Takes a while to get to this hotel, but it’s worth it. Staff is amazing. Cleanliness is very good. Amazing location yet there were some constructions when I was there so it was hard to get with a taxi all the way to the entrance of the hotel a lot of lively restaurants bars, nearby, walking distance you can see there we from rooftop beautiful. Clean comfortable, amazing staff and accommodating. They knew I’m going to miss breakfast so they prepared a bag with snacks and sandwiches and fruit for me to take the next morning..

The staff at the Pinnacle were so welcoming, kind, friendly and helpful. They made sure our room was comfortable and to our liking. The room is newly renovated and in excellent condition. The roof top patio has one of the best evening views in all of Athens. Highly recommend staying at The Pinnacle on your future visits to Athens.

Our stay at the Pinnacle was excellent in just about every way. We were greeted by Kostas when we arrived and he was extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The room was very nice. It had everything we needed, including a working kitchen, that we didn't use it. The place is located in a very central region of Athens, close to everything you would want to do. It was no trouble to walk to the Plaka area and to the Acropolis. There is a rooftop sitting area with an excellent view of the Acropolis. I believe that there is a bar up there that is open and other times, but we were there during February, off-season. An excellent breakfast was provided. I really can't think of anything to complain of.î⁷

This is a superb boutique hotel in a great location in Psyri, only a short, few minute walk from Syntagma, Ermou Street, Monastiraki, and Acropolis. The room was spotless, breakfast buffet was excellent, hospitality and helpfulness of the staff were off the charts, and the view from the rooftop terrace was priceless.

Thank you for such a lovely and memorable stay at The Pinnacle Hotel Athens. Even before I arrived, the staff was already reaching out to see how they could support me and help make my stay special, offering airport transfer options and full concierge services. By the time I arrived, I already felt a genuine connection with the team.

I arrived much earlier than check-in time, and Dimi was incredibly kind and welcoming. He greeted me warmly, completed my check-in, and offered a complimentary coffee and croissant upon arrival. When I was ready to explore the neighborhood, he provided me with a map and a list of basic Greek words to help me connect with the locals, and he kept me informed about when my room would be ready.

When I settled in, the suite itself was absolutely lovely. The layout was comfortable and inviting, and it was the perfect place for a short stay. The location is ideal, with everything within easy reach. The entire staff, including George and Panos, were truly wonderful, attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in ensuring that I was well cared for.

It was a pleasure to feel so welcomed and to experience Greek hospitality in such a warm and personal way. I would gladly return and look forward to recommending it to others.

SO THANKFUL we booked our trip to the Pinnacle. This is a GEM of a hotel. Best of both worlds as it doesn’t have many rooms, but has what I think has to be one of the best views from a hotel in the city, while having such a private, personalized experience. Every time we walked in the lobby the staff greeted us warmly and asked us if we needed anything. But the most special part of our trip was having a bottle of wine every night on the rooftop of the hotel. Evi was our server and was the kindest, most hospitable server we may have ever had in our lives. She made us feel so special. We also booked our trip in January so it was a little chilly on the roof, but they brought heaters and blankets! We hope to come back one day!

Upon entering my room, I immediately noticed a smoke smell that seemed to be covered with a strong artificial fragrance. The odor did not smell fresh and was quite overpowering. While there was a distinct scent in the hotel in general, the smell was significantly stronger inside my room.

I stayed for no more than two hours, as the smell made me feel physically unwell, and I had to leave to find another hotel. Despite explaining the situation and requesting a refund, I was charged for the full three-night stay.

The reception staff was polite and courteous; however, that alone does not justify a 5-star rating. The lobby is small, and there is ongoing road construction next to the hotel, which further detracts from the overall experience.

Based on my experience, I would not consider this a true 5-star hotel. Guests who are sensitive to smell or strong fragrances, may wish to consider alternative accommodations.

My family of 3 stay in the studio suite @ The Pinnacle was excellent. The staff were extremely kind, friendly and helpful, always welcoming guests with a smile. Our studio suite was cosy and even had a microwave (wasn’t expecting one) which was convenient for us to heat up leftover food. Housekeeping service was also excellent and prompt. The decorative items in the room were unique too! Bought a few pieces to bring back home. Plus factor was also near many shops and restaurants which was near walking distance. We will bring home wonderful memories of our stay @ The Pinnacle.

