We were travelling with Children and stayed here as a stop over in between Spain and the UK. Unfortunately we were given rooms on the ground floor at the start of the corridor and had awful nights sleep due to all the noise!

This is a busy hotel. however, the service is good, professional and prompt. The room was spacious enough with good outlook and lots of light. Bed comfortable, shower large (some towels are a little worn, time for new). Location was good being a 10 minute tram ride from Gare St Roche & Place de la Comedie. Tried the breakfast buffet but coffee and croissants just as good. Overall an enjoyable stay with friendly, helpful staff.

Clean but very small rooms

Clean but very small rooms close to the highway so good for a quick stop only. No minibar och no shops around (you could by water etc in the bar if you liked). Very low-cost breakfast. Costed 10 euro but was perhaps worth 3-4 euro. No hot food, you had to boil your own eggs etc

Don't miss the turning!

Beware! This is not on the A9, which has become a through route with no turnings. We had to drive 40km before coming to an exit which allowed us to drive back 40km on the re-numbered old autoroute. Not very amusing at midnight!!! Suggest Hotels.com uses the hotel's own access map & also says 'Take Exit 30' ... etc

Ibis - A great little hotel in Montpellier

Ibis was a very neat little hotel in Montpellier, mostly business people it seems. It has its own restaurant; plus, there is another restaurant just outside the hotel. Both of them good. I would definitely stay there again.

Very very small rooms

Rooms are very small, especially for 2 people; space between walls and bed is minimal. They advertise that bar is open 24/7, but they dont tell you that you cannot buy e.g. a beer after 11pm. Good parking facility and the tram stop to the town is literally round the corner.

Not A Three Star Hotel

The hotel was describe on your website as a three star property. It was not! If the rating was based on the front lobby then fine, but the rest of the hotel was 2 stars at best. I was not impressed with my booking.

Hotel in South of city

I ordered a taxi for 6.50pm. At 6.30, I received a phone call from reception saying the taxi had arrived. I pointed out I was not yet ready as I had ordered it for 20 mins later. Shortly after, I got another phone call from reception saying I would have to pay for the wait. I said that was unacceptable as it was the hotel's error. When I went down for the taxi at the correct time, the taxi driver still expected me to pay for the wait. We both had to go into the hotel again to get them to take responsibility, which they should have done as soon as I pointed out the error.

Overall not bad, make sure to get a quiet corner.

Small but modern, clean and tidy room. The rooms have adjoining doors which are locked, and depending on your neighbours, sometimes it feels like the door is open because you hear EVERYTHING.
Perhaps seal the doors permanently to add more insulation between rooms?

Bien situé en sortie d'autoroute et proche TRAM

Facile d'accès, avec parking fermé sur place.

La chambre est confortable, avec pour bémol le bruit de la climatisation (vite mise sur off en ce début septembre, la nuit a été bonne).

Hace más de 10 años que no alojaba en un Ibis… esta vez por ubicación elegí Ibis… 1. Habitación horrible, no corresponde con fotos. Muy desgastada, en el baño solo ponen UNA TOALLA PARA TODO POR PERSONA. 2. Colchón - no lleva ni si quiera una sábana bajera, solo lleva encima un tapa colchon con un sábana… creo que por higiene es inaceptable. 3. Ml hay nevera. 4. El suelo está cubierto con alfombra oscura … dudo mucho que se llega a limpiar.
Desayuno es bueno y variado, aunque el café malísimo.
Dudo mucho que volveré a un Ibis.

Pire nuit de ma vie

Durant la nuit réveil a 1h30, démangeaisons sur le dos, j’allume la lumière 5 puces de lit trouvé sur le lot à côté de moi (voir photos) et constatation de plus de 50 boutons ou plaques rouges sur le corps (je préfère pas montrer les photos), je vais à l’accueil on me change de chambre, aucunes nouvelles de l’établissement, j’ai du rappeler moi même la manager, qui m’a signifié que c’était du aux clients avant moi et donc aucuns geste co possible, et que je cite vus la taille des boutons « je marquais vite ».
Donc pour la première fois de ma vie je ne recommande absolument pas cet établissement

On m'a attribuée la chambre au 2e etage N°235.
Jai entendu toute la nuit la machinerie de l'ascenseur ! J'ai également entendu cette nuit des travaux qui ont lieu sur l'autoroute. Fonc l'hôtel est tres mal insonorisé. J'en ai fait part au personnel de l'accueil et donc je n'ai quasiment pas dormi, celui-ci est seulement désolé mais aucun geste commercial.

Hôtel qui mérite une bonne rénovation des chambres cela commence à faire ancien avec le mobilier ancien. ATTENTION hôtel à côté d’une bonne de nuit qui est mal fréquenté type club à chicha et ballon route barré complète devant l’hôtel même le voisinage s’embrouille avec les clients de la boîte que du m’a tu vue frime avec leurs voitures accélération klaxon toutes la nuit je vous déconseille les week end dans cette hôtel pas de tout repos.

Chambre bruyante autant au niveau du bruit de la route que de l'isolation avec la chambre voisine ainsi que l'ascenseur en face de ma chambre.
Repas au restaurant de l'hôtel de qualité très moyenne mais heureusement un personnel agréable. En résumé je ne reviendrai pas dans la mesure du possible

l'hotel è molto pulito e comodo con l'uscita dell'autostrada. inoltre dispone di un servizio colazione a buffet ottimo, a poco prezzo, e servizio di cucina fino a tarda ora. molto carina l'entrata e comodo il parcheggio. camera molto piccole ma per una notte di passaggio o due, va benissimo. soddisfattissimi e ringrazio per la cortesia del personale! in caso tornassimo da quelle parti e volessimo fare una pausa, ci fermeremo di nuovo lì.

Suchen uns für die nächste Reise ein anderes Hotel. Bei IBIS scheint es nicht möglich zu sein, einen deutschen TV-Sender über Satelit zur Verfügung zu stellen. Wir empfinden das als Diskriminierung unserer Nationalität. Auch haben wir keinen Musiksender gefunden. Da ist hier in Spanien in den kleinsten Landhotels aber eine andere Kundenfreundlichkeit gegeben.Zudem mussten wir feststellen, dass die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert hat. Restaurante und Eingangsbereich haben mit neuen Design angenehm überrascht..
