I'll start with SMALL rooms...it was hard to find space to open two suitcases. The elevator was tiny, so don't expect to use it at once for two people with bags at once. Bathroom was also...very small. Besides that, the hotel is clean, pretty, and in a great location with a very helpful, friendly staff.

Room, Staff AMAZING !!! Neighbor was Excellent... Literally down to the corner straight, left or right plenty of Bistro's, Cafe's and restaurants, shops etc. Eiffel Tower less than 4.5km away... If Your up for walking it, plenty of things to see and do on the way. 1000% recommend !!!

The staff was so welcoming, especially Christophe who checked us in, gave us great local food recommendations, and ideas for activities. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We stayed for 13 nights, and every time we returned \"home\", we were always warmly welcomed. The room was always neat and tidy, with the in-room drinking water and coffee supplies refreshed every day. The breakfast at Hotel des Arts is fresh, delicious, and with a great variety of choices. I used the exercise room a few times, and it was clean and well cared for like everything else in the hotel. My wife and I were very pleased with our choice to stay there.

Charming, clean hotel with nice staff that gets the job done in a great location if you like Montmartre. The only issue is that the shower is incredibly small. I understand Paris and this neighborhood in particular don't have a lot of room, but this was the smallest shower I'd ever been in and it was impossible to turn in the shower without accidentally hitting the nozzle and turning off the water.

Spectacular service. The staff made us feel very welcome. They were super friendly, and it was very nice seeing their friendly faces and their smiles at every encounter. The location was superb and right in the heart of Montmartre which is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Paris. It’s just a 5 to 6 minute walk to two different train stops so you can get easily to other attractions but may need to take a couple of different trains or a bus to get to those. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were nice, but quite small. There is an elevator, a small gym, and air conditioning. I would definitely stay here if I return to Paris.

This is such a cute hotel and walkable to everywhere in Montmarte. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The rooms have A/C which is a great amenity to have. The breakfast was worth the add-on price. I saw one of the staff coming in at 7am with fresh bread/pastries so I’m pretty sure they get it fresh from a bakery daily.
This was my first time in France and I want to return to this neighborhood specifically for another visit. I will definitely book this hotel again!!

Beautiful stay in the heart of Montmarte with tons of restaurants and shops just steps from the hotel! Staff were amazing and we were able to store our bags in the morning when we checked out and get them in the evening while resting in the hotel with free coffee after a long day touring Paris. The rooms were very cute and nicely decorated. The bathroom and rooms are small but not a surprise for Paris in a major area and designed nicely. Staff spoke English and were super helpful!!

The gentleman who greeted us upon arrival is the same stud that helped us with kindness after our Uber no showed trying to get to the airport. I wish I knew his name. He was working Tuesday, June 9th around 730am. My guy!! He was by far the nicest hospitality staff we came across in our 3 week European vacation. Such good vibes!! I would recommend Hotel Des Arts Montemarte 10/10. Thanks for making us feel welcome!

The staff is very welcoming and helped with Uber pickup. They will hold your luggage after checkout when you have a little time until departure. Breakfast and coffee bar was delicious, fresh, and convenient. Rooms are spotless just as shown on website. I would definitely stay again, My travel friends thanked me for a great choice!

A hidden gem in the heart of Montmartre, well located with 2 metro stations close by, plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. The rooms are small but cozy, beautifully decorated, great amenities by L'Occitane, comfortable bed, blackout drapes and a superb A/C. Greatly recommended.

Situated in Montmartre but away from Sacre Coeur, the area is lively but not too touristy. The hotel is well designed, although the room is a bit small for the price. Service is good, especially Nehemie at the reception. There has been some problem with breakfast charges but it was worked out amiably.

Hotel des Arts Montmartre had the friendliest & most helpful staff of any hotel we stayed at during our time in Paris. Their level of service truly went above & beyond. One staff member (Nehemiah) actually hopped into our car to help us locate a nearby parking garage, & another kindly offered us breakfast items before the official breakfast service began (we had to race to catch an early morning airport transfer, & they even made sure to give us a small gift upon checking out). They even helped carry our very heavy luggage all the way to & from our room on the top floor (after taking the elevator to the fifth floor, there is still an additional winding staircase, & they handled it without hesitation).
Our room was impeccably clean. While it wasn’t large, the hotel’s thoughtful attention to detail more than made up for the size. The L’Occitane toiletries immediately added a touch of luxury & made us feel pampered! The bathtub was wonderfully spacious, the shower had excellent water pressure, & there were plenty of hooks & shelves for towels and toiletry bags, also a heated towel rack. The room itself was equally thoughtful. Individual reading lights above the beds allowed me to read comfortably while my daughter slept. Throughout our stay, we noticed countless little touches that showed how carefully the hotel has been designed with guests' comfort in mind. Combined with its fantastic Montemartre location, this hotel was a highlight of our trip! Nice air conditioning too!

For the entire stay of 5 nights, our A/C was always turned off by the staff, so upon returning to our room from the heat wave outside, which was quite unpleasant by the way, we had to wait for the room to cool down which took quite a bit of time. The toiletry in the shower room also wasn’t replenished daily, like the toilette wipes. For $400/night in Canadian dollars, we expect a quality service in regards of those two areas, but overall its fine nonetheless.

Hotel Des Arts Paris Montmartre is a very cozy hotel. The rooms are well designed and comfortable although somewhat small.
It is located in a very nice part of Montmartre with pretty much walking distance to main attractions this charming neighborhood has to offer. There is also plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from.
The staff is wonderful! They are very responsive and making sure you have a wonderful stay.

