I had little interaction with staff however, the young woman at reception was very pleasant. I stayed in a Queen room. It was spacious and well appointed with chairs and a table, tea and coffee making facilities (a coffee machine), a microwave oven and a 'kitchen' sink. The bathroom was also well-fitted out. The room was very clean and tidy.

Great location in Huskisson. Easy check in & parking. We had a lovely view with balcony. Bed comfortable & shower powerful. Handy to have Netflix access. Only issues we had were - walls were a bit thin, next door smoked on balcony which drifted in so had to close window & on one morning the bin wagons came very early which woke us. But still a lovely spot & worth the money!

The only downfall were the cheap pillows, toilet was dirty with pee on the rim and there were sticky drink marks on the bedside tables, so it wasn't cleaned properly. If this can be sorted its an amazing place to stay, so close to everything Huskisson has to offer and the room was recently renovated and super nice with a water view.

I was offered a free upgrade to a self contained unit which is a block or so away from the motel originally booked. First off, the girl begind the counter was superb, the ground floor unit is a meh rating. As expected, the up stairs unit loved moving furniture at all times of the day and evening. The lounge was a fold out bed, a note on the wall says it is broken and there would be a charge if you touched it, thus as a lounge it was the opitimy of uncomfortable, a steel bar boring through your back side, the main bedroom was that small, for me to get to the window i had to walk sideways pressing against the wall, kitchen was good, bathroom ok, need to be a contortionist to reach the toot paper.. the parking space was so hard to get into i parked the Navara on the street. my advice would be to stay with the motel, havent seen that room but haa to be better.

We reserved a room at the motel and got \"upgraded\" to this apartment building. Good location down the street from the motel, fully equipped apartment with a washer/dryer (didn't use but nice option) It's an air B&B situation where you're charged for not doing the cleaning and upkeep of the property. The sofa bed was broken, you'll be charged for attempting to pull out the bed( noted the sign above the bed) the main issue was NO HOT WATER ever!

The description of the room as harbour view is a bit of a stretch. Sure, you can see the harbour from the balcony but the dominant view is of the car park.

Good location.

Nice location. They tried to update the rooms, so it’s nicer than before probably. The noise other people talk about is legit concern. Thicker windows would help, but make sure you also close the windows or you will hear everything from the street.

Located in an excellent position in the Main Street, close to the water, the shops and eating establishments.

Our room was clean and tidy. The staff member we dealt with was very helpful and friendly.

It is an older style building but has had some renovations. The bathroom was on the smaller side but was modern and sufficient for our short stay.

There’s water glimpses from the top floor, lots of parking availability and a charging station for electric vehicles.

The only down side for me personally was the flight of stairs I had to climb with my sore knee (no lift) - though for most people, it wouldn’t be a concern.

Positives - Location was great, right in the heart of town. Comfortable bed and good facilities in the room.
Negatives - I think the walls are made of paper. We could hear everything from the room next door (conversations, snoring, tv, etc.), and the air-conditioning unit located directly outside our window sounded like a helicopter was landing all through the night.
Noise from the street was pretty loud, however that's one of the drawbacks with it being right in the middle of town.
We would stay at the Jervis Bay Motel again; I'd just have to remember to bring ear plugs.

Pros : Great location close to bay front, restaurants and shops. Comfy beds with lovely clean bedding.
Cons : Very thin walls - could hear coughing and talking through the night from neighbouring room. Air conditioning leaking water with annoying constant dripping of water waking us up at 2am and then continuing until 6am. Had to use towels to catch water from soaking into carpet. Water damaged fridge fixture below A/C showed signs of long term water damage - so this problem was not a recent issue.
Considering our short sleep, we did not feel the motel has good value for money.