The Pinnacle Athens was a surprise. I wish I had them arrange transportation from the airport to the hotel. We did have them arrange transportation from the Hotel to the port for our cruise. Could not have asked for anything nicer. Location was right in the heart of everything, but at first it felt sketchy cause of the road closed for construction.
Hotel staff did everything to ensure that we had an excellent experience. They even made reservations for a hidden gem of a restaurant nearby which was a highlight of our stay.
Our friends stayed there at the end of their cruise after seeing how nice and where we were at. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks expedia for the suggestion.

The hotel is in a great location. Good restaurants and shopping areas are a walking distance. Going to points of interests is easy. It is walkable. The train station is also nearby.

We stayed at this hotel for a week. Our room was clean and beautiful. Our location was walking distance to Acroplosis and all the sites. You do not need a car. Uber works if you do. The staff was top notch and very professional. Yorta, Spanos, Nick and Thanos was awesome. Martha ran the delicious breakfast everyday. We celebrated our 25th Anniversary. What a great time. My husband and I spent 2 nights in this lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Athens. From the moment of our arrival, Dimi greeted us warmly and was a wealth of information on the area and recommended sights. He was genuinely interested in making our stay as comfortable as possible, concerned with our transfers to and from the port/ airport. He is a wonderful first impression for the Pinnacle Hotel as are the other front desk staff.

The location is excellent, we walked to the Plaka area to shop, drink coffee/eat, strolled through the fish and meat market. We did a hop on, hop off bus to get an overview of the city, went to the Parthenon. Everything was a walkable distance.

We had 2 delicious dinners on the rooftop patio overlooking the Parthenon. Thank you to our lovely, smiling server Evie for taking such good care of us! Breakfast was a delicious, pleasant surprise with lots of variety.

The room was clean and comfortable, and although the sounds of the city and early morning church bells might not appeal to some, we found it all charming capturing the essence of the city. Most enjoyable stay. Hope we can return one day! Many thanks to all!

The location was perfect for our family, just steps away from great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Our two-bedroom suite was spacious, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities we could ask for—ideal for our family of four. The hotel also arranged transportation for us, which was prompt, professional, and made everything so convenient. Breakfast each morning was incredible, with a wide variety of fresh options that everyone in our group loved. Absolutely incredible/attentive staff. Unfortunately we did not get to see the rooftop on our stay. We did not complain, simply mentioned “we would have loved to see it/perhaps next time” to the front desk. Shortly afterwards we personally received a call from the hotel manager & the front staff apologizing for the inconvenience & received a free gift basket for the trouble. Rooms felt like an apartment, cozy, but not gratuitous.

Taxi dropped us and I thought what had I done! This hotel went above and beyond our expectations. The rooms were well equipped and decorated with loving care. The Pinnacle is the greatest boutique hotel in Athens. The staff was extremely helpful in planning my stay arranging for virtually anything I needed from transportation services to restaurant reservations to suggestions to better my stay. My visit was my first to Greece and my hotel choice certainly added to the excellence of my vacation. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the cooks very courteous and helpful with the morning start. The hotel itself is convenient, adorable and very quiet. Great location for being close to everything and being able to walk everywhere. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, pleasant, and professional. The room was very nice and very clean. The only thing we didn’t like was the noise level but maybe that’s unavoidable in the main part of Athens. The walls are paper thin so we could hear the family beside us very early in the morning and the street noise from outside was all night. We also found the bed and pillows very uncomfortable.

The rooms are smaller than what you think they might be so be prepared for small spaces, especially in the bathroom. The front desk stuff were amazing. We stayed at the Pinnacle Hotel in Athens for one night and were thrilled with our experience. The hotel itself has a unique, fresh boutique design, and while the rooms are charming, the real standout is the staff.

They really 'get it' and understand those 5-star touches. They consistently went above and beyond at every step, always responsive to requests, friendly, and eager to help with directions, recommendations, etc.

The location is also perfect. You're right in the center of everything, surrounded by restaurants and cafés, and just a 15–20 minute walk to the Acropolis. There’s so much to do within easy reach, making it an ideal base for exploring Athens.

Finally, the rooftop patio is a highlight, with stunning views of the city, including a direct view of the Acropolis.

Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

We had a very late check-n due to our flight. The desk clerk was waiting for us and was so welcoming. The rooftop view of the Acropolis at night was breathtakingly beautiful. My husband and I traveled from the USA and after a long flight we were greeted by a super friendly staff. We hope you have a change to interact with Dimi from the front desk, he’s wonderful and very helpful with everything. The hotel is beautiful and set in the middle of wonderful restaurants, bars, and shopping. The rooms are remodeled and very comfortable. The rooftop views created a wonderful backdrop to pictures to bring home and remember our once visit to Athens.
