Cheaper to book direct

Lovely spot, nice pool comfortable beds. However it was frustrating to see that if I had booked direct with the hotel instead of through hotels.com the rate would have been at least 10% cheaper. I thought hotels.com guaranteed this would never be the case.

Val Baussenc is a nice hotel. Close drive to St. Remy. Night manager needs a lesson in hospitality. Didn't offer to carry bags over three flights of stairs. No suggestions for food and drinks. He seemed eager to clock out and leave for the evening rather than help guests.

You Will Love Staying At Val Baussenc

I cannot say enough good things about my stay at Val Baussenc. The hotel and grounds were so beautiful and peaceful - good for the soul. The rooms were beyond comfortable and clean. The entire staff was amazing - very professional, friendly, and accommodating of my horrible ability to speak French. The restaurant was absolutely fabulous! It is also within short walking distance of Maussane-les-Alpilles, a remarkable litle town in Provence. I plan on staying there again and I highly recommend this property to everyone.

Nice hotel in the Provençal countryside

We booked a single night while travelling through France and to allow a little wine and olive oil buying in the area. The hotel is pretty, set in considerable grounds and an efficient mix of traditional and modern. An excellent and good value restaurant together with a pool and a very pleasant bedroom with very modern bathroom.

Peace and quiet

While this hotel wasn't lavish, it was all we had hoped for in terms of location (out in the countryside) and quiet. They provided what we had asked for (twin beds and shower) and were friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Decorations in our room were simple and adequate. Beds were comfortable. We had an outside door out to the extensive grounds which was fun because it rained heavily during parts of the time we were there. We would return to this hotel without hesitation.

Great location

My husband and I spent 3 nights in this hotel. It has heated pool, nice garden and it's really on the outskirts of the pleasant village. But this village has a tourist office, couple restaurants and cafe in the center of the town. There is a great store with regional products with the great selections of wines, cheeses, fruits..From the hotel and 25km drive is Arles, then there is city of Tarascon, St.Remy and the closes if les Baux and multimedia attraction Carrieres de Lumieres. Do not miss this one. Arrive early since there is a problem with a parking.

Upgraded to room with a balcony which was lovely. Room very spacious with lovely modern bathroom. Excellent pool. Stay here you won't regret it. Lovely area too so close to St Remy de Provence

ホテル提供の写真より素晴らしい！
ポンデュガールやアルルから近く、周辺の景色や小さな町、教会も雰囲気があります。
お部屋からの景色は「プロバンスーー！」と声を出したいくらい素敵！
落ち着いたご夫婦が多かった様に感じました。
ホテルのディナーもテラスで優雅な演出でした。
ムニュは€27です。
騒げませんが、子供もプールを満喫しました。
また滞在したいです。

séjour agréable avec juste un petit bémol

Le séjour s'est relativement bien passé sauf à un détail près les propos d'un des réceptionnistes envers mon mari qui est actuellement malade c'était plus que maladroit....dans ce genre d'établissement ce monsieur devrait apprendre à parler que d'émettre son avis personnel....

Soirée étape pro

Accueil sympathique et cadre de charme. Les équipements de l’hôtel sont très bons (piscine, salle de sport, etc.). La chambre est très confortable ainsi que très calme. Bon petit-déjeuner avec un choix important. Bon réseau wifi et vaste parking.
Le seul petit bémol concerne le bruit de la route qui est perceptible à l'extérieur ce qui, pour un relais du silence est étonnant. Mais je précise, rien de bien gênant quand même. En tout cas j'y retournerai lors d'un prochain passage.

Bel hôtel bien tenu

De promenade dans les Alpilles, nous sommes restés une seule nuit. La chambre, l'accueil et le restaurant sont neufs, c'est bien agréable. Le cadre et la tranquillité caractérisent bien cet hôtel. Petit déjeuner copieux et produit locaux de qualité. Le rapport qualité prix est très bon. Nous retournerions sans hésiter.

L'accueil a été très chaleureux par l'ensemble du personnel.L'endroit est très calme, il y a plusieurs salons de lecture dans l'hôtel. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine du fait d'un fort vent frais.Nous avons diner le soir au restaurant. Très bonne cuisine, provençale. Tout était parfait