Owing to travel problems, we unfortunately didn't arrive at the hotel until 10 p.m., and had to leave again early the next morning to catch our Eurostar train to London. However, we received a great welcome upon our arrival and took advantage of a welcome drink of red wine. We managed a short walk around the local area, and from what we could see, the hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Montmartre - ideal for exploring the local area. Our room was smaller than we are used to in more modern hotels, but was clean and cosy. The bathroom too was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Would recommend this hotel if you particularly want to spend the majority of your time in Montmartre. We are planning another visit for that purpose!

Recently renovated and very clean. The room I had was small but I suppose matched what I paid and served my purpose for one person. Staff, especially Nehemie, were super supportive and helpful. Did I say Nehemie is a star? I did not have the breakfast they offer. Location is super convenient in a busy area, but the rooms are quiet ( at least mine was). Not ce L’Occitaine toiletries with water boiler and instant coffee and tea in the room. Filtered water available in the lobby/cafe to refill the provided bottle to use in room. Gym is tiny and I never used it. Don’t count on using it. Overall, highly satisfied since cleanliness and attention to detail matter to me. It is definitely not a chain hotel. I was on the 4th floor and thankfully there is an elevator, albeit small. I never had to wait long for it. WiFi was available and free throughout the hotel.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Beautiful hotel and wonderful, helpful staff. Although small, our room was lovely with a nice balcony. A very comfortable bed.
Only downside is that we missed having a small fridge in our room for storing wine and cheese.
Overall, we would absolutely recommend this hotel. It is the nicest in the area and in a very convenient location for walking and exploring the area. Thank you! Peter and Louise Koslik

We read the reviews of this hotel and feared that they might be too good to be true. Not so! This hotel is an absolute gem. The public areas are bright and quirkily decorated. The rooms are larger than usual for small Parisian hotels, very stylish and spotlessly clean. Breakfast is a choice of express or full buffet - we used the express and enjoyed proper Parisian croissants or pain au chocolat. Also, the staff are five-star too. They have excellent English if you need it, are friendly and knowledgeable about the area and just make you feel valued and welcome as guests. Finally, the location is great - busy but no too touristy, close to two different Metro lines and with a variety of restaurants nearby. We totally and unreservedly recommend this hotel!

Stayed at Hôtel Des Arts Montmartre and absolutely loved it!! The staff exceeded our expectations — warm, welcoming and helpful in a genuine and effortless way. Located on a quiet side street in the heart of Montmartre, it was very walkable with easy access to both the bus and métro. Steps up to Sacré-Cœur Basilica are right at the end of the street! Guest rooms are compact, beautifully designed and spotless, and having a bathtub to soak in after long days exploring was a welcome treat. Felt boutique, warm and thoughtful, and very “Paris” instead of generic and cold. Would absolutely stay again!

This hotel was in a great location, near a lot of restaurants and landmarks like the Moulin Rouge but also near museums like the Musée de Montmartre and a Dali museum. It was also near a Metro station. Breakfast was good with cakes and croissants. There was also an “honesty bar” every afternoon where you could meet other guests. We enjoyed that. The staff was friendly and helpful.

There was nothing I did not like. The check in was quick and easy. Staff are polite, courteous and accommodating. There is an elevator. Room was clean and quiet, beds were comfortable. Bathrooms are compact and stocked with just about everything a person might need. Nice workout room. Small room used for breakfast items and beverages, these items are not complimentary. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants.

I would say this Hotel was well placed for visiting Sacre Coeur, The Eiffel Tour, Louvre etc. Uber is the best way to travel averaging €15 per trip.
Shame the hotel doesn’t offer dinner, however, there are a huge choices of restaurants down from the hotel.
Reception was very welcoming and the rooms tidy if small. I feel that nearly €300 per night is a little excessive and I would rate it excellent but not outstanding.

A spectacular stay with amazing staff! Had a great experience with Jose at the front desk, we had arrived early, they held our bags until our room was ready. We were able to go downstairs to the lobby and use the restrooms to freshen up from our flight. We went out to the city and came back in the afternoon. Went right to our room where our bag was waiting for us. This place is a gem, the neighborhood is very safe and wonderful places to eat right around the corner. The rooms are very nice! I will definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Excellent hotel, the staff were friendly and helpful and had great recommendations for almost everything!
The rooms are a little on the smaller side however it was very clean, the bed was comfy, the shower was great and the welcome macarons were delicious!
The location was fantastic, close to many bars and restaurants and cafes, very short walk to the metro making it the perfect location in our opinion.
The honesty bar in the hotel is a great touch with free tea/coffee/soft drinks throughout the stay.
We will be back!

Very clean room, very engaging staff and greeted us with a smile upon arrival. He also offered water, coffee, tea, etc. when waiting for our room to be available. The towels were very clean, soft, and fluffy and they use the best amenities in their beautifully decorated room. The front desk staff helped with arranging our taxi early in the morning and offered us something to drink before departure. I highly recommend this hotel and the staff! I would stay here again when I visit Paris next.

The property is beautiful with a fun vibe. Some of the rooms are a bit smallish but very nicely appointed. And our upgraded room with windows was fantastic. Fabulous hotel in Montmartre. The room was excellent, perfectly clean and just what we had wanted. I had requested if possible a room with a view of the street and they delivered! Not only was there a view of the street below and most of Paris but also a view of the Sacré Coeur too which was amazing. The staff were all so inviting and friendly and attended to our every need. We will be back!

I can't say enough how happy I was with my 2 night stay. I wish I could have stayed longer. I travel a lot and this little hotel is a standout. From the design and the size of the room, to the staff at all level, the breakfast and service, truly delightful.
