Microwave and television not working, the smallest bathroom ever, the hand basin was set so high a child would find it impossible to reach the taps, and you needed to turn sideways to use the toilet or the shower and no where to hang your towel afterwards

Easy check in. There was a sheet with a hole covering the couch. There was a doona with no cover on the main bed. I would assume this does not get washed each use. The microwave did not heat up food. There was only 3 coffee packets. We went to wash up only to find a dish brush that was old and warm out. These things could be so easy to fix to make the place better

The room was pleasant and clean although fridge interior needed a more thorough clean. It is a quiet location and easy to get to other places and the beach. No wifi password given and no one at reception at all to ask. Our bed was a king bed but the bottom, non fitted sheet was only a queen so it did not fit at all and moved whenever we rolled over.

Arrived an hour later - no reception.
Given one room, moved to another due to the incorrect room.
Room I was given - a big let down for the money you pay!
Aircon barely worked. Small and very old TV that can hardly see, the room was tidy but not clean, wasn’t given the WiFi details until the next day when about to check out. No coffee sachets, no shampoo or conditioner and was told that they’ll restock tomorrow.
Only positive - the bed was comfortable
Way overpriced compared to other properties.

Be prepared that this property backs onto a Cemetary- giving it a creepy vibe.Other guests were very noisy until small hours. Room advertised was way smaller than photo( wide angle) and there was not even a tiny bottle of shampoo in the shower.The room says it sleeps 3 - that is if you want your child in the bed. Overall i can say that i hope that the real “ Paradise” is going to be a step up from this

Pretty standard 3 star property. No issues & check-in/out very easy as prepaid & didn’t actually need to talk to a human. No complaints. Cost was a bit high for standard of room, but that’s what happens if you book last minute at a beach location during peak holiday season.

No one at reception from check in to check out. I had to ring to find out our room was open. Room looked like it hadn’t been touched since the 70’s including the linen, fridge rattled and groaned all night keeping us awake, also only one bowl in cupboard for breakfast, cupboard door hanging off. The bathroom had been renovated but there was faeces on the wall behind the toilet door.

Short walking distance to beach/shops. Neat n tidy for a 3 star older style accommodation. Next time I’ll remember to bring own milk/ tea/coffee etc, great little kitchenette with full size fridge. Expensive for budget accommodation over Easter weekend .

I was sent a txt message that the key would be left in the room. Only key was in back door, popped out for pizza and ended up locked out. There was no soap, local information was from last year. Glasses were sticky, cups stuck to saucers,dead bugs on the kitchen bench. Also, we had a view of the cemetery from the balcony.
Its a perfectly fine place but needs a bit more care and if I did stay there again, I would definitely ask for a downstairs room without a view of the cemetery!

Our stay was interrupted by fires, a blackout and a highway that was blocked by the fires. We left a day early because we could get out and the highway was again blocked half an hour after we passed through.

This property was overpriced and tired. Paying $ 225 per night (!!!!) we didn't even receive fresh towels and our bed was unmade. There was broken glass outside our room door from our neighbour and the bathroom had a thick layer of soot over it from the open window. At the very least we though the balcony could've been swept clean of leaves, a garbage bag put in the kitchen tidy area and the verandah table wiped over. The lampshades next to the bed were rickety and almost falling apart. For the amount we paid I feel ripped off and very poor value for money.

Disappointing

All contact with reception was with someone who lived 40 minutes away. There was no shampoo or conditioner for guests, nor could we have any extra milk capsules because no one was at reception. Apart from that the room was quiet, clean and comfortable.

We left our booking till late so didn’t have many options when we booked to stay here.
There is a note in the kitchen that says you must wash your own cups/plates etc or be charged extra, that’s ok, but no tea towel to dry with, only 1 teaspoon in the room ( which has beds for 3) only 2 glasses and very limited cooking utensils etc.
There was no hand towel in the bathroom, but worse than that, the toilet seat was broken so you had to balance carefully so it didn’t slide off!
The room wasn’t clean, we moved the lounge and it hadn’t been vacuumed underneath for ages. The room was tiny, which was fine if the other issues weren’t so bad.

The level of appointments in this room were very ordinary but the price was not. The room was badly organised and furnishings were minimal. Bedding was uncomfortable and unsuitable for the climate. Provisions for tea or coffee were sparse and mean.
We felt ripped off paying Sydney prices for something very fourth rate.

Perfect for an overnight stay - refurbed bathroom

We were in a room with a beautifully refurbished bathroom (Room 17). Check in was simple and the room was clean, neat and comfortable. We did not use any of the amenities as we were there for one night for a wedding but the room was private, quiet and in a decent location. Bed was comfortable and clean, WiFi worked well and parking was ideal.

The room was clean. I wasn't impressed with the shower. When I arrived there there was no staff as reception closed at 2pm. For a overnighter it was fair but if I was to stay in Mollymook longer I would choose somewhere else to stay.

The hotel was good if you're after something basic, it was a little tired looking. I was disappointed that there was no iron or ironing board and only found this out when we were getting ready to go out that night and needed to iron our clothes. Called reception and left a message but no one got back to me. The coffee cups and glasses in the cupboard weren't clean so I washed them before use.

B'ful family room - cool in 38 C heat! I can't remember the rate I paid? Wotif please advise me? I would go back tomorrow if I had more leave. Lovely Croatian receptionist/Manager - Customer Service skills excellent. Nothing too much trouble. Ideal position - just up the hill from MOLLYMOOK beach - easy walk. Beautiful gardens. The customer service given here was very sadly lacking in Ulladulla Travel agency.

Nice roomy hotel walking distance to the beach.

It's a nice complex, with a roomy area inside with a nice king sized bed and handy kitchenette, table and t.v. The bathroom is roomy enough too. The only thing is, you had to turn your neck 45 drgrees when sitting on the bed to watch the t.v. The room was a bit dark, too. More lighting would fix that. There is a nice BBQ area in the garden too, and an outside tap to wash off the sand from the beach before you come inside. Parking is easy, with palm trees shading your car from the western sun.

The hotel was comfortable such as the bed. Tv was in a awkward spot. It felt like we walked in to a already used room. The toliet roll was used and the soap dispenser was nearly finished. BEWARE: next to a cemetary which is quiet uncomfortable and off putting . Although staff was positive in our stay.

Upon arriving at Paradise(?!) Haven motel we were directed to our room, which at first impression seemed fine. By 7am the next morning we had 4 complaints:
(1) At 8.30pm after 3 and a half minutes in the shower we ran out of hot water
(2) At 11.30pm - at the same time as the balcony lights went out - the booster box for television reception was turned off rendering the television useless
(3) The alarm clock provided did not work
(4) Our kitchen drawer contained 1 fork and 1 teaspoon - for two people

After ringing management (as reception is often closed with a note on the door), 3 hours later we were provided 2 forks, the clock in our room was swapped for one in another room (sorry to whomever had that room next!),the hot water issue they had no answer for, and the tv reception issue was explained as: \"oh, that sometimes happens\".
?????

My advice to anyone intending on staying in this motel would be to do your best to find somewhere else !!
