This property has check-in for only 1 hour (2-3pm) unless you contact them 72 hrs in advance. I contacted them 3 times (message & phone) on different days regarding check-in as well as a ground floor room (a family member was having great difficulty with stairs) with no response until 1hour prior to check-in. When I travel and explore I do not want a strict timeline - lack of communication is not acceptable. We were given a 3rd floor room with flights of stairs! The room was very cramped & no chairs. The bathroom fan made an intermittent loud how could not be turned off from my room. The office was closed at 2:45 so I called the mobile manager - she said so sorry but nothing could be done regarding the fan since it was the weekend. I suspect the fan was controlled in an adjacent room as it was switched off around 9:30pm and resumed about 8:30am. There were broken towel racks and no place for one of the bedside lamps to plug in. There was a power strip on top of the refrigerator with a couple of available spot sfor charging devices. Cigarette smoke drifted into the room whenever the door opened. The property looks as though it was rental apartments that have been somewhat converted to hotel This was definitely one of the worst hotels I have stayed at in Australia.

The apartment has the basics needed to prepare meals. Security is good and the hot water is nice and hot. The location is handy to the airport, but you need a car as the place is not close to the city. The apartment needs a thorough renovation to update the inside. Some light switches are in odd places, there is a lack of power points, the tiles all need to be updated and some of the roller doors didn't work. Further while we stayed there the internet dropped out and then was off for 3 days and there was no wifi password provided in the paperwork sent before arrival!!
