The facilities are alright. But big room to improve on the management. First of all, our kid was so excited about the Easter egg hunt but the eggs were taken by older children before the hunt. In a previous ingenia there was an Easter bunny who hid the eggs when the hunt was about to begin. Much better planning.
Also, the tennis court didn't require booking. That means some family could hang around and muck around for the whole day. It will definitely cause conflict or argument if you walk up and ask them to hurry up. In short, 4-start facility, 1-2 star management.

We recently stayed at Ingenia Holidays Lake Conjola, and overall, it was an average experience with a few areas that could be improved.
The accommodation was generally clean, but we felt the rooms could have been maintained to a higher standard. One of the bedrooms with the bunk beds had no cooling system, which made it very uncomfortable for our kids to sleep at night due to the heat.

The place needed a clean before we got there. The kitchen items were dirty, the shower had hair all over the place, there was a hair tie with hair all over it left hanging on the shampoo bottle.
We stayed in a lagoon cabin thinking you could fish off the balcony which was not the case.
For the price we paid it was very poor, we will not be staying or recommending them to anyone else.

The house is not up to thr standard in terms of cleannies, no fan in one of the rooms and it's not comfy given the heat and that the AC is in the living room. Services should offered on a daily basis. Beautiful atmosphere with nice natural environment birds and animals. Not enough shops mearby. Had to drive 28 mins for proper shopping.

The accommodation was just amazing, bed was to die for and view wow. the facilities were fantastic as well, park was set out in an excellent way and all facilities spotless. the river was also great for both swimming and fishing. Wish we could have stayed there even longer. Will definitely be coming back for another stay.

The facilities were so new and really enjoyable! Especially the pool area. The view of the lagoon for such a cheap room was also a lovely bonus! Bit of a problem with flies and mosquitos but that's expected given its location and plenty of fly screen and fly spray to combat the issue!

Check in was late, email said after 2pm, then received a message saying after 3pm. When we got there after 3 it still wasn't ready for another 40 minutes. Lagoon cabins are ok but cleanliness was definitely not high on the agenda. Bathroom was not usable for a couple of hours due strong smell of chlorine used to wash down bathroom. Screen door was broken and spider webs in top corners of rooms. Park itself is good but Lagoon cabins are a miss.

Property was dusty. Spider webs on every single wall. Looked like bousekeeping had tried to sweep the floors and pushed all the dirt to the corner of the dinning room floor. Every window handle was sticky. A rotten egg type of smell came through the air con so we had to keep it off. Patio chairs were too dirty to use. Only one mirror in the property so it was very difficult to get dressed as a family of 4.

Our cabin needed better maintenance and a thorough clean (we cleaned the shower ourselves to remove mould), some of the towels had stains on them, and our socks went brown from walking on the floor in our room.

Fantastic amenities, quiet for a tourist park, wifi worked reasonably well. A great place for for a break. Lakeside with lake access, great pool, tennis courts, entertainment area for kids. Comfortable beds and well equiped cabin. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The facilities, such as pool, splash pad and jumping cushions were great, however the lagoon unit we stayed in had a few problems. The sliding door lock didn’t work well, there were power outages, spiders everywhere that should have been sprayed regularly and no instructions for the bbq at the unit.

First time staying at Ingenia and in a caravan park, but highly enjoyed it. We have a 2 year old and the facilities are just perfect for a young family.

The facilities at this park are amazing so plenty to keep the kids entertained.
The lakeview cabins were lovely and had everything you needed but they lack privacy from your neighbours. Some of the time it got very noisy as cabins are not very sound proof and you can hear and see people next to you on their balcony.

Really enjoyed the weekend, kids had a great time. Really happy with the water villa would definitely go back. Only encountered one pleasant staff member, the others weren’t great which did let it down. Everything was too much trouble for them. The cafe really needs a rethink. One staff member taking orders and serving coffees on a weekend. Only few items on menu, if they had more options and better quality I’m sure they would make a fortune. We paid for go karts and the staff were really vague “yeah just go grab them”. Three other guests had told us they just took them without paying as they are left lying around so we were a bit disappointed we had paid. Overall we did have a good time just take everything you need to eat and drink and it’s great fun.

Disappointed with our stay. On the positive the cabin was clean, comfortable and a good size. Plus staff were friendly at check in.
However we booked and paid for a lake view cabin but were given a cabin that looked at a tiny man made pond/lagoon with a power line going across it. Whilst next to us every other cabin in the same category were actually facing Lake Conjola. I would not recommend this property simply based on false, misleading and deceptive advertising. On raising the issue it was implied that the issue was Hotels.com, but that is not correct. Hotels.com have advertised as per the properties own description and done nothing incorrectly. My advise would be to avoid this property.

We had two of the connecting lagoon cabins for a family getaway. The layout was great for a couple of groups and the cabins were well maintained. Loved waking up to watching the ducks, kangaroos and eels in and around the lagoon.
There was plenty to do and my legs still hurt from all the pedal carting - so much fun.
The only thing I'd want to improve was the weather, so if you could fix that the stay would have been perfect...

The cabin that we stayed at was clean and tidy, layed out well. The bed was advertided as a queen however was smaller but other than thst out stay was amazing
