilst our room was prepared. They told us our room would be available after 3pm although we were not able to check in until after 5pm which then robbed us of time to explore Montpellier. The aircon was poor too. When got to the pool there far too few sunbeds. The photographs offered on hotels.com are beautiful in that they show the hotel in a much better light than the reality.

Everything was quite OK, except that I had a little surprise at checkout time. I had originally reserved the room for five nights and then by a separate reservation extended the stay by one more night in the same room for a total of six nights. At checkout, I was told that while breakfast was included for the first reservation for five nights, it was not included for the second reservation for one night. That was strange. I paid for the breakfast for the last night, but I am not sure if there was an error. Still couldn't find time to get it clarified with Hotels.com. Nevertheless, the hotel was good and we enjoyed the stay. Suggestions for improvement: 1. The breakfast service could be better organized; and 2. A coffee shop/snack bar will be a desirable addition especially considering that there are no such facilities nearby.

The location is OK but the hotel condition and service is bad. When my colleague and I got in, the only one lady at the reception was speaking to the phone and has been ignoring us for about 15 minutes without even looking at us. When she was finally finished and ready for us, another lady came out from the back office and we just realized there were more than one people at the reception who could have helped us check-in. I never encountered this before in so many crowne plaza hotels around the world, this is the worst I have. Hope Crowne Plaza can train there people again how to treat their clients.

We took advantage of the 24 hour pick up service at the airport. We got in late into town, and our driver met us at the airport at 10pm. This was a great service. Upon arrival, we requested a bucket of ice...in Europe that is not always available. The staff was very friendly and prompt. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The same driver picked us up in the morning for the train station that was about 12 minutes away.

Located just behind the Corum, Crowne Plaza remains a quiet hotel at the heart of the city. The view from our room was inspiring. The room had all the amenities required, a special mention to the iron board. The shower doesn't have a door, which may be a problem when you use the flexible shower head. Minimalist breakfast buffet provides with all the bare necessities though. Helpful and friendly staff was the highlight of our stay.
