The air conditioner was very noisy and made it hard to sleep. It's one of those old square ones.

The place is next to a bottle shop and the drinkers are noisy at night, adding to making it harder to settle.

Noisy at night. Right next to a tavern, noisy to midnight, then some motor was running most of the night keeping me awake. Bright light from the WIFI modem mounted above the bed. Unable to use the WIFI anyway, just dropped out. Toaster did not work.

After we figured out to press the little lcd screen on the door to access the number panel it was easy to use the code provided to access our room. The room was a very nice, clean, basic country motel room. Parking was very easy. Netflix was accessible via the good sized tv which was a bonus. We stayed overnight on the way to Sydney and it was a good low cost option.

Only the bathroom and the main light worked. all the lamps and reading lights did not work .. and while there was adequate tea and coffee cups bowls glasses and plates there was no cutlery at all in the room. The milk pods in the fridge were off.

Other than these minor inconveniences the room was massive and more than adequate for our stay.

The room was small and seen better days. Linen was clean and bed was comfortable. However the curtains had holes in them, the aircon remote did not work, when the aircon was running it was very loud and the worst was the bathroom with mould and hole on and in the ceiling. Tv was a cheap Very bad sound.

To whom it may concern i would like to provide feedback on the room we booked for The night of 13th march,. I have booked and stayed in many hotel rooms for both work and pleasure and for The Price of $175 per night I found this room to be very dated including holes in the adjoining door,marks on the carpet, chipped and loose fitting draws, extra small tv with minimal channels, very old aircon these are a few of the concerns in regards to the price of the room and amenities provided thankyou

The whole fridge smelt like old bait in that had been left in the freezer by a previous guest. Wifi did not work, and there is no on-site staff to ask for assistance!!??!

The phone number provided links out to a real estate who manage the property, and advised we should have received an emergency contact number with our check in details, but we did not, so we could not contact anybody to rectify the issues.

Check in isn’t til 3pm, and charges apply for each hour of early check in! You receive a lengthy email listing callous rules and regulations. Twice the price of other motels, and you must take your trash with you or they will charge you more $$$.

No customer service, cleanliness relies on previous guests rather than professional cleaning and the TV was smaller than the ones in jail :(

There was no hot water the evening we stayed, my family members all had cold showers.
Reception was not manned, we were only given a mobile number to contact. We called several times to report the hold water problem, call went to voice mail. After 4 attempts, we received a response back saying a plumber is on the way to fix the problem. By this time it was after 11pm.
The pipes were also extremely noisy, after any of the other rooms were using the water facilities.This can be heard from outside the rooms. You can imagine how much of a sleepless night one will get :(
I mentioned this to the property owners/operators and requesting a partial refund. No reply after the first message. Still no reply after the second message. Not even a courtesy message to acknowledge my message.
Will never stay at this place again and would not recommend anyone to stay there either

We were very pleased with the presentation of the property. the check in process worked well. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable.
The facilities were clean with the exception of one of the bowls appeared to have been used as an ash tray and hadn't been cleaned. I left this bowl out on the bench.

Outside of the issue the only other issue was with the TV, it worked but was very dark / hard to see. I tried adjusting it but to no avail.

We would be happy to stay at S I M again and would have no hesitation in recommending it to family and friends.

On the day of arrival you will receive an email detailing the cleaning routine you are required to undertake prior to leaving. Are they serious?! I always try to leave a room in a decent condition but to receive cleaning instructions is ridiculous. I do NOT pay $170 a night to do my own housekeeping.
In addition, the room is festooned with signs detailing the various fines you will be subject to for various offences (such as leaving so much as 1 second late).
The rooms are clean, but dated and threadbare.
I cannot recommend this place.

This was our worst experience ever with booking accommodation online. We were sent a room number and password to access our room. We accessed the room mid afternoon and left a few of our personal belongings including my wallet in the room before going for a long walk and dinner. On our return we found that someone else was in the room. They had been allocated the same room and access code. There was no one on sight to sort out the room allocation issue and it took around 8 phone calls before anyone returned our call.
